This is called being the "victim" and takes the responsibilities for problems off their shoulders and places the blame on others. When you look at the stats you see where the problem lies. 63% of robberies are committed by blacks. 92% of black killings are committed by blacks, 1% of blacks are killed by police, 43% of white murders committed by blacks. The problem is inside the black community not police brutality or racism. People dislike about of things you can't change with laws. Fat people dislike thin people, short people dislike tall people and the list goes on. People are not racist about skin color, its attitude and behavior they dislike. Blacks need to learn to use police to help change the living conditions they dislike. They know who the gangsters are in their neighborhoods. They need to learn to use the police to clean them out of the areas. They need to take the responsibility to make the needed changes. It is not acceptable to reoit and loot areas. Help protect their own areas. When they ask for funds to rebuild and did nothing to prevent the occurrence the answer will be no. People are willing to help those who are working to protect what they have.

Let us look at congress. At $174,000 per year they are making 3 times the average American income. They are working 117 days this year and at a 4 hour day that is over $371/hour. What are they producing for that kind of pay? The programs they develop always requires funds but never has checks and corrections added to programs. This would make them responsible for what they develop. Reduce to 65,000 per year and they know what citizens face. Reduce expenses to 600,000 per year. Pays for office in district and quarterly trips to DC. Who says congress needs to live in DC? Let them be close to their voters. Makes it tough for lobbyists! Same reductions for senate.
Term limits make representative a 4 year term max of 2 terms, either reduce senate to 4 year term max of 8 years or increase senate to 8 year term. Either one works.
We have over 50,000 laws on the federal books. No one knows how many or what conflicts with what. At what we pay congress reduce this to a workable, enforced group. Le t congress earn their living.
