Russia took back the Crimean Peninsula, which houses Russia's Black Sea Fleet. Russia gave the Crimean Peninsula to the Ukraine in 1954. Crimea was absorbed into the Russian empire along with most of the Ukraine by Catherine the Great in the late 1700's. Russia's Black Sea naval base at Sevastopol was built shortly after.

The rest of the Arab Spring involves countries who decided not to deal in petro dollars. Thus, they had to be eliminated. Thus sending thousands upon thousands of military age refugees into Europe.

A reported roughly 10% actually goes to Clinton Foundation charitable causes. The rest supposrts the Clintons.

What also wasn't mentioned in the video, is that under a Democrat Administration, Federal budgets predominantly go up, and there is more Federal hiring of positions. Under Republican Administrations, Federal budgets generally go down, and there are moratoriums on Federal hiring, and specific downsizing of agencies. As a result of those cycles, the majority of Federal employees vote Democrat. They vote to keep their budgets coming in. Within the last month of any Federal Fiscal year, (September), there is massive spending. If you haven't spent the budget allotted to you, the rational for next year's budget is that if you didn't spend what you had, you don't need as much next year. Any carryover money into the next Fiscal Year is also hit a second time for agency overhead rates. It doesn't get sent back.
