All corporate governance employees are US citizens with 14 th amendment privileges. American State nationals, non US citizens have rights guaranteed by the Constitution. There are many Constitutions separated by word art. They are however, legislative therefore intent counts. Change, of to for, and it is a completely different "legal: documents. Thus the fraud begins. All those US citizen employees of all the city of XXX, state of YYY, county of ZZZ are de facto US citizens as are the military and corporate subdivisions of the US inc such as B*M inc., FBI inc, DC Municipal courts Inc which is all federal district courts. all of them are subject to Admiralty law the law of the sea commerce, that is de facto UCMJ. None of them have the inalienable rights of the Constitution they do legal=commerce, Americans state nationals are non US citizens we do de jure which is the law of the land =trade and have the rights of the Constitution. Military retirees are still US citizens, government retirees are still US citizens.
