have to admit
these aren't the best of pics and signs

All are good the the one I most have had an experience with is the dog in the bed. At one time we had a fairly large dog. At about three in the morning I found myself about to fall off the bed. The dog had gotten in between me and my wife and then decided to stretch out. You just know what happened, both of us were almost pushed out of bed. Did not happen again.

I believe your are right on that account. We are not at this present time looking for a new companion because we are continually dog sitting our youngest daughters dog when she goes out of town on business or dog sitting with our sons dog when he goes out of town on jobs. It seems we, almost always, have at least one dog or two at a time. This week end we have no dogs so hope that the quail, with their chicks, return to feast in our lawn.

Cardinals,Mocking birds,even Blue jays,and especially those Hummers
the hummers stay all summer
