Between 2008 and the inauguration of Donald J. Trump as the 45th President of the United States, lawsuits were filed in many courts challenging Obama's eligibility to be a US President and the courts were far too cowardly to even hold hearings or to enter Orders with findings of fact or conclusions of law, even when the suits having a US P**********l Candidate as the Plaintiff, and possessing proper standing to sue on the merits of the issues of Barack Hussein Obama's eligibility to execute the powers and duties of the Office of President of the Inited States of America. This cowardice on the part of the courts in taking no action other than dismissing the Obama P**********l Eligibility issue in all of the cases that were filed in the courts, was the greatest betrayal of the US Constitution and We The People, by sitting Judges in the history of the United States. Worse, the court's divined out of thin air that v**ers and citizens had no standing to sue on the critical question of P**********l qualifications, forever erasing the legal fiction that We The People are America's Sovereigns and relegating the citizens of the United States to the status of being subjects of the incumbent regime and voiceless serfs to be governed principally by the Federal Government, and to a lesser extent, by the states and commonwealths under the strict supervision of the Federal Masters.
But the cowardice to challenge the Constitutional eligibility of Barack Hussein Obama, in addition to the list of Judges who betrayed the US Constitution and We The People, are the entire roster of the elected members of the US House of Representatives and also the US Senate, each of whom made no challenge to the E*******l College b****ts sent to Congress electing the usurping impostor, which members of Congress, each and severally, chose to ignore the forensic police lab evidence placed into their hands by the Sheriff of Maricopa County, Arizona, whose persuasive, well documented, forensic analysis of the impostor's fraudulent Hawaiian Certificate of Live Birth having been obviously forged, adds the entire 2008 and 2012 US Congress to those who betrayed the US Constitution and also We The People.
The omissions seen in the courts and also in the congress wrongfully endangered both the public safety and the national defense by subjecting America to an 8 year interregnum rule of a sexually d*****t, foreign born, Marxist Muslim, whose real last name is Soetoro, not Obama, and whose alias of Barack Hussein Obama Jr. failed the eVerify identity verification process and whose several false alias a/k/a names also include the name of a dead man com Connecticut whose Social Security number the impostor Obama committed the crime of identity theft with. That stolen identity, Harrison J. Bounel, is an alias identified for Barack Obama by debt-collection and skip-trace expert Albert Hendershot. Further, due to an Indonesian adoption of the impostor as a child, the real last name of the adopted boy who called himself "Barry" is Soetoro.
Joining the Congress and the Judges who betrayed the US Constitution and We The People, are Vice President Joseph Biden and the entire P**********l Cabinet of George W. Bush, which former Cabinet Officials by virtue of law, continue to serve until their successors are lawfully chosen and seated, which didn't ever happen during the Obama P**********l interregnum years, because each of the Obama Cabinet de facto Secretaries were never nominated by a de jure President of the United States.

As the usurper of the White House Oval Office, Impostor Obama fired the US Military Officers objecting to firing upon US Citizens upon P**********l Orders and also authorized officers of foreign military troops under United Nations command to occupy the United States and to possess a local option to use lethal force upon US Citizens. These policies are treasonous on the part of the usurper impostor due to the British Common Law precedent of the decapitation of King Charles, for treason, when he invited Irish foreign troops to invade England to suppress the Protestant Cromwell Republican government that rebelled against the Catholic Crown of King Charles. So, even an American usurper Commander in Chief likewise commits treason when inviting foreign or UN troops "to levy war against the United States, or any of them."
Article Two of the US Constitution provides that if the President Elect shall die, fail to qualify, or due to disability, is unable to fulfill the powers and duties as President, then the Vice President Elect shall take the term of the President Elect.

Accordingly, for the 8 years of the impostor' p**********l interregnum period, while Obama acted as an Usurper and a de facto occupant of the White House, the bona fide, de jure, or "lawful" President of the United States was Vice President Joseph Biden, who was Constitutionally required to take the P**********l term(s) of the rogue Barry Soetoro, alias Barack Hussein Obama, a/k/a Harrison J. Bounell, who never lawfully appointed a Cabinet. However after taking the term of the President Elect, the Vice President Elect, would as President, appoint a Vice President Designate under the 25th Amendment that the Congress should not confirm, but rather impeach and remove President Biden, for his part in the "High Crimes" conspiracy to seat Obama, at which time the GOP Speaker of the House succeeds President Biden, who will appoint his own 25th Amendment Vice President to replace the abandoned and never confirmed "dead upon arrival"" nomination made by President Biden of a Democrat Vice President Designate.
So, under the never before utilized terms of the 25th Amendment, Vice President Joseph Biden, joined by the George W. Bush P**********l Cabinet who continued to serve until lawfully succeeded in Office, had Constitutional powers to challenge Oama's qualification as a natural born citizen and lawful disability to exercise the powers and duties of a President of the United States, by notifying both the Speaker of the House and also the President Pro Tem of the Senate, of Obana's disqualification to serve under a legal disability. At which time the powers of the Presidency shall instantly devolve upon the Vice President.
So, the US Constitution, and We The People, were betrayed by the Usurper impostor Obama, Vice President and constitutionally de jure President of the United States, Joseph Biden, the cowardly Judges, and the complicit Congress, each of whom are personally liable for subjecting America to the jeopardy of the Marxist Muslim treasons of Barry Soetoro, alias Barack Obama, a/k/a Harrison J. Bounell, who was allowed by "the corrupt system" to fraudulently perpetrate being an impostor Usurper during the Obama P**********l Iinteregnum Oval Office vacancy.
And to these ends, WE THE PEOPLE, who uphold and defend the US Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic. do pledge our lives, our fortunes, and our sacred honor.

Cold Iron: I share your disgust, however, from the looks of it, Reed Chambers delineates quite the case against Obama in this dissertation(?) and I would hope we could save it in case it could show some future generation the actions which should occur.

That said, during the Obama years, much correspondence was generated by Jerome Corsi, Larry Klaven and the like alerting patriots like myself of BHO's Indonesian schooling plus his many other discrepancies (SS#, f**e birth certificate etc..)I think his deception of America was not at all expected and maybe Americans may have been offended, they let it perpetrate because they did not realize they had the power to stop it. Americans were too sidetracked into survival mode because if I remember correctly the housing collapse was occurring right about then.


I pray for Sheriff Arpaio because Obama team is still going full force against him. The Democrats are slowly losing their strangle-hold on the American people. I've learned and accepted that BHO WAS chosen by God to lead us and although many Christians may have trouble accepting this, it was for His purpose...to bring as many into the fold as possible. People need to suffer sometimes in order to learn!
