DeSantis, the contentious governor of Florida vs trump with his influence and prospects that are fading fast. Then there’s Mike Pence. There’s choice.

Florida is experiencing new voting limits and the ban on teachers discussing gender identity with young children which equates to the “don’t say gay” law. Book bans, bans on Critical Race Theory and the New York Times, using children as pawns to promote a racist political agenda, DeSantis is a refined, more purified version of trump, without the incompetence. Whether he’s more efficient and ruthless and able to get things done is another matter entirely.

DeSantis craves executive power and he, as president, would engage in its use at a scale that would be detrimental to the country at too many levels. Already he is attempting to remove all power from independent colleges and universities. That power would be replaced with his governance at every institution in Florida from top to bottom. And that is just the beginning.

As much as many across the nation argue that DeSantis would be preferable since he would not threaten the foundations of America’s constitutional democracy, unlike trump, there are no guarantees.

You’ve been warned: Who’s the better thief? The one who breaks the window to get into your home or the one who deceptively picks the lock? DeSantis knows how not to trip the alarm system.

Nevertheless, don’t go choosing curtains for the White House just yet.

The number one and main thing that should jump out at all of us is the percent of people in the world that live to be over 65! Meaning - If you are reading this e-mail, then you and I ARE one of a very few fortunate people!

THE EARTH'S POPULATION STATISTICS PUT INTO PERSPECTIVE: The population of Earth at this minute is constantly changing, but it's around 7.9 billion at this very second.

For most people, this is an unfathomable figure. However, if we condense that 7.9 billion into 100 persons, and then condense it further into various percentage statistics, the resulting analysis is relatively much easier to comprehend:

Out of 100 people:
11 are in Europe
5 are in North America
9 are in South America
15 are in Africa
60 are in Asia

49 live in the countryside
51 live in cities

75 have mobile phones
25 do not

30 have internet access
70 do not have the availability to go online

7 received university education
93 did not attend college

83 can read
17 are illiterate

33 are Christians
22 are Muslims
14 are Hindus
7 are Buddhists
12 are other religions
12 have no religious beliefs

26 live less than 14 years
66 died between 15 - 64 years of age
8 are over 65 years old


Think about this - If you live in your own home, are able to eat full meals & drink clean water, have a mobile phone, can surf the internet and went to college, you are in a minuscule percentage of the population and are a highly privileged person this day.
(This equates to being in the less than 7% category)

Amongst 100 persons in the world - only 8 will live or exceed the age of 65.

If you are already over 65 years old - be content, grateful and thank God; cherish life, grasp every moment.

If you did not leave this world before the age of 64, like the 92 persons who did pass before you, you are truly blessed amongst mankind. Take good care of your own health. Cherish every remaining moment.

If you think you are suffering memory loss, it's called anosognosia and gets interesting.

In the following analysis the French Professor Bruno Dubois, Director of the Institute of Memory and Alzheimer's disease (IMMA) at La Pitié-Salpêtrière - Paris Hospitals, addresses the subject in a rather reassuring way:

"If anyone is aware of their memory problems, they do NOT have Alzheimer's."
1 You know you forget names of families.
2 You know you don't remember where you put some things, but you remember you had them.

This often happens in people 60 years and older and they complain they are losing/lacking their memory.. "All information remains in the brain, but the "processor" is lacking."


Half of people 60 and older have some symptoms due to age rather than disease.

Some of the most common cases are:
- forgetting the name of a person,
- going to a room in the house and not remembering why we were going there,
- forgetting a movie title, actor or actress, and
- searching where we left our glasses or keys.

After 60 years most people have some difficulty, which indicates that it is not a disease but rather a characteristic due to the passage of years. Many people are concerned about these oversights, hence the importance of the following statements:

1. "Those who are conscious of being forgetful have no serious problem of memory."
2. "Those who suffer from a memory illness or Alzheimer's are not aware of what is happening."

Professor Bruno Dubois, Director of IMMA reassures the majority of people concerned about their oversights: "The more we complain about memory loss the less likely we suffer from memory sickness."

I found this very informative. While I knew most of this information, the perspective of this article was a bit different.

King Asa was a righteous leader of God’s people. This ancestor of Christ and third king of the divided kingdom was a devout reformer who abolished the worship of foreign gods, put an end to cultic prostitution, and even dethroned his family members who disdained obedience to Yahweh.

2 Chronicles 15:15 tells us that God brought peace to the land because of Asa’s righteous leadership. But in the course of time Asa fell to a subtle sin. It was a sin that ultimately cost him his life. It is a sin that entangles many of God’s people in comfortable places and in peaceful times.

After many years of trusting God for victory on the battlefield and amid crises at home, Asa’s confidence slowly shifted from God to people and to the resources around him. When battle sprung up near the end of his reign, he relied on military alliances instead of trusting God.

When he faced illness in his latter years, he trusted in his physicians instead of hoping in God. Of course, military strategies are vital in warfare and doctors are important in facing a health crisis, but in both cases, these should be seen as tools in the hand of our God of hope and not the hope themselves. A few generations before, King David wrote the words that should have governed Asa’s mind:

Some trust in chariots and some in horses, but we trust in the name of the Lord our God. Psalm 20:7

This of course did not mean that David didn’t utilize the tools which were entrusted to him. But as his son, Solomon, had learned, “The horse is made ready for the day of battle, but victory rests with the Lord.” Proverbs 21:31

The sad and final chapter in Asa’s life reads, “even in his illness he did not seek help from the Lord, but only from the physicians; then in the forty-first year of his reign Asa died.” 2 Chronicles 16:12-13

So then, as God blesses you with doctors, advisors, consultants and investors, please always remember the battle belongs to the Lord.

End Of Days People Want Their Cake And Eat It Too,- Not So Fast

How many people claim to be with God, but when speaking or through their works openly revert to not acknowledging God but show their ignorance and fake devotion to The Designer. Their heart is full of hope that heaven is real but by their actions don’t want any of the if’s, ands, or buts, in the rules / laws of Gods Word. These “if, and, buts” are a stipulation on the conditions in having your sins purged from your Soul / Spirit in the flesh or carrying them into the Judgement pertaining the Opening of the Book of life.
Do you celebrate same sex marriages, stolen elections, democrat breaking laws to advance their followers interest by free money, college loans paid off by taxpayers, Quid Pro Quo etc.

Jeremiah 50:35-38 A sword is upon the Chaldeans, saith the Lord, and upon the inhabitants of Babylon, and upon their princes, and upon her wise men. V36 A sword is upon the liars; and they shall dote: A sword shall be upon her mighty men; and they shall be dismayed. V37. A sword shall be upon their horses and upon their chariots and upon all the mingled people that are in the midst of her; and they shall become as women: A sword is upon her treasures; and they shall be robbed.
This mingled people has to be the melting pot of assembled people, cry babies, as women not men.

In Psalms 65:3 Iniquities prevail against me: As for our transgressions, Thou shall purge them away. ( to cover them by atonement ).
If you’re with GOD He will see to it that like the blood on the door post, death will pass over your house.

Hebrews 9:14 How much more shall the blood of Christ, Who through the eternal Spirit offered Himself without spot to God, purge your conscience from dead works to serve the living GOD.
Dead works are working to advance the agenda of the New World Order, like a reed bending in the wind and being a can do person for evil. Expecting to go to church and being forgiven of your sins by the blood of Christ, you got it wrong, friend.

I Samual 3:14 And therefore I have sworn unto the house of Eli, that the Iniquity of Eli’s house shall not be purged with sacrifice nor offering for ever.
This is where the truth become a steel wall, no going under, around or over. Your soul depends on it and being ignorant, unless you can claim the age of accountability.

Isaiah 22: 14. V13 And behold joy and gladness, slaying oxen, and killing sheep, eating flesh, and drinking wine: “lets us eat and drink; for to morrow we shall die”. V14 And it was revealed in mine ears by the Lord of Hosts, “Surely this iniquity shall not be purged from you till ye die, saith the Lord God of Hosts.
God will not forget the blood of Christ being squandered on frivolous and repeated sin.
You can be in the midst of the sinners and with their iniquities you will not be harmed as long as you follow God diligently and not taking your eyes off Him and doing His will. Don’t pass on / die and appear to God with your iniquities staining you soul.

Do you live and breath GODs Word, or do you practice Easter, other religions, seditions, repeating and spreading hearsay. Eating pork and unclean things. Do you vote progressive, Democrat, that allows abortion of children, releasing criminals that shouldn’t be released only to hurt / kill innocents again. Knowing that people / politicians lie and yet going with the half-truths. Promoting abominable LGBTQ agendas. This is an overview of the devotion that God is demanding from His children, Us. I know that the blood of Christ covers / blots out sin, but there is a limit on how much spilling of Christ’s blood will be tolerated, especially when it comes to ignoring on purpose or by being an unsuspecting child. His ways are higher above than our ways as we only see through a dark cloudy glass.

We didn't go to very many movies as I was growing up. My Dad thought they were a waste of money and my Mom thought the were a waste of time. We did go to see a movie about Captain Eddie Rickenbacker though. I don't remember the year but I do remember it was about the crash in the Pacific and the crew being on the life boat. The scene about the sea gull was in the movie also. I have always sort of linked Rickenbacker and Bly as they both survived their own hard voyage. Thanks for this story.
