Getting their information, as they do, from Muslims about Islam certainly qualifies them as being a 'some special kind of stupid' just like a Jew getting their information about what N**ism is all about from a N**i. Instead of fighting real evils they preferred to delude themselves and fight made up evils like secondhand smoke and then get hysterical fighting those who actually fight the real evils.
