Did anybody take the trouble to see if the magazines in those oh so dangerous had any rounds in them? I could have been there with an empty magazine in my handgun and they would have reported that it was loaded since they don't care as long as their story gets out.
I did hear the word loaded in that video and read it in the written report, I am pretty sure.
