It is right up with other conservative loser delusions, such as impeachment and removal, a new constitutional convention and civil war 2.0. "Jefferson will join the new "states" of N. Colorado and W. Maryland. They will live on cotton candy and go to work on Santa's sleigh. They will honor their national heroes by putting big foot and the tooth fairy on their currency. Every year they will take one day off to honor the abominable snowman as well as the Loch Ness monster.

He stabbed us in the back, making his fellows on his side of the aisle believe he would stand with them, but instead he v**ed for cloture, but I forgave him that because at least he stood up and mentioned the Madison Papers(In case anyone doesn't know it is a document written by one of the earlier Pres of this country saying Congress shall pass no law that they themselves do not have to live by also).Then this gun grab with him and Graham that if you've ever been in a mental facility before, you will have to give up your guns and a "board" will determine this. Imagine almost all of vets have some form of PTSD so taking the guns away from those who fought for us is an infringement I cannot live by. We have our 2nd amendment rights regardless if I am a gun owner or not. Take away one, the next thing you know you'll wake up with none. Live Love from the great country of Texas!

My husband was Doug Sahm of the Sir Douglas Quintet and most famously of the Texas Tornados with Flaco Jimenez, Augie Meyers, Freddy Fender. Both Fender and Doug are gone now, but their music lives on in these newer Austin or Dallas based bands like 1000 Springs and the Gourds. He has a hill named after him across from the Capitol Building in Austin and has a life sized bronze image of him and his guitar. He is the one who made Tex Mex, well he was the first one who started playing regular songs with the accordion in the background and now I believe Flaco is the world famous accordion player now. Moonbeam thanks I loved Freddy and now I got it I've never been to Texas but I told you my dad went there on tdy as a civilian at Hill Air Force Base. He LOVED going to Texas. Many toys came my way because he was there quite often. Wow your as Texan as they come God bless. Love to read your posts.
