Isn't your curiosity whetted just a little when an audio of Trump, from 12 years ago, when he was NOT IN POLITICS - LET ALONE THE CHIEF EXECUTIVE - was found, but 3000 deleted emails, from the unsecured personal server of a standing Secretary of State, just conveniently disappeared?

Doesn't it seem a bit unorthodox when the Director of the FBI lists a litany of Hillary's deficient handling of her emails, which he described as: "extremely careless;" that she "should have known" not to record CLASSIFIED INTEL on a private server; that it was "especially concerning" that the server was not supported by a full time security staff; that even if information is not marked 'classified' in an email, participants who know or should know that the subject matter is classified are "still obligated to protect it;" that the security culture of the State Department in general, and with respect to use of unclassified email systems in particular, was generally lacking in the kind of care for classified information that is found elsewhere in the government; that "hostile actors" gained access to the private commercial email accounts of people with whom Secretary Clinton was in regular contact from her personal account and that Hillary's use of a personal email domain was both known by a large number of people and readily apparent;" that she also used her personal email extensively while OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES, including sending and receiving work-related emails in the territory of "sophisticated adversaries" and that, given that combination of factors, it is possible that hostile actors gained access to Secretary Clinton's personal email account."

Yet, despite all these unpardonable breaches in judgment, Comey excuses her from indictment because of "INTENT." How can a woman who admitted ON VIDEO that she was mandated to remove batteries from all phones, computers, blackberrys, etc. BEFORE SHE LEFT THE PLANE, any time she traveled to Russia or China, because they were "so good" at hacking ("in a nanosecond") NOT be accused of INTENT??! When she goes home and continues with the "extremely careless" use of her personal server, HOW IS THAT NOT INTENTIONAL?? Dear God, she is COMPROMISING NATIONAL SECURITY!! She gets exonerated, but Trump is being crucified because of leaks!! Now isn't that equitable?!

And it still goes on. Comey is on TV right now stating that the Clinton email scandal should not be considered an investigation," merely a "matter." How chivalrous of him!! There is a rumor, however, that the reason why Comey exempted Hillary from indictment was because he found HIS SUICIDE NOTE among her emails.

(With over 90 suspicious suicides and accidents surrounding the teflon Clintons and their history of lies, there is reason enough to harbor some credence in what should be a merely a satirical remark.)

Unfortunately, Whoopie's looks were not her choice - so she can't be blamed for them. Her views, her attitude, her perspective, her assumptions - well, that's another story entirely!! I read very complimentary comments about James Comey and was encouraged about his investigation into Hillary's email scandal. I listened intently as he read the litany of lies Hillary had perpetrated and eagerly awaited his conclusion. I could barely believe his ruling. NO INDICTMENT? It was ludicrous. I heard about her "INTENT," as if Comey could be privy to what was swirling around in that callous brain of hers - as if, for MRS. "WHAT DIFFERENCE DOES IT MAKE", COMPROMISING NATIONAL SECURITY and FURTHER ENDANGERING OUR MILITARY was improbable. For crying out loud, the woman spent decades in politics - TWICE as a FIRST LADY, AS A SENATOR, AND AS SECRETARY OF STATE - AND SHE IS EXCUSED FROM INDICTMENT BECAUSE THERE WAS SOME MAGICIAN, SOME GENIUS WHO NOW COULD PROVE INTENT??!!!

Well, I recently saw a satirical caricature of an upright Comey making his final pronouncement regarding Hillary's scandal. It was headlined:

Even after these deaths, the group remained active. Ayers participated in the 1971 BOMBING OF THE CAPITOL BUILDING and the 1972 BOMBING OF THE PENTAGON, according to his 2001 book Fugitive Days: A Memoir. He remained underground for a decade. I thought about it as I typed it, but then I realized that if President Reagan was asked if he meant that compliment to refer to all branches of the military, he would have said "yes" - without exception. I would never consider your post a "rant" - it was an impassioned narrative about the substandard care your husband received from a medical organization who should have, knowing the extreme sacrifices of their patients, been offered the very best care accessible.

I am so sorry to learn of your husband's passing. That was one experience in common I was hoping we didn't share. My husband was cared for in a University Hospital and I must admit that it was more than satisfactory. He still suffered from many challenges, but he was with me for ten years longer than was predicted.

I cared for my mom during her last years. I always referred to her as an angel on the face of this earth. I never heard her say a harsh word about anyone and she was the kindest, most compassionate person I ever knew. When mom was hospitalized and she was asked how she felt, (not wanting to "bother" anyone) she said, "I'm fine!" Of course, she was not fine!! My husband followed her into the Emergency Room and, though he was told he had to leave, he refused!! He explained her reluctance to complain and explained her symptoms to the doctors. The doctor actually praised him for his forthrightness and said: You did the right thing. The best ally for a patient is an adamant relative. So, you see, you were an absolute heroine yourself, Bevos, in fighting for your husband's health and rights!! BRAVA!!!

As you are aware, the Veterans Affairs medical system came under intense scrutiny when it was revealed that several veterans who were patients at a VA hospital in Phoenix died after prolonged waiting periods for treatment. Eric Shinseki, the VA Secretary at the time, RESIGNED about a month after the scandal erupted. Under his watch, veterans experienced bloated wait times to see a doctor. Others were put on SECRET WAITING LISTS as a way for hospitals to appear to comply with the VA’s requirement that patients see a doctor WITHIN TWO WEEKS OF SCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT. The VA’s inspector general released a report in which it says it found that 307,000 veterans had DIED WHILE WAITING. An audit found that 57,000 VETERANS HAD WAITED MORE THAN 90 DAYS for their scheduled appointments. And approximately 70 percent of VA facilities maintained OFF-THE-BOOKS WAITING LISTS for patients.

President Trump did mention the VA scandal during his campaign. Like you, I do hope he manages to clean up the VA mess along with all the other damage Obama left behind.

Another thing we have in common Bevos. My husband was my hero as well. I lost my honey five years ago. We were married 46 years (too short a time for me - guess I'm being greedy). He was challenged by so many medical diseases - from 15 cancer surgeries, aortic aneurysm, quadruple bypass surgery, diabetes, sleep apnea, etc. (believe me, there's more), but he never complained - he was too concerned about me and our two sons. Talk about courage. How lucky were we, Bevos?!! That's why I want to scream when I read of the disrespect shown to our military or our flag.

Hi, Mr. B - My husband was aboard a destroyer during the Cuban Missile Crisis. He was there when the "BATTLE STATIONS" - BATTLE STATIONS - THIS IS NOT A DRILL" call went out. Thank God, Nothing Happened . The thing is, it could have, and he was there!! That's where the heroism comes in. You weren't home watching TV or on the beach getting a tan. Individuals who violate this order can face fines of up to $10,000 and up to one year in federal prison.

During the press conference, the President explained his decision was based on a personal belief that the language used in the pledge is “divisive” and “contrary to America’s deepest held values." (BULL) It is based on the vengeance of a man who held no allegiance to America and admitted it when he professed to "fundamentally transform" our country.

“The pledge excludes so many Americans who are vital to making this country what it is,” Obama said. “Asking someone to pledge their allegiance to our country excludes Jehovah’s Witnesses, Amish, Muslims, and many others whose religious beliefs prohibit strong displays of nationalism. By calling this ‘one nation under God’, we exclude the millions of hard working atheists and agnostics who call America home. By saying ‘liberty and justice for all’, we ignore the grievances of millions of Hispanics, African Americans and Muslims who feel they have neither liberty nor justice.” Obama told reporters that he believes the inclusion of “under God” runs afoul of the First Amendment’s establishment clause. He summed up his press briefing by challenging congress to create a new pledge that more accurately reflects America’s values.

While Executive Order 13738 is likely to be a source of heated debate among Americans, constitutional scholar, Paul Horner, told ABC News that it is unlikely the law will be challenged in court.

“Since this law only affects federal employees and contractors and not the general populace, it is well within the traditional scope of a president’s executive authority to pass this law. Any challenges would lack proper legal standing and more than like be quickly dismissed.”

I sincerely hope this law IS challenged - this one, and also the nonsense about burning the flag being acceptable as it comports with the First Amendment. Many of our soldiers paid the ultimate price for the symbolism of our flag. To desecrate it in any way is the pinnacle of ingratitude. If you dishonor it, you certainly cannot know what it's like to receive a folded one!!! If you want to take advantage of the resources of America, the very least you should do is pledge your allegiance to her. If your allegiance lies elsewhere, you don't belong here.

Hi Mike - Not sure if you meant your very kind post for me - but wanted to thank you, in case it was. My honey passed away five years ago. He loved the Navy and I was so proud of him. (He looked so handsome in his uniform). We were married 46 years. He left me with two blessings - Robert and James - and they granted me five cherished grandchildren between them - so though I shall miss my husband every day of my life, it was he who blessed me with a treasured family.
