What the EPA did was to convoy the courts, not just the lower court but the Supreme Court of the 9th circuit with conflicting and unverified opinions of the chemical not being dangerous to being dangerous to new edge cutting science requires more study.. The court admonished them on many occasions and told them 10 years of litigation failing to perform and produce left the court with reason that the EPA could not sustain their claims and to remove the regulatory limits they had imposed.. The Obama administration had announced in 2015 that the agency would adopt a “zero tolerance” policy for residue of the chemical on food, a move that effectively would have ended its use.

I served in Vietnam in the USMC, and I agree somethings go beyond party lines, but apparently now when a liberal is holding the office of the Presidency, for I never have seen you complain about any of all the many things that Obama did against the USA and it's people, especially against our military people, as most military personnel will attest to. Some chemicals are needed and provide a good service for humanity, and I don't care what they were originally created for, I just care for what they are being used for.
