What is absurd is to believe that man-made Co2 emissions from ANY and ALL sources contributes more than 1/100 of 1% of all climate change, which is constantly occurring and going through cycles of warming & cooling and has been since the beginning of time. Air pollution from industrial sources is a separate issue altogether and technology is improving that significantly as well - at least in the West. It's really third world and developing economies (and China & India) that are the biggest polluters. There is ZERO justification for draconian "solutions" that would cripple the U.S. economy.

Spot on. There is no good reason to celebrate those who willfully violate our laws. We need to take away the "magnet" and make ALL government-funded welfare programs only available to U.S. Citizens - PERIOD! And do away with anchor-baby-citizenship. Any illegals actually caught SHOULD be deported. Then we need a high-tech system for tracking lawful visa-holding visitors and guest workers. And ALSO streamline the process for lawful immigration. It seems our politicians don't WANT to actually solve the problem.
