Sleeping under the bridges of Paris

When that Republican Congressman said he was v****g for Trumpcare to give people the freedom not to buy health insurance, I was reminded of the aphorism attributed to Anatole France "that both the rich and the poor are free to sleep under the bridges of Paris". Actually he said it a little differently, but the meaning is the same.

Subsidized by whom? I retired at 56--do you know of any government program that allows you to retire at 56?
