In retrospect, not inspecting a chemical storage coal processing plant since 1991 because such actions cost money and jobs that socialist EPA monsters want to control may have been bad political decisions with ten counties out of water from Elk river contamination. Especially now with the unknown effect on health and environment it could be a poster child for consequences of being hostile to the EPA for the purpose of gathering v**es of folks needing jobs.

Hey Vernon! Unfortunately, it is true - 1991 was last inspection. There are republicans WVA can v**e for that are friendly to EPA and state health inspections but they've been silenced by the fear of being called a rino that is socialist or c*******t that will k**l jobs. Just think about how you've labeled me recently.

Vernon, politicians there don't see any good in public safety oversight by government and believe the free market and business will do the right thing. Instead, business deciders will close plant and take pension and WVA will be left with clean up plus no jobs and fear of long term Heath problems and infant deformities. Would've been better off in WVA with a a rep who is a public advocate rather than business advocate.

Quote:
The Gazette has reported that Freedom Industries hadn't been inspected since 1991. Officials at the state Department of Environmental Protection said storage facilities aren't required to be inspected like chemical manufacturing or processing facilities.
