Wh**ever Happened to the American Dream

The American Dream has become a Nightmare because the American People has abandoned the principles upon which our nation was founded. We are no longer the United States we have become the Divided States of America.

Instead of embracing the values that lead to peace, prosperity and freedom we have collectively turned our back on the message of Jesus Christ and are following a different Gospel. Instead of loving our neighbors we have been taught to compete with them for the bounties of life,

Today we are taught that we are morally justified to lie, c***t and steal if we gain materially in the process. We are also taught that by virtue of our humanity we were are entitled to harvest the fruits of another man's labor.

We have subjected ourselves of a myriad of unjust laws that violate our Constitution and the principles e******y and justice. Our government was created as a Republic but has become an oligarchy consisting of corrupt bankers, lawyers and politicians.

They have turned our schools into lap dog training centers where are children are programmed become mindless robots who always do what they are told and love the government that has stolen our country.

The billionaires who control the three branches of government also control schools, universities and the media, They also control the churches, the banking industry, the medical industry, the insurance companies and the stock market.

George Washington and James Madison both warned us of the dangers of political factions. By ignoring their counsel we have allowed political parties to divide the American people into competing bands of Vikings seeking to pick the pockets of their political opponents before their pockets are picked.

Our government is no longer a republic, it has become an oligarchy of the financial elite who have turned the American Dream into a Nightmare. The financial elite have turned a nation of free man and women into a giant plantation filled with millions of obedient debt s***es.

I can agree that the American Dream has dulled in both its illusiveness and its illustriousness but I don't think either of those are consequences of a departure from religion or necessarily a paradigm shift in the corruptness of our government. It's a very American quality to be critical and suspicious of the government and that seems to be one of the main themes of all of our founding documents, but even we have fallen prey to corrupt machiavellians who seek to abuse public office for its potential benefits; yet, this wasn't a problem during the period of President Jackson to President Theodore Roosevelt nearly as much as it is now, and none of those Presidents were Founding Fathers. I think the main difference between their time and now is the sheer amount of money to be made from public office; it creates too huge of an incentive. If we would return to the core American value of smaller governments, both federal and state, that were less involved in our daily lives, had massively reduced expenditures and thus reduced taxes, and generally had less control over America as a whole, we would see a shift of business and corporate interests out of government simply because there would be nothing for them to gain. It is on the heads of those who abuse the system for their gain like George Soros, but it is also on ours because it is our system that they are abusing, and We the People have allowed it to exist. Our ancestors of the 1800's did not allow it to exist. They demanded small government that stayed out of their lives because the threat of tyrannies and dictatorships was still fresh on their minds and the minds of their parents. We've forgotten how to speak up and to shout with vigor and passion, to use the tools our ancestors died for to stop our government from trading our inalienable rights for the false promises of security. We must speak our mind, which is dangerous and will always be, and reach our fellow Americans no matter how uncomfortable it may seem because at the end of the day we are in charge of this great experiment of freedom, and no American shall let this ship go down without a fight.

That is pretty much the way I see it too. That's why I pretty much believe we as a nation will not survive. The last nail in our coffin is the indoctrination of our youth in socialism. The outpouring of support for Bernie Sanders by our youth is the final hammer blow on the final nail in our coffin. I'm glad I'm old. I love this country and the f**g that flys over it. It breaks my heart to see how few now days feel as I do.

But we are the last line of defense. An idea never truly dies until all those who champion it give up. It might seem daunting and that we've already lost, but we're not dead, we don't have bombs in our heads, and there are still legends like Dr. Jordan B. Peterson that speak the t***h on a regular basis and even win victories like getting the Gulag Archipelago back into print, and if there's ever been a book to silence socialists...

The point is that if we sit idly by and twiddle our thumbs as the world burns around us, we're never going to make it and we don't deserve to either. It will be one hell of a task to shatter the ill-constructed worldview of so many indoctrinated adolescents, but we *can* do this. And just because we can, means that we must.
