It is idiocy for Trump to attack Sessions.

One has to investigate before they prosecute publicly. I hope that's happening.

Every action Sessions or his successor take from this point on is going to be looked at through the lens of Trump's childish little tweaks.

These conversations between Trump and Sessions should have happened in private.

A private meeting may have worked. But I think Trump is sending a message to all republicans, loud and clear, that he's the boss. He is. I understand that Sessions has now begun an investigation (criminal) into the leaks. It worked! Trump may be flamboyant, but he's nobody's fool. Now, how is Trump "making things worse?"

In order to legitimate, the AG's prosecution of Hillary has to be about her crimes and independent of POTUS's influence. Trump isn't a lawyer, and his ranting isn't about the law.

Hillary had broken dozens of laws, or at least a few laws dozens of times.

What we need is an independent prosecution to put her ass in jail for the crime she committed, not an AG that's being pressured to put her in jail because POTUS is having a tantrum.

Trump's narcissism may keep Hillary out of jail.

I don't see Trump as a narcissus. Flamboyant and an astute businessman, yes. Obumbum was/is definitely a narcissus. I agree hellary's prosecution has to be independent of POTUS, but AG has done NOTHING..... NADA......NIENTE......RIEN......NICHTS!! It is also NOT POTUS's job to give a swift kick up the AG's arse, in order to get things moving. The AG is the nation's top law enforcer, so he must be a self-starter, not a weak politician.

How do you know what AG has done?

The same way you know. If he had done anything to start the investigation, that investigation would be under way. Have you heard anything? I sure haven't, so I think it is safe to say nothing has been done!

This kind of stupidity is why conservatives were so slow coming to Trump.

Only a buffoon attacks the people that are working hardest for him and have been the most loyal to him.

Hopefully somebody will grab Trump by the hair and explain this to him. If you wants to get big domestic issues done he needs to stop doing these kinds of stupid things.

So your suggestion is for Trump NOT TO BE TRUMP and lie to the American people and praise Sessions for being a coward by recusing himself? Well finally there is a President that lets us know what he thinks, as oppose to Obama that said that he was against same sex marriage, then after he was elected showed his true colors. I'll stick with Trump, and so will the rest of his supporters.

His Sessions h**e is a prelude to getting rid of Meuller. And I agree, that's not really a good idea.

However, conservative republicans are standing by Trump. It's the Rinos who lied to their constituents about repealing Obamacare who are not.

I disagree.

Don't get me wrong. I love to see a public display. I'd love to see a bunch of Democrats wearing orange jumpsuits in chains being hauled into a van.

But I'm pretty sure most investigations are done in private. Think of all the investigations that happened over the last couple of decades and how little of it was made public at the beginning.

Naturally I couldn't prove anything is being done in secret or it wouldn't be a secret. But regardless of that, what Trump is doing is making it worse. He's injecting an undue amount of politics into a situation that should be handled methodically and legally and ethically.

When you're doing the right thing you don't have to tweet a bunch of incindiary crap.

After 30 years of trying to find a crime to pin on Clinton, it has been a huge waste of money. Sessions knows there is no crime. Trump is an i***t, a giant ego in an empty suit.

We're equal - I disagree with you. One of Trump's greatest campaign promises was to "drain the swamp." This will be a huge event when it finally starts, and Trump ain't the kinda guy to remain silent. The only incendiary crap has been vomited up by the left - Russian collusion, etc.

And that was sour grapes because they could not find a real crime. The people screaming the loudest like newt were more guilty of infidelity than Clinton.

Suppose I was POTUS, and looking to hire a politically savvy body-guard, SD, and Jeff Sessions was there and seemed quite suited for the job; but it must have slipped-his-mind and he forgot to tell me he'd duck behind the closest wall on the first "lefty" attack. I'd feel JUST like President Trump (R), does. No ifs ands or buts!!! GOOOOOOOOOOOOOO CONSERVATIVE, CONSTITUTIONALIST, PATRIOTIC, REAL-AMERICAN, PRESIDENT "45" DONALD J. {BORN-AGAIN, GOD-FEARING} TRUMP (R); JUST LIKE THE WEATHER!!! And two {possibly three?} RINO'S were "exposed," and the "ObamaCare" tax, and "wealth-(D)istribution," "Gruberized, "keep your doctors" s**m, took a (R)eal nose-(D)ive, today!!! Hummmmmmmm. What IS that "crushing" noise I keep hearing???

I have to agree with you Rob. From what I know of Sessions he is a very good man, but I was so disappointed when he recused himself. I know he thought he was doing the right thing, but he didn't even discuss it with the President. All it left was a vacuum to be filled. I haven't seen one Dem recuse themselves. You have to fight fire with fire. These people are corrupt, lying, sacks of s**t. We should NEVER think that they are not smart. Especially when it comes to all things illegal and with no morality.
