I seldom watch any of those three. I watch One News Network aka OAN almost every day. Straight News, no propoganda. It's a refreshing return to better days. I often check local news but Direct TV has canceled 2 of 3 so access is limited to that. I am not off grid but I am a bit remote.
"Quakerwidow" Ginger controls the effects of inflammation. It is much preferred over "medical" poisons. Just call me an old fashioned health nut. None of the new stuff. I like my cures proven with time.
