Yes they can. When Bear was a puppy, he could be sitting there looking at me and fall over fast asleep. Now he's 162 pound monster that likes to eat me out of house and home... lol

lol...yep a big boy with a heart of gold.....unless you tick him off. And if he has a bad feeling about someone, he always let's me know. I lucked out and got a really good dog. : )

Thanks, kan.. Brie is her usual little mess... Open the back door for her to go out and she started shaking like some Mexican jelly bean and ran back to hideout under the coffee table..

Hey LJ. Brie sounds like such a little sweetie. Bear is a Rott. Big ole boy with a heart of gold. My 2 year old granddaughter rides him like a horse. lol He loves kids, but if he doesn't feel right about someone around me, he let's me know. : )

My neighbor has a rott, Kan and he loves to swim in their pool!! Honest, I've seen him jump right in and swim.. Not winter of course there is no water in it..

Yours does sound like a loveable " bear"..
