MSNBC Asks: "Do We Have To Feel Bad About Steve Scalise"??

UnFiltered Patriot ~ June 18, 2017

It was only a matter of time. And, in this case, it took…oh, about three days. That’s how much time passed before liberal TV hosts began reminding viewers that while it was sad and all that Rep. Steve Scalise had been shot by one of their lunatic friends, we shouldn’t forget that Scalise was, after all, a Republican. And besides that, he was a particularly R****T one. Because, you know, he was once in proximity to a white nationalist group. Years ago. So that pretty much proves that he’s a closet r****t who – while we fine, upstanding folks at MSNBC would never SAY this – probably got what he had coming to him.

On MSNBC Saturday, host Joy Reid invited NAACP board member Rev. William Barber onto the program to discuss…well, to discuss exactly HOW liberals should discuss the tragic shooting of the majority whip.

“There’s a whole country out there and a lot of people, at least in my Twitter timeline…and it’s a delicate thing, because everybody is wishing the congressman well and hoping that he recovers…but Steve Scalise has a history that we’ve all been forced to sort of ignore on race,” Reid said. “He did come to leadership after some controversy over attending a white nationalist event, which he said he didn’t know what it was.”

Wow, what a terrible history of r****m! He attended an event without fully realizing the sponsoring group’s ideology. In 2002! Surely, this MUST be acknowledged while he’s sitting in a hospital bed, hoping that he’ll be able to walk again before the year is out.

Reid noted that Scalise had strongly condemned the group in question, leaving her with very little to get sanctimonious about.

So she then decided to bring up his H********C BIGOTRY, which is almost as bad as r****m. After all, Scalise was in favor of marriage being defined as it has been for the last…thousand years or so?

“He co-sponsored a bill to amend the Constitution to define marriage as between a man and a woman,” she said ominously. “He co-sponsored the House healthcare bill, which as you said would gut healthcare for millions of people including three million children and he co-sponsored a bill to repeal the ban on semiautomatic weapons. Because he is in jeopardy and everybody is pulling for him, are we required in a moral sense to put that aside in the moment?”

Put what aside? That he’s a conservative? That he v**ed to repeal Obamacare, which half the country wanted to see happen? That he’s in favor of the Second Amendment, which MORE than half of the country wants to see preserved? She’s talking about these things like Scalise was caught with child porn, murdered a hobo in his twenties, and personally defrauded his grandmother out of her life savings. It basically comes down to: Hey, we don’t agree with this guy’s political positions…so how bad do we really need to feel about his being shot and almost k**led? Please, do tell us, REVEREND Barber!

Barber (reluctantly) acknowledged that they were, indeed, required to wish Scalise the best, but that he should “not go forward being h********c” since it was a lesbian officer who saved his life. Because it goes without saying that trying to preserve the traditional definition of marriage automatically makes one “h********c.”

“The only way you can get to civility,” Barber continued, “is you must start with the establishment of justice. You must provide for the common good and you must provide for the general welfare.”

Emphasis on welfare.

In other words, if y’all Republicans want us kooky liberals to stop shooting at you and burning down college campuses and r**ting in the streets, all you have to do is…agree with us on every political issue! It’s so simple!

These people are mentally sick, and we mean that literally.
