Each citizen would assign his v**e to some group or organization who is willing to do the work of Congress by reading the bills, arguing its position and v****g its assigned v**er's v**es.

Yes! The citizen looks to himself to decide how he wants to be represented. How to do? Internal Thought (what do you know that is true), External Efforts (what can you do that people will pay for), Extended Associations (who will you fight for), and What are your needs? Well, I think it would work like this. The representatives would be very consistent, for instants the NRA will always be in there. The number of people that sign up for any one representative would change from day to day but the position will always be staffed and present. Then each house will be constituted in a different manner. The first (thought) will be filled with religions and universities. The last (needs) will contain all inferior governments. They provide clean air, water, and t***sportation. The third (groups) is simply numbers of people. The weird one will be the third. It will be where all of the businesses and trade unions will coexist and they will be denominated by wealth. How much money do you have is the basis here. So, the rich have a house, the poor have a house, the smart have a house, and other governments have a house. I believe that all entities can be described and represented in this system. What do you think?
