Can you imagine building a Casino at a construction cost of $324 million and only pay you're contractors 40% on a dollar. Then turn around and sell that casino to his hedge fund managers that gave him the $324 million in building cost when he refused to pay them back.

So put up a casino borrow $324 million
Only pay out $129 million
Default on the $324 million
Turn over ownership of the casino to the hedge fund managers and Trump retained 10% ownership so they could retain the name recognition.

So he ends up with $195 million in his pocket a 10% ownership in the casino and gets the management contract. Pretty smooth s**m pulled off by Trump. But who got screwed all those contractors that built that casino.

As I listen to the republicans calling democrats socialist it very disturbing. Because all But nothing but what we call a rally cry to there base. But most right wingers are so rapped up in h**e they have not even the basic concepts of socialism. I have always leaned towards what's called Democratic socialism and capitalism. Not a society totally built on socialism that would be foolish and I don't know any common sense democrats that wants a total socialistic society.

(Socialism) is where (ALL) people put our resources together and work for the common good of us all and not for our own benefit. We are attempting to share our wealth within society.

Now when the right wing hears share the wealth (OMG) the democrats want to rob the rich and give it to the poor. (BUT UNLIKE THE REPUBLICANS HAVE LEAD You To BELIEVE THAT IS NOT DEMOCRATIC SOCIALISM)

(DEMOCRATIC SOCIALISM) Sharing the wealth means polling tax money together to design social programs that benefits (ALL) citizens. Even the corporate elite.

Now let's take a look: Fire and police Departments are both excellent examples of democratic socialism. So rather than leave each individual responsibility for protecting life and property we poll our taxes, and operate under a non profit status. Under the right wing it would seem absurd to think some corporations putting out fires or responding to a home invasion. Right wing advocates just give everybody a gun and eliminate the police department.

Public education another social program but unfortunately public education ends with HS. Most of Europe now provides low cost or free college education. They believe in an educated society, they are more productive. When Americans graduate from college they have in most cases massive debt. Instead of being able to start a business or build on their careers they have to send off monthly payments for years on end. They can't buy new cars or houses they have to put this off till they satisfy their debt. They cannot not take economic risk, invest in the economy. Takes these massive loans being paid to the corporate banks and inject it into our economy everyone wins. Instead of a loan for education how about a loan for new cars new homes, and all the goods and services that go along with middle class it's called expendable funds. The private sector will win also.

But you're Republican theories if I am no longer in college, why help everyone else. Let's use Europe they pay an estimated $20 a month that's 66 cents a day in taxes. If you work 40 years you paid $9,600 into there Social college program to educate you're family.

Healthcare if you're employer does not provide health Insurance you must purchase yourself. As we can see you will pay thousands in annual additional deductibles and co-Pay.

I researched a few countries That actually have better healthcare than the US these individuals pay $35 a month on average everyone pays into the system and it reduces the price for everyone even the employee based insurance. More money in the hands of the middle class to invest in there economy. These countries have lower cost specially thru the Pharmacuticals when the country negotiates with this corporation as to cost of medication. Which even if you are Republican you understand the cost in this country is 3 times the cost in other countries. But(OMG) more regulations by democrats god forbid a democrat save money for a republican thru regulation. This is evil socialism and and get the government out of my healthcare. We have a nation of 325 million people wow what negotiating power we would have as a nation just with pharmaceuticals. But those evil socialist.

In the US republicans have been able to control there middle class base that anything controlled by the government is bad and every phase should be operated by (FOR PROFIT COMPANIES) the for profit entities the cost to consumers is much higher because they have what's called executives who take massive packages of tens of millions of dollars and shareholders who expect to be paid a high yeild dividends and with our tax loopholes and subsidies they pay zero taxes under a social program of growing there business on the backs of taxpayers. (Republican socialism) But republicans love that socialism. So please every time you hear a republican use socialism as a means of spreading the wealth understand one thing it is a serious misconception. They love there socialism and democratic socialism is evil.

Republicans constantly want there middle class v**ers to believe social programs require tax money but you're taxes maybe higher. But as you can see everyone benefits because cost goes down you get to keep more of you're hard earned cash to invest in our economy. Buying homes, cars, that new washer dryer you need go out for dinner, buy a new lawn mower installed heating Air conditioner and so on. More expendable income in the hands of poor or middle class is a win for everybody.

Democratic socialism does not mean taking from the rich and giving to the poor. It works to the benefit of everyone. But republicans understand when playing to there base that fear mongering works in lieu of explaining actual facts. They just create a talking point that all socialism is bad. So republicans use crap like democrats are coming to take you're guns and that is a disgrace that you actually believe that BS because democrats own guns.

The t***h is this country has been for decades driven partially by socialism. In fact most republicans love socialism they just don't know its socialism.

So most republicans such as evangelicals believe in freedom loving capitalist that would not dare support evil socialism there words (PRAISE TO JESUS) by the way Republicans Jesus Christ was probably the most ultimate socialist in the history of mankind and got nailed to the cross fighting against Christian s***ery and the elite.

So you republicans want a capitalistic society of leaving everything to the private sector have you ever, driven on public roads, eaten food that did not make you sick, deposited money into a bank and not worry if someone robbed you're funds, visited a public library, collected SS, Medicare, Medicaid, called 911, untilized fire departments or medical assistance, received mail from the US postal service, bragged constantly about our military (REPUBLICANS HIDE FROM DEMOCRATIC SOCIALISM) how about taking a student loan, have you're garbage collected, used public t***sportation. Everything listed is in one way or another is paid for and subsidized by the government.

The evil democrats are such socialist do any of you know how our military became the most destructive and powerful human made k*****g machine in earths 4 billion year history. (BECAUSE WE SOCIALIZED THE HELL OUT OF IT) just saying also has the private sector taken advantage of these tax payer funds, did these military vendors make billions off the American tax payer. What would our military look like without socialism. I was trying to buy a super bowl ticket to travel to a stadium that was 80% subsidized by my tax dollars. This stadium is my house I built it with my tax dollars but in steps the capitalist. They wanted $3,500 for a ticket for me to go into my house. Not to mention those capitalist charging 5 times the rate for a hotel room. Wow so socialism is fine when tax payers pay for the stadium the private sector makes billions so capitalism is great socialism is evil.
