And the screws just keep getting tighter...

The Wall Street Journal is confirming that Robert Mueller has a grand jury empaneled as part of his probe of alleged collusion between members of the Trump campaign and Russian agents… and anything else he wants.

Special Counsel Robert Mueller has impaneled a grand jury in Washington to investigate Russia’s interference in the 2016 e******ns, a sign that his inquiry is growing in intensity and entering a new phase, according to people familiar with the matter.

The grand jury, which began its work in recent weeks, is a sign that Mr. Mueller’s inquiry is ramping up and that it will likely continue for months. Mr. Mueller is investigating Russia’s efforts to influence the 2016 e******n and whether President Donald Trump’s campaign or associates colluded with the Kremlin as part of that effort.
This doesn’t mean any indictments are in sight but it does mean that the investigation is off and running:

“This is yet a further sign that there is a long-term, large-scale series of prosecutions being contemplated and being pursued by the special counsel,” said Stephen I. Vladeck, a law professor at the University of Texas. “If there was already a grand jury in Alexandria looking at Flynn, there would be no need to reinvent the wheel for the same guy. This suggests that the investigation is bigger and wider than Flynn, perhaps substantially so.”

Thomas Zeno, a federal prosecutor for 29 years before becoming a lawyer at the Squire Patton Boggs law firm, said the grand jury is “confirmation that this is a very vigorous investigation going on.”

“This doesn’t mean he is going to bring charges,” Mr. Zeno cautioned. “But it shows he is very serious. He wouldn’t do this if it were winding down.”

Mueller should be looking further back at Obama and Clapper for spying on Journalists, Congress, the candidates, and possibly the SCOTUS justices. That's where the leaks have come from, because of the criminal activity of Obama and his minions.

Won't you be pissed to discover that his big tent covers Hillary, Comey, lynch, Obama and the rest of the gang. Are you prepared for a bunch of Marxist Progressives to be making pea gravel out of boulders? And......Trump declared not guilty? Could you survive an outcome like that?

Ah, so that's what you think this is about--nailing Hillary. And yes, if Trump were declared not guilty I would be just fine. Mueller had impaneled a grand jury capable of indicting the president. So if Trump is found guilty what will you do? Will you conservative Christians accept such a verdict peacefully or will this be enough to push you over the edge and your F*****t bloodlines be shown?

Now it should be noted that if the president goes before the Grand Jury he does so without the benefit of counsel. Now he can take the 5th or he can open his mouth. Is there anyone here who thinks his ego will allow him to take the 5th?

PeterS,
Mueller is c*********d big time. You had better read this article in full. Hillary hired him back in 2009 to deliver hi-grade uranium to Russia. The Clinton campaign is deeply engaged in collusion with the Russians, and FBI Director Mueller was delivering the uranium in secret:

Mueller’s Role in Delivering Uranium to Russians Raises Questions
Written by Steve Byas

This is the end of the Democrat Party, Comey, Mueller, and the Clintons. Trump is giving these bums enough rope to hang themselves.

The president cannot be subpoenaed per the Supreme Court..

Executive privilege is the power of the President of the United States and other members of the executive branch of the United States Government to resist certain subpoenas and other interventions by the legislative and judicial branches of government in pursuit of information or personnel relating to the executive. The power of Congress or the federal courts to obtain such information is not mentioned explicitly in the United States Constitution, nor is there any explicit mention in the Constitution of an executive privilege to resist such requests from Congress or courts. The Supreme Court of the United States has ruled this privilege may qualify as an element of the separation of powers doctrine, derived from the supremacy of the executive branch in its own area of Constitutional activity.

The Supreme Court confirmed the legitimacy of this doctrine in United States v. Nixon in the context of a subpoena emanating from the judiciary, instead of emanating from Congress.

He asked me to respond to a hypothetical and I asked him to respond to one back. Chill out, if he thinks Mueller is going after Hillary then I have every right to ask what he will do if Mueller isn't...

The question is whether a sitting president can be indited. If Trump refused to go before a grand jury they still could indite him?

I have a feeling before this is all over the constitutional questions raised by Trump is going to make those raised by Nixon look tame...

Do you actually believe that Mueller and his mob isn't going to stack the deck against Trump? You confuse your own f*****t blood work with those of patriots. Revolution bought our nation and revolution is an option given to us by our constitution to preserve it against enemies of the state such as yourself. As a means of defending our Republic against your social Marxism I certainly opt for open armed r*******n.

Trump wants to drain the swamp but he is up to his neck in quicksand. The swamp will do all it can to sabotage his effort.

McMaster needs to be gone. This is one time the Daily Signal and Heritage Foundation got it wrong.
