That is how I refer to modern pop music.

And then I wondered what African chants sounded like, and found a few:

How "Compassion and understanding" can lead to devolution of culture.

I found a quote the other day: "If you live in the river with crocodiles, then it is best to make friends with the crocodile". This sums up to some extent the difference in attitudes of black culture and Indo-European culture. An Indo-European would take the stance that it is best to control the crocodile.

My advice to African-Americans: stop destroying the culture of the white man. Better yet, stop destroying.

(Wasn't it the mayor of Baltimore who said, not long ago: "We need to give them space to destroy.")

Do you suppose African-Americans can work at doing something positive for a change, instead of relentlessly trying to suppress European culture? That is what children will do: berate someone else when they can't find something good about themselves. And I am beginning to wonder if Central and Western Africans, as well as African Americans and Caribbean Africans aren't, in some way, emotionally deformed.

There is another saying:

"You knew I was a snake before you befriended me".

Never heard that before, Doc.

Implying that a European would not befriend a snake?

Implying being a snake is not dependent on visible clues.
