This is just personal experience.
If you,re in Financial trouble and you ask a liberal help he will immediately try help by suggesting a government program i.e. food stamps, welfare, unemployment, or someother gov program you can takepart in. He also smiles as he goes on his way for he feels as if hes done you a favor.
Ask a conservative for help he will immediately reach into his pocket, count out he can spare. If its not enough he will direct you to his brother, sister, friends or anyother individual that thinks might help.

Which brings us back to square one! And by the way, the IRS will never lend you any money so don't ask. If they did, they would tax it right back out of your hand and you would still owe them the amount borrowed, plus interest and tax.
