What's good for the goose, is good for the gander. If leftists required to pass a "mental competency" test, so should the rightest have to take the same exam. I'm just guessing that there would be extreme losses on both sides of the fence. The one thing I'd like to have OPP consider is to limit anyone who feels they have to use nameo-calling to denigrate another.
