According to the latest Quinnipiac University poll, President Trump’s approval rating has again reached near-record low. Only 36 percent of registered v**ers approve of Trump’s performance. This is down from the previously recorded 40 percent from the same poll in April, and in stark contrast to the 58 percent who disapprove of his performance.
And, perhaps most significantly for Trump and his administration, his numbers are starting to fall even with the key demographics that put him into the White House. There is now a “split among white v**ers with no college degree, as 47 percent approve and 46 percent disapprove, compared to a 57 – 38 percent approval” from just last month.
In other words, even Trump’s favorite demographic – the uneducated – is bailing on him.
Most Americans View Trump As A Complete Disaster
America is also viewing Trump’s personal qualities with increasing disfavor, the poll shows.
61 – 33 percent that he is not honest, compared to 58 – 37 percent April 19;
56 – 41 percent that he does not have good leadership sk**ls, little change;
59 – 38 percent that he does not care about average Americans, compared to 57 – 42 percent April 19;
66 – 29 percent that he is not level-headed, compared to 63 – 33 percent last month;
62 – 35 percent that he is a strong person, little change;
56 – 41 percent that he is intelligent, compared to 58 – 38 percent;
64 – 32 percent that he does not share their values, compared to 61 – 35 percent.
Tim Malloy, assistant director of the Quinnipiac University Poll, was blunt in his assessment of Trump’s current standing in the eye of the American v**er:
“There is no way to spin or sugarcoat these sagging numbers. [These] are red f**gs that the administration simply can’t brush away.“The erosion of white men, white v**ers without college degrees and independent v**ers, the declaration by v**ers that President Donald Trump’s first 100 days were mainly a failure and deepening concerns about Trump’s honesty, intelligence and level headedness are red f**gs that the administration simply can’t brush away.”
And, as far as those first 100 days in office? A majority of Americans view Trump’s first stab at governing as “mainly a failure” at 58 percent. A mere 38 percent who view it as successful.
