Having and keeping classified documents, especially if you are refusing to give them back, is a serious violation of the Espionage Act. Fat Donny had 30 of them seized during the execution of the FBI search warrant. Hence, 30 felonies against the Espionage Act.

Both Biden and Pence were apparently unaware of their documents. When they were discovered the Archives were informed, the documents returned and invitations to investigators from the Archivist to search wherever they wanted to search. Everyone was happy and put the event to bed with a handshake.

You don't know what Fat Donny did with the docs in his possession. People have come forward saying that they were shown doc that were said to be classified. I haven't heard if any incidents have been verified. What do the right wing fantasy makers say Biden sold?

Be aware of the fact that you opinion is worth nothing. The Fat Boy's attorneys will have fun trying to deal with the Espionage charges given the fact that those documents were found, identified and documented at Mar A Lago and seized as part of the search.
If they can't do that the Fat Boy will be convicted of 30 violations of the Espionage Act and that would be the ugliest charge that anyone involved in government could possibly receive. Your disagreement will not be noticed.

You really need to do some reading and turn off the radio. You are making a fool out of yourself with your absurd allegations that have no basis in fact. Espionage is the crime of traitors and the fact that the Fat Boy has violated the Espionage Act 30 times is literally a given.

Who knows what Fat Donny has done with the documents. Do you? MIGHT be difficult to prove? So you apparently are not totally convinced that he HAS NOT sold classified documents to a foreign power. So what did Biden sell, Hillary's e-mails or a copy of Hunter's laptop?

You need to develop a window somewhere in your colon so you are able to see a bit more given the location of your head. Maybe then you could begin to understand that upon discovery of the documents in the home of Joe Biden and in the home of Mike Pence that the Archives were alerted, the documents returned and an invitation extended to the Archivist to sent a search team to make sure that everything was returned. Both Biden and Pence followed these procedures and both are cleared and exonerated of any charges or ill will.
Fat Donny the Loser, on the other hand, took the documents knowingly (by his own admission) and stashed them at Mar a Lago everywhere that had an empty space given the huge number of boxes (see indictment photos) and without anything that resembled security. When he was asked to return them he ignored the request. After numerous requests he returned 15 boxes and then had his attorney's write up a document saying that that was all of it and submitted it to the Archives while knowing that there was a lot more that he still retained. He was then subpoenaed and he ignored it as well. When the search warrant was executed and the FBI showed up only to find an additional trove of highly classified documents full of extremely sensitive information in addition to thousands of less sensitive documents all the Fat Boy could do was scream, "they're mine!".
The result of the Fat Boy's bout with insanity is progressing along right now with his arraignment on a 37 count felony indictment laid out in excruciating detail and showing 30 of those felonies as being violations of the Espionage Act which is as serious as a heart attack during a stroke. Let's wait a bit and see which of those two maladies lays the Fat Boy our first.
Are you able to understand and to actually see that there are dramatic differences between the Biden/Pence situations and the debacle of the Fat Boy? It is a vibrant example of what the Fat Boy has to look forward to due to his most basic weakness and flaw.

Keep coming up with reasons that make you feel better about the likely outcome of the next election. The Fat Boy, most likely, will be the fascist candidate and he has as much chance of winning the presidency as I do. His next election loss protest will amount to him banging his tin cup on the bars.
The problem for right wing fascists is that they have nothing to offer the voter either in terms of their expressed policy which is totally missing and their ideas to improve life in America which they have not had since Nixon.
