This judge doesn't believe in the Constitution of the United States and he says so in this ruling. He says things that make me believe that all those years I spent talking to high school kids about the law and the making of law were wasted, if he is right. This ruling will be appealed to federal courts by the AG of Florida. I think that those people I call bench activists should be replaced asap so we can get back to living like the Constitution says we should.
