The proper way to treat an American t*****r from Jollywoody Ca.

Montana Restaurant.

The radio station America FM was doing one of its 'Is Anyone Listening?' bits this morning. The first question was; Ever have a celebrity come up with the 'Do you know who I am? ' routine?'

A woman called in and said that a few years ago, while visiting her cattle rancher uncle in Billings, MT, She had occasion to go to dinner at a restaurant that does not take reservations. The wait was about 45 minutes. Many local ranchers and their wives were waiting.

Ted Turner and his ex-wife Jane Fonda came in the restaurant and wanted a table. The hostess informed them that they'd have to wait 45 minutes. Jane Fonda asked the hostess, 'Do you know who I am?' The hostess answered, 'Yes, but you'll have to wait 45 minutes.'

Then Jane asked if the manager was in. When the manager came out, he asked, 'May I help you?' 'Do you know who we are?' both Ted and Jane asked. 'Yes, but these folks have been waiting, and I can't put you ahead of them.'

Then Ted asked to speak to the owner The owner came out, and Jane again asked, 'Do you know who I am?' The owner answered, 'Yes, I do. Do you know who I am? I am the owner of this restaurant and I am a Vietnam Veteran. Not only will you not get a table ahead of my friends and neighbors who have been waiting here, But you also will not be eating in my restaurant tonight or any other night. Good bye.'

Only in America, is this a great country or what? To all who received this, this is a true story and the name of the steak house is:

Sir Scott's Oasis Steakhouse
204 W. Main ,
Manhattan , MT 59741
(406) 284-6929

If you ever get there, give this fellow a sharp salute, buy a steak, and tip the waitress. They have ten steaks on their simple menu from 32 oz. to 12 oz. Toothpicks on every table!

Keep passing this on. We should never forget our "national t*****r" !!

I will not be the one to stop forwarding this. Will You ????

Although I am a USMC Viet Nam Veteran, and wouldn't have a problem with this being true...it simply isn't. It is just another falsehood perpetrated on the internet. The following is from the Viet Nam Veteran's Network...

217 VVN (Viet Nam Veteran's Network)– The T***h About Jane Fonda and the Montana Restaurant

Posted on January 5, 2015

In this episode I am sending an apology to all the listeners to this podcast. In the previous episode there was a story featured about Jane Fonda and Ted Turner’s involvement in an incident at a restaurant in Manhattan, Montana. The story came from an unverified v***l email message. It recounted a tale about the couple demanding to be seated in a restaurant ahead of other patrons who had been waiting to be seated.

The story is all BS. I confirmed the true story with Scott Westphal the owner of the restaurant in the story. In this episode I will present the true story of what actually happened and I think you will be surprised.

Please pass on the link to this podcast episode so we can help clear the air with the true story of what actually happened at the Sir Scott’s Oasis Steak House at 204 W. Main in Manhattan, Montana (406-284-6929) when Jane Fonda and Ted Turner came to dine.

I just got off the phone with a representative (?) of Sir Scott's Oasis Steak House, and she confirmed that JanE & Ted did come there to eat, and when told the circumstances of having to wait in being seated...they simply thanked the restaurant and left. The receptionist also stated that the owner of the eatery was not a Viet Nam Veteran.

true or not Slat
If it had been my place of business
they would not only not be seated but would have been sorely insulted and expelled from the restaurant
I'm sure this was all bs
but it would be something I would certainly approve
She was a SKANK
