Special Counsel John Durham dropped the biggest bombshell of them all in an otherwise mundane legal filing Friday by revealing that former President Donald Trump was indeed spied on, both as a candidate and as president, by individuals and groups associated with the Obama administration and Hillary Clinton campaign.

For Americans who only get their news from mainstream media outlets, however, they likely haven’t even heard about it, much less been clued in on the damning details, as all of the major outlets have either avoided the story, given it scant passing mention, or actively sought to discredit and downplay it, Fox News reported.

According to Mollie Hemingway, senior editor of The Federalist, that underwhelming reaction from the media is due to the fact that those same outlets were complicit with, if not active participants in, promoting and spreading the blatantly false narrative of collusion between Trump and Russia.

Damning revelations from Durham

First, for a thorough analysis of the latest Durham filing, we turn to Hemingway’s The Federalist for an accurate account of what the mainstream media has studiously sought to avoid covering.

In sum, without getting too deep into the weeds, the 12-page filing revealed that a tech executive, his company, and a team of researchers were granted sensitive access to government servers for the president’s office — as well as Trump Tower and Trump’s NYC apartment building — and then “mined” those servers in search of “derogatory information” about Trump.

Per Durham, the team was tasked to exploit that access in order to “mine Internet data to establish ‘an inference’ and ‘narrative’ tying then-candidate Trump to Russia,” ostensibly so the tech executive could “please certain ‘VIPs,’ referring to individuals with the Clinton Campaign” and other groups or individuals involved in the hoax.

Media complicit in effort to falsely frame Trump

On Monday, Hemingway, a Fox News contributor, appeared on “Outnumbered” and took the mainstream media to task for failing to fully report on the Durham filing that, for all intents and purposes, exposed that the entire Trump-Russia narrative was false and cooked up on behalf of the Clinton campaign.

“You had unsubstantiated sources who were making anonymously based claims that would lead the news for weeks at a time,” Hemingway said. “But when you have an actual indictment, an actual court filing with proof and evidence of how bad this scandal is, the corrupt media are curiously silent, and they’re silent because they’re complicit.”

“They were part of this hoax,” she continued. “They were part of the refusal to accept the 2016 election results, to refuse to accept who the Republican nominee was, and they caused so much damage. And they continue to cause damage to the country by that refusal to deal with the reality that people had elected Donald Trump.”

“We already knew there was spying,” Hemingway emphasized. “That emails and other things had been surveilled by the government against the Trump people. But we thought that mostly happened prior to when he was elected, or that it was people close to him.”

“This latest news shows that that surveillance was continuing through the Clinton campaign and through these corrupt relationships while he was president, and that is undoubtedly not just a massive scandal, but the biggest political story we’ve had in a generation,” she said.

Hemingway added, “And the failure of these other media outlets to cover it is only a reflection of their own complicity in the corruption of the regime and how they will do whatever it takes to control and keep power.”

The problem with the US is that we have Joe Biden who is serving the globalists which is China is part of it. Plus the majority of top brasses in the Pentagon are also serving the globalists. So, who knows what is going to happen to Taiwan or even the United States; it is nothing worse than having enemies from within willing to destroy the country.

The economic destruction coming out of the Biden administration sweeps far and wide, and now it is affecting production at eight different Ford Motor Company plants.

“Difficulties in obtaining semiconductor chips will prompt Ford Motor to temporarily halt or scale back auto production at eight plants in North America, the company said Friday,” reports Fox News.

“The announcement by the major U.S. automaker – set to take effect next week — continued a series of supply-chain setbacks that have affected the nation’s economy in recent months,” reported Fox News.

“Ford warned Thursday that a lack of chip availability would likely hurt production in the company’s current financial quarter,” according to Fox News.

“The chip shortage, combined with the impact of the omicron variant of the coronavirus, were a difficult 1-2 punch for the automaker in its fourth quarter,” reported Fox News.

U.S. plants expected to see work suspended are in Michigan, Chicago, and Kentucky.

Other plants that will be affected are in Cuatitlan, Mexico and Ontario, Canada.

Last Monday the Arizona Senate reconvened. During a senate session, the discussion turned to the UOCAVA voters — the voters covered under the Uniform Overseas Civilian Absentee Voting Act. These are the men and women who are serving their country in the military and send in a mail-in vote from where they are stationed outside the country.

The act officially covers:

. members of the United States Uniformed Services and merchant marine;
. their family members; and
. United States citizens residing outside the United States.

During the hearing, Paul Harris, a Maricopa resident and veteran in corporate executive management, spoke to the committee. Harris was a manager during the audit of the Maricopa County audit of the 2020 election ballots.

Paul Harris was tasked with overseeing the UOCAVA ballots during the audit. He described his experience.

Paul Harris: The UOCAVA is the Uniform Overseas Civilian Absentee Voting Act ballot. That ballot is sent out to men and women who work overseas and the people who work overseas to get a chance to work in the election. This is what a ballot looks like that goes out, an 11 1/2 X 19 ballot. When I opened up a box of ballots this is what a ballot looks like that’s a UOCAVA ballot. You know what that is? It’s an 8 1/2 X 11 sheet of copy paper.

Paul Harris continued: “Did you all know that our ballots come back like this from our overseas people? Did any of you know thia? It is such a sham that I had people everyday at my table taking pictures of these ballots that were scanned down. It took my team three complete days to count all of the UOCAVA ballots. You know why? Because in 2016 the numbers were apparently 1,600 UOCAVA ballots that came back in the most significant election in our lifetime. In 2020 the numbers were close to 9,600 ballots that came back. And I will tell you as an eye-witness, 95%… all went towards one candidate. And in a state where a candidate won by 10,000 votes that is 8,000 new votes during an election where people were brought home because there was a pandemic… No chain of custody. There’s nothing to identify where this piece of paper came from.

This testimony by Paul Harris is very similar to what we witnessed in Michigan and Georgia.

The Michigan Senate Oversight Committee held a hearing in Lansing on election fraud and irregularities in December 2020.

President Trump was ahead of Joe Biden in Michigan on election night when all of a sudden they stopped counting votes.

At around 4:30 AM AFTER Election Day, a massive ballot dump of more than 130,000 votes appeared for Joe Biden in Michigan.

One GOP elections observer on Tuesday said all of the military ballots she saw looked like “Xerox copies” of each other – none were registered Michigan voters and 100% went for Joe Biden.

The witness, Patty McMurray, described her experience at the TCF Center on Wednesday morning.

“Not one of the military ballots was a registered voter and the ballots looked like they were all exactly the same Xerox copies of the ballot – they were all for Biden across the board, there wasn’t a single Trump vote and none of the voters were registered, “witness Patty said. “They had to manually enter the names, addresses, enter birthdate of 1/1/2020 which would override the system and allow them to enter non-registered voters of which I saw several that day, throughout the day, that’s how they would override voters that were neither in the electronic poll book or in the supplemental updated poll book.”

So what happened to these original ballots? And how were they intercepted?

It appears that the FDA and Pfizer want to put the brakes on a judge's order that would give the American people information on the vaccine.

Weeks after a federal judge ordered the Food and Drug Administration to get Americans the data it relied upon when it approved Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccine, it appears the FDA and Pfizer are balking.

Aaron Siri, the lawyer for the group that sued to have the 450,000 pages of information published sooner rather than later, said the FDA is already objecting to a timetable that called for an accelerated publication schedule to take effect March 1, according to a Wednesday post on his Substack.

Siri said the FDA — which had initially called for publishing 500 pages a month and been told to hit the level of 55,000 pages a month — wants to delay the start of that until May 1.

The FDA’s plan would have taken 76 years to produce the records. The revised plan it was ordered to adopt would get the job done in eight months.

“[A]ll of this insanity is simply in response to an attempt to obtain some basic transparency,” Siri wrote. “This should again bring into sharp focus why the government should never coerce or mandate anyone to get an unwanted medical product or procedure.”

Further complicating the picture is a motion filed by Pfizer to intervene.

“Pfizer supports the public disclosure of the vast majority of this information to promote transparency and the public’s confidence in the vaccine, and Pfizer seeks to intervene for the limited purpose of ensuring that information that is exempt from disclosure under FOIA is not disclosed inappropriately,” the company said in its motion.

“In light of FDA’s statements regarding its capacity to review the requested information at an increased pace, and this Court’s order to produce this information on an expedited basis, Pfizer seeks leave to intervene in this action for the limited purpose of ensuring that information exempt from disclosure under [the Freedom of Information Act] is adequately protected as FDA complies with this Court’s order,” the motion said.

“[T]here is a risk that this matter could result in inadvertent disclosure of FOIA-protected material. Pfizer’s ability to protect its interests would be directly impaired if its trade secrets and other proprietary information were disclosed as a result of this action,” it said.

Should this information be made public immediately?
The FDA said in a court filing Tuesday it welcomed Pfizer’s review. Public Health and Medical Professionals for Transparency, which sued to get the documents released, opposes that intervention.

U.S. District Judge Mark Pittman of the Northern District of Texas, who ruled earlier this month that the FDA should move quickly to produce the documents, was to hold a hearing on Pfizer’s intervention on Friday, Reuters reported.

Siri said the public will lose if Pfizer wins.

“Just look at this circus — the government mandates Pfizer’s product, gives it immunity for any safety or efficacy issues, promotes its product using taxpayer money, gives Pfizer over $17 billion and then uses taxpayers’ money to fight to avoid providing even the most basic level of transparency to the public,” he said.

In his ruling earlier this month, Pittman said the FDA’s initial plan, which would have taken until 2097 to produce all the documents requested, was not good enough.

“‘Open government is fundamentally an American issue’ — it is neither a Republican nor a Democrat issue,” Pittman wrote, quoting Republican Sen. John Cornyn of Texas.

“As James Madison wrote, ‘[a] popular Government, without popular information, or the means of acquiring it, is but a Prologue to a Farce or a Tragedy; or, perhaps, both. Knowledge will forever govern ignorance: And a people who mean to be their own Governors, must arm themselves with the power which knowledge gives,'” the judge said.

“John F. Kennedy likewise recognized that ‘a nation that is afraid to let its people judge the truth and falsehood in an open market is a nation that is afraid of its people.’ And, particularly appropriate in this case, John McCain (correctly) noted that ‘[e]xcessive administrative secrecy … feeds conspiracy theories and reduces the public’s confidence in the government.'”

Pittman recognized in his order that meeting the timetable he had adopted would be a challenge for the FDA, but said the “Court concludes that this FOIA request is of paramount public importance.”

Quoting a comment from a past court ruling that “[S]tale information is of little value,” he wrote that “the expeditious completion of Plaintiff’s request is not only practicable, but necessary.”

He said that “the production rate, as detailed below, appropriately balances the need for unprecedented urgency in processing this request with the FDA’s concerns regarding the burdens of production.”

Last night, the Wisconsin Assembly has unanimously voted to withdraw its 10 electoral votes that contributed to the certification of Joe Biden’s controversial victory following the hotly contested 2020 Presidential Election.

The legislation now heads to the Wisconsin Assembly Rules Committee, and then on to the Wisconsin Senate for confirmation.

A candidate needs 270 electoral votes to win an election.

The U.S. Constitution exclusively gives individual state legislatures the power to conduct elections and assign electoral votes.

A controversial program that awards special visas to illegal immigrants who claim to be victims of crimes in the U.S. rubber stamps petitions with forged, unauthorized, altered, or suspicious law enforcement certifications, according to a scathing federal audit released this month. The probe also discloses that the Homeland Security agency, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), that authorizes the visas has for years allowed fraud to go unchecked in the program that receives over 50,000 applications annually. It is known as the U nonimmigrant visa, or simply U visa, and it grants lawful status as well as a path to American citizenship to illegal alien crime victims and their families.

Congress created it in 2000 as part of the Victims of Trafficking and Violence Protection Act to help authorities prosecute criminals with the help of victims in the country illegally who might otherwise not cooperate with police. Though victims of other crimes and those who have suffered “substantial physical or mental abuse” may also qualify, the visa was designed to assist victims of sexual assault, gangs, domestic violence, and human trafficking. In the last few years U visa petitions have grown tremendously, according to government figures, and the Biden administration wants to expand the program even more by raising the annual cap from 10,000 to 30,000 (family members do not count against the cap). That will only add to the huge backlog. It is bad enough that a few years ago USCIS estimated that petitioners would wait more than a decade to receive a U visa if policies and processing procedures remain the same.

While on the waitlist illegal immigrants and their family members receive deferred action or parole and may apply for work authorization. A USCIS publication reveals that 22% of petitioners and 11% of derivatives were previously in deportation proceedings and nearly 10% of those approved required a waiver for fraud or willful misrepresentation. The report also states that in 2010 USCIS implemented a waitlist process due to the growing number of petitioners. By 2019 the agency estimated petitioners would wait north of 10 years to receive a U visa. The overwhelming majority (68%) of U visa applicants come from Mexico, according to figures embedded in the USCIS report. The rest come from Guatemala (7%), El Salvador (6.3%), Honduras (5.3%), India (3%) and Ecuador (1.9%).

To qualify for a U visa applicants must show that they are a victim of a qualifying crime, have information about the crime and are likely to be helpful in the detection or investigation of the crime or the prosecution and conviction of the perpetrator. Victims must submit a signed certification (1-918 form) from a law enforcement official containing basic information about the criminal activity and the victim’s willingness to assist in the detection, investigation, prosecution, conviction or sentencing. The Department of Homeland Security Inspector General (DHS IG), which conducted the latest probe, found that USCIS approved petitions with law enforcement certifications that were unauthorized, forged, altered or suspicious. Investigators from the watchdog’s office contacted law enforcement officials and confirmed in various cases that certifications had forged or unauthorized signatures. It seems that USCIS is not terribly concerned because the IG writes that, even after learning about these serious issues, the agency “did not adequately manage the U visa program” and failed to address “fraud risks.”

As part of the probe, the DHS watchdog surveyed law enforcement officials at dozens of agencies across the nation to determine if the U visa program helps solve crimes. Of 57 certifying law enforcement agencies contacted, “61 percent stated the program does not significantly improve their ability to investigate and solve crimes and 54 percent believe petitioners abuse the program,” the recently published DHS IG report says. Officials at several law enforcement agencies said the U visa program is not helpful because the requests are often for old or closed cases, and in some instances, “staged” crimes, or “exaggerated injuries.” Portions of the report are redacted but the key point is well conveyed. “USCIS’ mismanagement of the U visa program led to questionable petitioners gaining U visa benefits,” the IG writes, adding that the agency has failed to take corrective actions although it acknowledged issues and vulnerabilities years ago.
