Household income tumbles during Obama imaginary “recovery”
March 30, 2013

The New York Times delivers some news so grim that it had to cook the headline to hide it: “Median Household Income Down 7.3% Since Start of Recession.”

Well, yes, but as the Times reluctantly admits in the very last paragraph of the story, 5.6 percent of that decline has occurred since the Obama “recovery” began. And median annual household income just fell by 1.1 percent in a single month – February 2013 – after the Obama “recovery” has supposedly been in progress for years. That’s after $6 trillion in deficit spending to “stimulate” the economy, supposedly for the benefit of the average household.

What’s behind this decline in household income, which has become so drastically pronounced throughout the Obama era?

The obozo & company!! That's what!!

If the GOP changes its stance on issues because it lost the last e******n does that mean it will be more like the Dems and win more e******ns? And help take this country down the road of distruction? I think the Dems are doing good enough without any help taking us down that road.

The recession began in December 2007 and we have not come out of it.

The Republicans in Congess will not raise the minimum wage from $7.25 to $10.10, saying it will cost jobs. They do not want to tax the corporations because they are jobs creators.

The real welfare queens are big corporations like Walmart. Since Walmart does not pay a livable wage, 80% of their employees are on food stamps and Medicaid. More than 30% of food stamps recipients are used by Walmart employees. You, the taxpayer are paying for their employees meals and health care, while the CEO's bank accounts get fatter.

This is the way the corporate welfare works: They pay their employees poverty wages, their employees go on food stamps and the only place they can use those food stamps is at Walmart -- It is a good day to be a Walton in America.

(*1)
It will cost jobs, employers forced to pay a higher wage will either lay some employees off or be forced to go out of business. Why in the world do some people work for a low wage instead of looking else ware for jobs that offers better pay? Are they not qualified for anything but wal mart and fast food jobs? Or are they just to lazy?

(*2)I would sure as heck like to know where you come up with these statistics "80% of their employees are on food stamps" Most likely from blogs like this one Eh? I couldn't find any reputable site that supported these stats, only blogs and leftwing liberal sites.
Wal-Mart isn't the real welfare queen! It's the I***TS that shop there. If you really want change then v**e with your wallet and don't shop where the employees aren't paid what ever you think a decent wage should be!

You must not be paying any attention to any let alone ALL of the hidden taxes the obozo and company are imposing on all of us!
The prices of all the daily necessary items has gone out of site! and still on the rise??

What would I have to type in at Google to get the info you just threw at us? I couldn't find any numbers like those you quoted but using my methods I did get this link that you won't like enough that you won't read it.
