Preach on Brother...
They have all the clicks in place. You must have to have a thick referral card to get in. Now if we can just rally enough people to get out and v**e.

If everything goes the way it sounds when you talk to people, I haven't found one arguement for Obama in my personal conversations (almost said conservations) with people.

We need to register as independents because neither Major party is of any use at all. IF, IF, 100 million people registered as independents all the sleeping heads would take notice and we could demand to v**e in primaries, as an independent, at least in Arizona, you cannot v**e in the primaries!
As it is Hillary will probably win because she will promise to follow Obama's "Legacy" Give it away, give it away!!
Case in point; If people do not have to work to survive, they won't!

I hope he turns out to be a h**x but I do fear that he will make a serious attempt at staying beyond his Constitutional welcome.

I wouldn't doubt it Oldroy, you see, a ratbag like Obama who has gotten away with so much by proclamation that he believes that he can do the FDR thing, except that FDR actually helped out the economy, through putting the jobless to work on... wait for it... infrastructure! Exactly what Obama should have done rather than fruitless giveaways. That would have been the first time since FDR that a Government actually did create jobs rather than lip sing it! We have seen evidence in this forum that Obama does nothing that does not produce political gain.
I, for one, would h**e to see Obama try to go for a third term or even one day past the inauguration day for the next President, whomever that might be. That would mean that I would have to return to the service of my country along with all of the Veterans who are left. Get my point? I would be 73!

I will be along side you and I am 81. I do believe that there are many of we old poops who are ready to fight when he manages to make an effort to take over completely. He will have to declare martial law to take over and it isn't going to work for him.

I didn't serve so people like him could come along years later and wipe out the Constitution that both he and I swore to uphold. He has gone much farther than he should have and I am ready to fight with him and his boys about it.

I sure never knew the number of people he had any experience other than political he had appointed but what you say makes too much sense.

We all seem to be talking about the impeachable acts that Obama has at least, championed: B******i, NSA, IRS, the ACA. Some, to him are miniscule, and some are just normal operating procedure, etc. and his big, wonderful, plan is Obama care!

1.- Obama care was aimed at 10% of the population, or 35 million young people who really don't want health insurance because they are healthy!
2.- When many of these people who have to foot their own bill for health insurance look into it, they discover that they are eligible for Medicaid and immediately opt for that!
a.- No cost
b.- Hospitals that have patients come in with no health insurance, immediately sign the patient up for Medicaid.
c.- I am not sure of the exact percentage, but something like 85% of Obama care signups are for ...... Medicaid......
d.- A large percentage of Obama care signers, for a regular health insurance plan, do not pay their premiums and are dropped!
e.- The cancellations, in my estimation were shamelessly written into the bill, thus the insurance companies included all of the preventative stuff and jacked the prices up by at least a factor of two, then went crying to healthcare.gov to cry and get subsidized!

And on and on.....

But should we actually give this a******n of misplaced trust, downright falsehoods, and ineptitude, a bit of rational thought, (I write this knowing that most of you are rational thinkers in this Forum, except for those poo pooers, who suggest that everything that others say is hogwash without presenting any argument at all), we must come to the conclusion that we, all of the masses, yes we are part of the masses, are STUPID.
BLASPHEMY! you say, how can this old f--- say that everyone is stupid?
I agree, I don't like to be called dumb, even though I say it to myself!
The Constitution provides, balance of powers, and through that, checks and balances, along with states rights.

Where have states rights gone? Is it that the states are pawns of the Fed. because they are bootlicking to get their mitts on Federal funds?
Why don't the states refuse Federal funds, collect payroll taxes themselves and also refuse Federal collection of payroll taxes? Is it not true that paying taxes is discretionary, not obligatory? S******n? Maybe, or maybe it is the ground to make a stand alleging waste!

The Supreme court is supposed to test, and either ratify a Law passed by Congress and signed by the Executive branch or strike it down as unconstitutional, only if the Law is legally contested.
The Supreme Court ruled that Obama care is a tax, because there are some 23 new taxes hidden in the Law! This ruling, in my opinion, is just barely legal and more like a sell out. What was promised behind closed doors to get that verdict?
How could we allow the Supreme Court to decide that anyone can contribute as much as they want to political campaigns? The foregoing does not even sound correct to a fifteen year old, but he, like his parents, doesn't care, does not feel that he should worry about it because he can't do anything about it anyway!

How can the Executive branch:
1.- Refuse to enforce any law?
2.- Override the Legislative Branch by use of Executive orders. (I agree that there are provisions such that the President can do that on a very limited basis).
3.- Executive Branch EXISTS to enforce Laws which are ratified by Congress and if necessary, the Supreme Court!

How can the people of this country be so STUPID as to be completely lulled into a stupor, and just let all of this happen?
It's easy:
"Oh, my v**e won't make any difference!"
"All this is disgraceful but I can't do anything about it!"
or.... a big fat silence....!

We have to petition our elected representatives to amend the Constitution to limit campaign contributions to a maximum and a minimum to insure e******y of the candidates, hence they must stand on their own merits, not media blitzes. These same representatives must select and commission an outside source to look at and understand the gerrymandering of congressional districts everywhere, and set the district limits in wh**ever manner that they see fit, except politically. That is to say that a Congressional race should not be pre-conditioned so that either a Republican or a Democrat will always win there as the case may be. We must understand this so that we can understand why, with a 9% approval rating, 94% of incumbents are re-elected! We must realize however that in many cases such as in California, there are very few tree hugger Republicans! California's crazy person leaders have infected the whole country, electricity prices, crazy mixtures in gasoline, cars that have to be practically rebuilt to change "struts". Food prices have sky rocketed, gas prices are at the whim of OPEC. By the way most OPEC members want to destroy the dollar and the U.S.

The EPA will make regulations until someone tells them to STOP. They are driving up electricity prices, gas prices, food prices (basically anything that is t***sported by truck).

The DOJ is getting into everything except Justice, look at the Boss of the Department, an over-educated i***t who has no clue of even handed justice.

We are not going to attack the problem without moving from our comfy cyber chairs. I, for example, am going to a neighborhood party/meeting next week, and I am going to try and talk this stuff and see if I can find a detractor, but more than that, people who would get up and get busy, they call it mobilization.

Notice that I am not talking about one party or the other, I am talking about normal people stating their opinion on a stage where they will be heard. Where could it lead? I hope that it leads to overwhelming public outcry, not by one or two, but by millions, or shall we say, get their attention!
Then again, why should we allow ANYBODY, to not let Independents v**e in primaries, as is the Law in AZ?

I***ts Part II:

I read back through the comments in this section and on page 2 most are talking about e******ns and v****g, in fact Brian uses v****g as the last word, end of conversation. In my last tirade I went into this somewhat, explaining basically that e******ns are a stacked deck!

In the 2012 e******ns Romney won more states than Obama did, however there was a huge population difference so Romney lost. But did you know that Obama won all of the states that do not require a picture I.D. to v**e? These states also allow v***r r**********n with no picture I.D.!
Does it seem out of the question that Obama henchmen signed up millions of non-existent people to v**e and then proceeded to do so? Would that possibly explain why 96% of eligible v**ers in one of the states v**ed? Would that also explain how 146% of v**ers in another state v**ed? That's impossible you say? All they needed to do was find out the addresses of the polling places and make up check lists, then spend the day driving people around to complete the fraud.
Now we can understand why in midterm e******ns and P**********l e******ns, there are actually only about 8 - 10% of the Congressional seats in play out of all of the seats that are "up for grabs", in other words, gerrymandering and money from unknown sources, along with fraud.
So it is "we the people" who are responsible because we leave it for others to do, the RNC, the DNC, the President, the Congress, the Supreme Court? Ha and Ha!
Since we have elected a bunch of thieves and ingrates, (they learn how to do that in Law school), we must live with the result, or.... rise up and be heard!
Since v****g to change things is laudatory but futile we must get to a forum where our v**es will count!

This is what Mark Levin has been talking about--a constitutional convention of the states to get back to the laws of the Constitution.

35 STATES SO FAR.....IT'S GROWING

The governors of 35 states have filed suit against the Federal Government for imposing unlawful burdens upon them. It only takes 38 (of the 50) States to convene a Constitutional Convention.

For too long we have been too complacent about the workings of Congress. Their latest stunt is to exempt themselves from the Healthcare Reform that they passed ... in all of its forms. Somehow, that doesn't seem logical. We do not have an elite ruling class that is above the law. I truly don't care if they are Democrat, Republican, Independent or wh**ever. The self-serving must stop.

Proposed 28th Amendment to the United States Constitution: "Congress shall make no law that applies to the citizens of the United States that does not apply equally to the Senators, Representatives of Congress; and, Congress shall make no law that applies to the Senators and/or Representatives that does not apply equally to the citizens of the United States ... "

THE CONSTITUTION, A SET OF RULES DESIGNED BY GENIUSES AND RUN ROUGHSHOD OVER BY I***TS AND T*****RS.

Think about this:

Saul Alinsky, we know who adores him, wrote down the following: (this is reproduced here from memory)

1.- Healthcare must be controlled by the Government.
2.- The country must be run deeply, deeply, into debt.
3.- The citizens must be disarmed completely.
4.- The gap between rich and poor must be widened until the middle class disappears.
5.- When the above are complete you can then take the money from the rich and the poor will applaud.

There probably are more things that I can't think of right now, but Alinsky's ideas have always been to ruin the United States and build a c*******t nation from the ruins. Look around and see if any of these things appear evident
