We have enough great military men now in civilian life through normal channels and from Obama's screw ups we have brilliant leaders he let go, most of whom would gladly lead the new revolution. Remember we still have the majority of our military personnel on our side also. Metro PD may be another story I am afraid.

Sorry to hear about your health issue. I hope you have good doctors. As far as the post Apocalypse World I think the competition is not very scary. Armed groups competing and cooperating to survive. Food, ammunition, whiskey, etc. are currency. If that group is not wiped out in the first week because they do not constitute a serious threat or control good resources worth k*****g them for, at least we know what to trade with them. Give them a supply of weed and they will give you their food. You can also unload all of your oddball guns and ammunition because obviously they don't know quality.
