Isaiah chapter 20
Verse 1 - 5
Today we have preachers that have rich lifestyles, wear nice clothes, and are considered the smartest guys in the room. This is not how God treats His prophets. He had Isaiah walk naked and barefoot for three years to be an example to Egypt and Ethiopia. Isaiah lived in Jerusalem. It is doubtful any Egyptians or Ethiopians got the message unless they traveled to Israel.
Surely the Lord God will do nothing, but He revealed His secret unto
His servants the prophets.
Amos 3:7
And whosoever will be chief among you, let him be your servant.
Matthew 22:37
