Comey acknowledged that the President had the right to fire him. He mentioned that along with some other things. http://www.angrypatriotmovement.com/comey-breaks-his-silence/?utm_source=Boomtrain&utm_medium=manual&utm_campaign=20170424

A fairly classy, respectable letter. I see nothing in there worth complaining over.

That was never in question, since he serves at the Presidents pleasure. The question becomes; why violate years of tradition, AND the will of the Congress, who gave the Director a 10 year tenure to prevent this kind of things.

ipn-this country should operate on laws not traditions. The latter, a polite term for Political Correctness is
exactly what we do not need in this country. Congress , with its dismal approval rating, has no business guaranteeing anyone's job for any period of time. I find it abominable that you would want a man like
Comey to be guaranteed his position when he is not up to the task. There are others just like him still in
government whom Trump needs to get rid of ASAP. America First !!!

"... why violate years of tradition..."?!? Pres Clinton, 6 months into his first term, fired the sitting FBI Director, appointed by Pres Bush, based on allegations... This is the actual tradition...

Hey, if on July 5th when Comey was speaking in front of the hearing, he shouldn't have given us a "laundry list" of felonies and reasons why Hillary should have been indicted, only to turn around and let her off the hook. Nobody else is this country gets a free pass. LPN-Give me one good reason why Hillary should get one? She puts her pantsuit on same way we put our pants on....one leg at a time. I know that if Trey Gowdy or whoever he chooses as the next FBI Director, they WILL prosecute her. Make no mistake about it.

============================

The firing of FBI Comey was long overdue. His greatest mistake was orgininally associating with the crime syndicate of Hillary Clinton. He could not make independent decision.

The blatant massive crimes of Hillary were so glaring. No independent judge would ever let that off the hook. She used personal server that c*********d the security of our country.
She t***sported via those servers hundreds of thousands of official and personal emails while justifying it for convenience.
She shredded tens of thousands of emails to hide.
She allowed her personal assistant Abedin to t***sport thousands of those secured emails to the laptop of Wiener her husband.
She hired 2 Special Tech to bleach bit the remaining 33,000 emails to forever destroy the evidences. Comey allowed the 2 tech specialists to destroy the 2 laptop computers they used to assemble the illegal emails of Hillary for destructions. Destructions of those evidences were all criminal offenses but still, Comey ignored them. Why?
Then Comey decided not to prosecute Clinton due to “lack of intent” The judge must make that decision, and not Comey, whether to prosecute her or not. Comey acted the police officer as well as the judge. Did he coordinate that with Lynch to protect the crimes of Clinton and Obama as well. What was that Airport Tarmac meeting with Bill and Lynch about?
Comey was very weak in combating Islam terror attacks from 2013 to 2016. Most of those could have been prevented.

"No reasonable prosecutor" would bring a case against Hillary. Well, it's time to put her in front of a "grand jury" and see where the chips fall. Let a grand jury decide. That's what the American people want. We've heard "lock her up" for almost a year now. It's time for her to be treated like a normal citizen. Here's an updated list of the crimes Hillary has potentially committed: http://www.hannity.com/articles/e******n-493995/heres-the-updated-list-of-crimes-14123163/ At last count there were 15 potentially criminal charges.

Congress, I am tired of this Russian e******n collusion! Spending so much time on that. Why don't Congress investigate the massive crimes of Clinton and Obama! Is Congress afraid of investigating Obama, afraid of being called r****t? Obama did run marathon of impeachable violations of Congress and the Constitution, why did Congress never investigate him? So many of them. So many lies and crimes committed. IRS, B******i, Fast and Furious, Gitmo release of 5 terror leaders, ObamaCare.
All of them were lied to the American people. The lives of the American people were lost. What have you done Congress?

Yet you never stop investigating these Russian collusion that never had any tangible proof but theories of Comey or the Democrats to who to destroy Trump. I think Comey is an agent of Muslims. Theories of Hillary and her crooked syndicate so much that she wants to take over the presidency of this corrupt woman! d********g.

Radiance-this is a ploy by the democrats, who have nothing positive to offer the country, to try to regain control
of congress. If they were to gain control of either house the Trump presidency would be crippled. That is why
they are perpetrating the Trump/Russia collusion witch hunt and they will obfuscate, stall, and do wh**ever they
can to keep this thing alive in an attempt to cast doubt in the minds of the v**ers. This is a fabrication, they know it but have so little respect for the hard working taxpayer that they are willing to spend millions on a s**m if it suits their agenda. This is what happens when people are allowed to become professional politicians who are in the game for their own personal advancement/benefits. They are no more public servants than is Joe the Plumber. its all about power, party and self-enrichment at the expense of the taxpayer. Need both term and age limits in congress. PS. Both sides have too many who have outlived their usefulness to the taxpayer. America First !!!

I beg to disagree. By the time the grand jury arrives with the facts on Clinton she would be dead. They have been known for not making decisions even if they had the facts. I think this is what the Democrats are waiting on; three or four years down the road. Let's just face the facts she might never get indicted and let these l*****t go on with their pipe dreams and continue with their lies.

That's why Trump should totally "stay away from the whole Russian collusion" thing. He should tell whomever is running the show, give me a call when you get your FIRST bit of evidence into collusion, until then DON'T BOTHER ME! It's been almost a year they've been with this narrative, and I'm not happy to tell you, it's been working somewhat. Just like some on OPP, they're obsessed with this notion that "there is something there". Oh, well. Let them waste their time with "the big Witch Hunt of 2017". If I were Trump, I'd say on to things that really matter like Health care and tax reform. Time to get his AGENDA back on track.
