How is John Boehner's financial disclosure statement "propaganda"? If he invested separately in a group of companies that are all involved with the XL pipeline, it seems pretty cut-and-dry to me that he used inside information, especially since he invested in 2010, 2 years after the XL pipeline was proposed. Those all appear to be "facts" - not propaganda.

All that is beside the point, though, if anyone wants to counter that a lot of politicians do the same thing. To that I would say that they should all be censured somehow, if not outright prosecuted.

I would concur with your last statement. Removing the ability of congress to invest in measures they determine should be law.
It appears you looked up info in the right place. Many don't.
