Dear Ms. Reyes,

BE ADVISED:

I have a couple of questions as they relate to filing fees, jurisdiction and the Ruling by the United States Supreme Court and how they apply thereof. In these Key Case Ruling the court has ruled the following:

United States Supreme Court = Decision thereof:

“The “individual” may stand upon “his Constitutional Rights” as a Citizen. He is entitled to carry on his business in his own way. “His power to contract is unlimited.” He owes no duty to the State or to his neighbor to divulge his business, or to open his doors to an investigation, so far as it may tend to incriminate him. He owes no duty to the State, since he receives nothing therefrom, beyond the protection of his live and property. “His rights” are such as “existed” by the law of the Land (Common Law) “long antecedent” to the Organization of the State”, and can only be taken from him by “due process of law” and “in accordance with the Constitution. “He owes nothing” to the public so long as he does not trespass upon their rights.”

Which now leads to this decision:

The U.S. Supreme Court has ruled that a natural individual entitled to relief is entitled to free access
to its judicial tribunals and public offices in every State in the Union (2 Black 620, see also Crandell
Nevada, 6 Wall 35. Plaintiff should not be charged fees, or costs for the lawful and
Constitutional right to petition this court in this matter in which he is entitled to relief, as it appears
that the filing fee rule was originally implemented for fictions and subjects of the State and should not
be applied to the Plaintiff who is a natural individual and entitled to relief. Hale v. Henkel, 201 U.S.
43]

Based on the above decisions can you explain to the Supreme Court and me a Sovereign, bloodline American your Filing Fee Rules? Whereas all courts of law, in this Republic, must be Constitutional Courts and not Pseudo Corporate Courts, I see conflict of interest should this court be acting in fraud and profiteering from public office by the collections of these “filing fees” thereof.

Fraud by trickery = Application to proceed In Forma Pauperis: 2. b. ...the amount of your salary or wages per month (both gross and net) = fraud upon the plaintiff and Fraud upon the Court thereof. I would call to the attention of this court of these Supreme Court Rulings as they relate to “wages and income”. This court and all courts of this nation must abide by the Law = 1)44 U.S.C. 3500 – 3512 @ 3512 Public Protection and advise the plaintiff he/she is not obligated to fill out these forms. 2) wage are not income within the meaning of the “income tax amendment” to the Constitution, or any other provision of the Constitution. 3)(Stratton v. Baltic Mining Co. 240 U.S. 103.) 3) 1920 Eisner v. Mcomber 252 U.S. 189, 206 “Congress cannot by any definition it may adopt conclude what income is, since it by legislation cannot alter the Constitution from which it derives it's power to legislate and within who's limitations alone that power can be lawfully exercised. Do you also therefore agree that any definition of “income” is fraud by trickery? Null and void on face ab inito thereof whereas only Congress can make legislation? 4)U.S. v. LLOYDE R. LONG Federal District Court, TN Case No. CR-1-1-93-91 … Not Guilty on all counts whereas the 16th Amendment to the Constitution was never lawfully ratified = is therefore void on face ab inito. (Note Added: File your 1040 X forms and get all your fraudulent “income taxes” paid back to you and Corporations can go all the way back to 1913 thereof)

Does not HJR 192 apply to any and all filing fees? HJR 192 = Revised – now Public Law 10, Chapter . 48, 48 STAT. 112 and P.L. 73-10, 40 STAT. 411 = BANKRUPTCY ACT 1933 THEREOF. I cannot pay debt with debt instruments = is not a FEDERAL RESERVE NOTE a debt instrument thereof? A NOTE? Should this court therefore be running a Bond, Commodities and C.U.S.I.P fraud scheme upon all who enter you are no longer a Court rather a Bank and cannot charge fees for payments rather true bills and invoices which can be discharged under HJR 192 THEREOF ! Please provide a copy of your commodities license.

Does this court know the difference between “Lawful” and “Legal” ? Lawful is Constitutional Law and Legal is British Law = an act of TREASON.

I would suggest to the court it review and revised all court forms to agree with the High Courts Rulings thereof and all payments to agree with the Public Laws herein mentioned. Please provide me with the Lawful definition of “income” whereas Congress cannot define it. Please make sure this definition appears in both the U.S. CODE and IRS CODE and all your paperwork.

What is the court's Constitutional Jurisdiction? DOCTRINE OF ESTOPPEL

This Court “must” adhere to authority, “The doctrine of star decisis is but an application of the doctrine of estoppels”, [brown v. Rosenbaum, 175 Misc. 295, 23 N.Y.S.2d 161,171;].

“Jurisdiction must be documented, shown, and proven, to lawfully exist before a cause may lawfully proceed in the court”, [Stuck v. Medical Examiners, 94 Ca2d 751.211 p2s 389; Maine v. Thiboutot, 100 S. Ct. 789, 80 L Ed. 1135; Griffin v. Mathews, 310 Supp. 341, 423 F. 2d 272; Basso v. U.P.L., 495 F2d. 906; Thomson v. Gaskell, 62 S. Ct. 637, 83 L. Ed. 111; and Albrecht v. U.S.. 273 U.S.S.1.]. To adhere to precedents, and not to unsettle things which are established [87 Pa. 286; Ballard County v. Kentucky County Debt Commission, 290 Ky. 770, 162 S. W. 2d 771,773.] If this Court of Claims has, by law, already established jurisdiction then why do the men and women who file into this court grant to the court any jurisdiction? Why is the Jurisdiction of the court not already posted on the courts' paperwork and web site? It therefore appears to be a fraud scheme to force the sovereign man/women to give up their rights to the court when indeed I have already established “all rights reserved, without prejudice. So where is the court's documented, shown and proven Jurisdiction? I have no intent to giving over to this or any judge my sovereign jurisdiction thereof. I am after all the Petitioner. All I should have to do is read what the jurisdiction of this court is and should I agree then file the paperwork into the court. I now feel the jurisdiction issue is a conflict in law. Therefore the one supreme Court must look at this issue and clarify it. The judge after all is not the court, is he/she?

The fact is that if you don’t pay the extortioners they will make your life miserable.

They will threaten you, build up a big penalty bill, kidnap you (they call it arresting you), and if necessary k**l you.

Yeah, it is wrong but Supremes or not, that is what they do. I know, paid a hell of a penalty rather than go to jail when I was a tax protestor. Learned a lot.

To understand the purpose of the income tax, think not of money the government needs, (they can print up with a stroke of the pen, anything they really need and they do) but rather the money you need. The “graduated income tax” was designed to keep your nose to the grindstone and from advancing financially, where you might become a threat to the already existing monied rich.
The cost of collecting the income tax generally is about what they collect. Look it up.

It also allows them to force you to report like a probationer to his probation officer, where you live, what you are doing, how many depend on you, etc.

And finally, it creates a threat that they can scare you with, or get rid of you with if they want to. Think Al Capone. He was a rival for public recognition for FDR. FDR was at a sporting event in Florida, when Al walked in. The people in the audience paid more attention to Al than to Frank, and that is why the IRS framed Al and sent him to jail. True story.

So Dream on, but don’t ever expect a robber to give you back your money, no matter who seems to say they should.

We should have fought internicine wars over something long ago.

Now the foreigners semi- hidden army has invaded and occupied our country and I’m afraid it is too late. They have technology and gunsel power of almost the whole world backing them up.
