But will it work for them? How about it, do any of you think the remaking of the GOP will work its magic?

But these structural changes can end the GOP's White House losing streak only if its messengers fulfill the report's larger goal: "Change course, modernize the party and learn once again how to appeal to more people."

Since losing the 2012 p**********l e******n, Republicans have continued to slip in public approval. According to a recent Gallup poll, 32 percent have a favorable opinion of the GOP now, compared with 43 percent immediately after President Barack Obama's re-e******n. Democrats were viewed favorably by 42 percent, also down from a year ago.

It will work IF they find someone with a personality of something besides a wet dishrag and has something to stand for that the people are willing to get behind. If we get another one that will not stand up to the opposition and tell it like it is, then they can forget it again and Hillary will get it. She may get it anyway if we are not careful. Obama stole it last time and not one Republican said a word about it. Outright v***r f***d that anyone could see and not one word out of anyone.

Neither party holds much hope of really appealing to the American People. As long as the DNC & RNC are running the parties we'll get nothing that looks good to the majority of us. Both these National Committees are run by the old, entrenched and only keep spouting the same thing over and over again.
Republicans cannot appeal to more of the populace simply by saying the same thing again but with sugar coating on it.

If the GOP becomes the same as the Democrats, who has really pulled off the victory? Doesn't that mean the Democrats have won? If the GOP is just like the Democrats, why would anyone v**e GOP? Just v**e Democrat. If the GOP wants to win they need to reject more Democrat ideas, not adopt more of them.

If only Democrat ideas can win, then we only need Democrats. In that case, there would be no need for the GOP.

That is the same though I had...I think the GOP will have to attract these group while showing some differences from what the DEMs offer them. I have not seen anything like that coming from the GOP at any level..

How did Obama steal the e******n since your party is the ones trying to suppress the v**e? Do you have proof of v***r f***d or is that voices in your head getting louder saying it happened? I can't wait for your answer since they'll probably be some real hum dingers.

what the GOP should do iz what this country has been doing all along before extreme partisan politics took over...live and let live. However the left-wing does not see it that way so this iz really not the GOP's fault...their mistake (if you wanna call it that) iz living with an 'individuality trumps all' mindset that the lefties just can't handle anymore. if a democrat gets in again, then i'm sorry...that will be declaration of war!!

YES! We are stuck with what the RNC comes up with. They are a bunch of old codgers who have completely lost connection with the real Republicans, and the whole Nation.
I doubt that we'll see anything of substance come from that bunch for as long as it is populated as it is now.

And we keep blaming politicians for the current state of affairs in the nation. Maybe the lack of tolerance can be seen in the above comment, similar to the bickering in Washington.

It's a sad stste of affairs when a political party's candidate has to cater to q***rs, i*****l a***ns, and welfare parasites to try to get elected. And even that won't even things up with the dems who also cater to muslims and negros.
