WASHINGTON, Nov 13 (Reuters) - A U.S. appeals court in California on Monday let part of President Donald Trump's latest travel ban go into effect, ruling that the government can bar entry of people from six Muslim-majority countries if they have no connections to the United States.
A three-judge panel of the San Francisco-based 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals partially granted a Trump administration request to block at least temporarily a judge's ruling that had put the new ban on hold. Trump's ban was announced on Sept. 24 and replaced two previous versions that had been impeded by federal courts.

The action means the ban will apply to people from Iran, Libya, Syria, Yemen, Somalia and Chad who do not have connections to the United States.
Those connections are defined as family relationships and "formal, documented" relationships with U.S.-based entities such as universities and resettlement agencies. Those with family relationships that would allow entry include grandparents, grandchildren, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins of people in the United States.
The ruling does not affect people from the two other countries listed in Trump's ban, North Korea and Venezuela.

The state of Hawaii, which sued to block the restrictions, argued that federal immigration law did not give Trump the authority to impose them on six of those countries. U.S. District Judge Derrick Watson in Honolulu ruled last month that Hawaii was likely to succeed with that argument.
Trump issued his first travel ban targeting several Muslim-majority countries in January, just a week after he took office, and then issued a revised one after the first was blocked by the courts. The second one expired in September after a long court fight and was replaced with another revised version.
Trump has said the travel ban is needed to protect the United States from terrorism by Muslim militants. As a candidate, Trump had promised "a total and complete shutdown of Muslims entering the United States."

These are the Diseases that Could be Unleashed in a Bio-Weapon from North Korea

There have been several articles circulating over the past several weeks pertaining to the Biological Weapons capability of North Korea, as well as delivery systems for those weapons. I’m going to provide the title and the source for one of these articles for your perusal, and then we’re going to cover the “meat and potatoes” of this article: meds needed against such attacks.

Diseases that Could Be Used As BioWeapons
Let’s give brief overviews of the diseases, now.
1. Smallpox: (bacterium Variola minor) A very horrible disease indeed. The last naturally-occurring case was in 1977. It was one of the most severe diseases to afflict mankind, and was “eradicated.” Not in the labs, though. Militaries all over the world (to include the U.S. and North Korea) possess it. The disease is easy enough to reproduce, as cowpox (a similar disease occurring in cattle) can be mutated to form smallpox. The treatment is the smallpox vaccine, which should be administered within 3 days to be able to arrest the disease and heal the patient. The problem is the only smallpox vaccine supplies are controlled by the U.S. government…in their secret warehouses, in unknown numbers…at taxpayer expense.
2. Plague: (the bacterium Yersinia pestis) We just covered treatment medications for the bubonic plague in previous articles, as the pneumonic plague is spreading in Africa (11 nations at the time of this writing), a severe form of bubonic plague that affects the lungs. We mentioned that Ciprofloxacin (or Cipro) is a drug with a long shelf-life that can be acquired for your pet fish from pet veterinary medication suppliers. ‘Nuff said there.
3. Anthrax: (bacterium Bacillus anthracis) The spores of the bacteria are the method this disease is spread. Two forms of antibiotics can be used to treat the infection…Doxycycline, and [Drum-Roll!] Ciprofloxacin, once again.
As I had mentioned in other articles, Cipro has a long shelf life, and as you see here, it can be used against both Anthrax and Plague
4. Cholera: (bacterium Vibrio cholerae) This disease attacks the digestive system and causes diarrhea and loss of electrolytes. Vomiting and intensely-painful muscular cramps accompany it. As vomiting and diarrhea are occurring, the body loses both acids and bases respectively, and dehydration (if left unchecked with good oral and/or IV replacement) can lead to death. Doxycycline, once again, is effective, and guess what else? [Drum-Roll!] Ciprofloxacin, yet a third time!
Antibiotics Will Be a Lifesaver!
One of the reasons I’ve focused on Cipro? Check it out yourself. Try and get ahold of Doxycycline, and you’ll find it next to impossible. This is because the government (that’s the U.S. government, starting under Obama) bought up most of it as it was listed as a “critical National Defense material” and stockpiled in those government warehouses, for distribution by the government…at taxpayer expense.
For the rest of us outside of the bunkers and not dining on steak and lobster at taxpayer expense, Ciprofloxacin is the way to go.

One Terrorist Checked Into The White House To Carry Out A Sick Attack On Trump

And the Secret Service just arrested one terrorist who checked into the White House to carry out an unthinkable plan.
Michael Arega of Dallas, Texas was arrested after visiting Washington, D.C.
Social media posts showed him checking in at the White House with calls to jail Donald Trump and kill all white police.
Fox News reports:
“A man who was arrested Monday in Washington, D.C. allegedly traveled to the nation’s capital to kill “all white police” at the White House.
Michael Arega, of Dallas, Texas, was arrested Monday afternoon after the Secret Service Protective Intelligence Division received an alert just before 3 p.m. from the Montgomery County Maryland Police Department to be on the lookout for Arega.
He reportedly traveled from Texas to kill “all white police” at the White House, according to a statement from the U.S. Secret Service.
Secret Service at the White House searched for Arega until he was arrested without incident around an hour later. He was found on the north side of Pennsylvania Avenue near Lafayette Park.
Arega was brought to the Metropolitan Police Department and is awaiting charges.

And just this weekend, Senator Rand Paul was brutally attacked on his own property by a man his neighbors identified as a socialist who liked to argue his politics.
Fortunately the Secret Service was able to prevent another act of liberal terrorism by arresting Arega.
But these are dangerous times for Republicans.
Liberals are looking to quench their blood thirsty anger at losing the election by targeting Republicans for killings and beatings.
It might be time to look at protective details for more elected officials.
