In the case of Assad, I agree. In the Middle East you generally remove one fanatic to replace him with another. Unfortunately they're all Muslim. As far as the little fat boy goes if we could assassinate him we should. The N Korean generals would probably love to put some one in charge that's not completely bonkers.

More importantly I think the Chinese would love to install someone that would stop NK from being such a drain on China's resources.
