When a man is being unlawfully detained and is being denied bail he is a victim. Ammon Bundy has been accused of a crime, but has not been convicted.
He is in prison because he exercised the rights guaranteed to him in the Bill of Rights. It was a crime for the government to deny him his freedom of speech, his right to peacefully assemble and his right to petition the government for a redress of grievances. It was a crime to detain a man who has not been convicted of a crime. It is unlawful to subject a man to arbitrary strip searches which is not only invasion of privacy it is a cruel and unusual punishment. Has he been denied a speedy trial?
Ammon's rights and body has been abused and if you don't think this is torture, bend over and spread your cheeks.
I don't believe for a minute that the prison guards would be video taped abusing Ammon Bundy. The fact that the video evidence does not confirm Ammon's claim that he was abused does not mean that it didn't happen.
When a man refuses to obey tyrants he is following the admonitions of God. When you submit to tyrants you reject God's counsel. It takes a lot of courage to stand up to tyranny and in my opinion, Ammon is one of the very few men on the planet that will not bow down to tyrants.
If Sheriff Mack had been at the Battle of Bunker Hill would he have encouraged the Patriots submit to the Redcoats in order to the conflict.

This should have been at the top of President Trump's list to do a p**********l pardon as it is sickening the way these people were treated by the obama gestapo. The one that shot and k**led this rancher as he stepped out of his car with hands in the air should be tried for murder. The assassin was in a helicopter looking down at his victim and he had to have seen the ranchers hands held high and no weapon. It was murder in the first degree.

Agreed, 100%. We NEED to get POTUS's attention on this issue.
