When or if I was called upon to make the call,the call of like father like son or CRIMINAL INTENT;What would come to mind is a precedent set in the state of Illinois concerning a progressive liberal democrat,He was accused of soliciting a US senate seat in the character of which a prostitute behaves.The evidence against him did not go as far as the"- Proverbial smoking gun"-which left the prosecutor with no .more than circumstancial s**t and the fact that,[in typical republican fashion] he was publicly demeaned,debased, and ridiculed so that the public developed a keen distaste for him as a human being,forgetting all about the fact he rode into office on damn near a mandate due to an advantage of the populous v**e.The precedence comes into the picture because I don't think any Governor has been given such a rigid sentence on such a minimul of evidence, and primarily because a presiding official didn't like his politics.This means he could only have been convicted on - Thats right,CRIMINAL INTENT!- Another thing that comes to mind that peaks one's interest is that will there be that double standard.The prevailing double standard-that has stymied .this country in its tracks majority of its existence ; The standard that is of the have and have nots variety;things like race are denominal or systemic to it.Will the consummate right wing white male plutocrat/mercantilist.be given a pass that will supercede constitutional law because they claim they did nothing wrong [ which he thinks should suffice because they are whom they are] or will the Democracy prevail.You make the call, is that criminal Intent,the parties under scrutiny talking to a russian representative to influence a US e******n which is criminal or is a cute mundane situation that should be dismissed as of like farther,like son.
