Well lobo got his 1st vet check and rabies shot this week, He's 54 lbs at 5 1/2 mos old. Walks w/o tugging pretty well, sits with a hand signal, working on the down and stay. Constantly tracks, even on pavement, which is annoying when walking. Am very pleased so far, very intelligent.

He is really handsome.
Had he had his 3 distemper, parvo, parainfluenza v*****es before you got him? I ask because you said he had his first check by the vet along with his rabies shot this week, and he needs the other shots if he did not have them when you got him. He also needs 2 H3N2 Canine Influenza v*****e shots if he is going to be around other dogs. The canine flue is spreading throughout the country and can be deadly specially to puppies I assume you have had a couple of worm checks (fecals) and he is on heartworm medication. Looks like his training is coming along well and he will be a great dog for you As I understand it the Merck HeN2 v*****e is now readily available so your vet should have no problem getting it.

He is up to date on shots but unsure of h3n2, have to check, heartworm yes, had worming meds that came with him but no check, stool looks fine. My normal vet is a GSD owner also but was unavailable the day I went in. Guess I have a little research to do, cheers.
