My stepsons mother may not live to the end of today. I believe it has to do with sepsis. I'll know later.

But please say a prayer for Debbie. Especially for our boys.

Father God we lift Debbie up to you and ask you step in and bring healing to her body. Be with her family and draw them close at this difficult time. In Jesus's name we ask that this would be done Amen.

This has never been about the law. Period. To think this will be dismissed is not happening. The judge was selected as were every juror specifically for their bias, they won't follow any of the law. He will have to appeal this until he acually gets judges who do follow the law and he'll be acquitted.

His 2 Commandments of the NT fulfilled The Old Law.

The 2nd commandment is, how we shouldn't harm others. To condone what God proclaims Himself as sin does horrendous harm as it brushes over what separerates us from God( our sin) so as not to hurt someone's feelings or insult them. You do them no favors by condoning their sin. Sin without repentance and turning away from it separates you from God for an eternity. In other words hell.

HIS PROCLAMATION IS THE WAY, THE TRUTH AND THE LIGHT.

That is what Christians value.
You value nothing of the Spirit of that PROCLAMATION, and cling desperately to its prohibitions over its promise.

GOD IS LOVE.
YOUR LITANY OF HATE DOES NOT EVEN ACKNOWLEDGE THAT.

God is love,He hates sin and all the things I listed in my post is a sin in God's eyes. I BEAR WITNESS TO THE TRUTH.

Will YOU RESPOND TO MY QUESTION?

We are not called it fit in with society TJ we are called to follow Jesus and all His and our Fathers teachings. Society is perverting all that God has proclaimed good. One man and woman marriage,no switching the sex He created you to be,and same sex sexual relations, obortions are murder in God's sight as He gives life to every human being. All the things you support are literally against God's precepts. You can't claim to be united with God if you stand against His proclamations. Period.

Biden invokes executive privilege to prevent release of recording with Special Counsel Hur

President Joe Biden on Thursday claimed the recording of his interview with Special Counsel Robert Hur about his retention of classified documents should not be released due to executive privilege just hours before House Republicans were set to move toward holding Attorney General Merrick Garland in contempt of Congress for not releasing the recordings.

The Justice Department's Legal Counsel Office said the recording should be considered protected by executive privilege, and Garland should not be punished for not releasing it, Associate Attorney General Carlos Uriatre said.

"I write to inform you that the President has asserted executive privilege over the requested audio recordings and is making a protective assertion of privilege over any remaining materials responsive to the subpoenas that have not already been produced," Uriatre wrote in a letter Thursday, according to CNN.

"It is the longstanding position of the executive branch held by administrations of both parties that an official who asserts the presidentโ€™s claim of executive privilege cannot be held in contempt of Congress," he also wrote, per the Associated Press.

"Because of the Presidentโ€™s longstanding commitment to protecting the integrity, effectiveness, and independence of the Department of Justice and its law enforcement investigations, he has decided to assert executive privilege over the recordings," Counsel to the President Edward Siskel wrote in a letter to the Oversight and Judiciary Committees Thursday. Siskel also claimed providing the tapes would risk "harming future law enforcement investigations," according to the letter obtained by Just the News.

The classified documents probe did not result in any charges being brought against the president, with Hur's report concluding that a jury would likely find him to be a "sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory."

House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer said Biden's executive privilege claim would not change his committee's efforts to hold Garland in contempt.

"It's a five-alarm fire at the White House. Clearly President Biden and his advisors fear releasing the audio recordings of his interview because it will again reaffirm to the American people that President Biden's mental state is in decline. The House Oversight Committee requires these recordings as part of our investigation of President Biden's mishandling of classified documents," Comer said in a statement posted to X.

"The White House is asserting executive privilege over the recordings, but it has already waived privilege by releasing the transcript of the interview. Today's Hail Mary from the White House changes nothing for our committee. The House Oversight Committee will move forward with its markup of a resolution and report recommending to the House of Representatives that Attorney General Garland be held in contempt of Congress for defying a lawful subpoena," he added.

Kind of hard to do that with all the court proceedings, and newspaper headlines about his payment of nearly a million bucks to one of his squeezes that didn't like being squeezed. With all of your so-called Jesuit education, you cannot seem to grasp the basic legal concept that paying hush money is NOT a crime. Violating a non-disclosure agreement, which is what Stephanie Clifford did, IS one. That is one reason she owes Trump a half million dollars which she says she will defy the court order and not pay it. Not a smart thing to say on the witness stand under oath.
Try and keep up; I know how difficult it is for you to listen to anything other than the voices in your head. What Trump did was not illegal. There may have been some aspects that rose to the level of a minor misdemeanor. Bragg is trying to make them felonies by saying they were done in furtherance of another crime, which he has yet to articulate. The reason is that if he does articulate it, it becomes a Federal matter which he has ZERO jurisdiction to prosecute. Who HAS the jurisdiction? The DOJ and the FEC, BOTH of which have refused to prosecute because they both say no crime was committed.
I don't even like Trump and I can smell this rat a mile away. It is a political persecution, not a prosecution. Bear witness to that, you twit.
