The Democrats just finished packing the D.C. Circuit Court with another Obama minion. This is the court that rules on White House actions. Look for more executive orders to bypass Congress and ignore existing laws now that Obama thinks he has cover.

What really happen is that there became four openings in the D C Circuit Court which Obama was in office and being his job he nominated people to fill these openings and the Senate confirmed them. I do not see how that could be called court packing.

How is it partisan politics to do your job? One of the jobs of any president is to nomination people to fill vacancies in the courts, which is just what he did. Show he have left them open for the next president to appoint?
Harry and the gang will pay for this at the end of this year.

You have some facts wrong. Some of these vacancies have been there since Bush was President. When Bush tried to nominate judges to fill these the Democrats blocked them. Harry Reid and his people changed the Senate rules just to push these through. The workload of the D.C. Court has decreased until the Administrative group that oversees all US Courts did not think filling these vacancies was necessary. One Judge on the D.C. Court has said that if more judges were added there would not be enough work for them to do. Obama pushed these through to make sure he had enough of a majority to support anything he wants to do with executive orders. Check it all out.

To be honest, both side were wrong for not move in some kind of speed to rule on all notations, but because one party was wrong, does not make it right for the other party. As this has been going on for so long it would be hard to say where it started, for all I know Washington could have been president.
Please remember we are only talking about the D C Circuit. Court, on two were open when Obama took office. One, the seat help by Robert who went of the supreme court, Bush only tried once to nominate someone for that office. The second one was Randolph who left in November 2008 with Bush never naming anyone to that seat. Roberts seat was open form 2005 and was not filled till 2013, Ginsburg seat open in 2011, fill in 2013, Randolph open in 2008, filled in 2013,and Sentelle open in 2013 filled on 2014. The last one is the way it should work.

You really think you can pitch ocean front property in Death Valley and the Democrats would buy it? As Humphrey Bogart might say, you have been "misinformed". I highly doubt you could even find the Pacific Ocean on a map. Sounds like you have taken one too many vacations at Furnace Creek Ranch.

Yeah...and I had to remind you that I don't put out for Republicans. Who did you think I was? Senator Larry Craig?

How come conservatives are so clueless about sarcasm? I always think its hysterical when some conservative Republican congressman goes on the Colbert Report and is totally clueless about Steven's wing-nut parodies.
