Indeed, the SUN causes climate change, and only the sun has that power. Hey! Don’t sell AOC short! Hell! There are over half the voters (along with several Congress “people” and several presidential candidates) in this country, who believe she’s the best thing since sliced bread!

Look what she’s accomplished in just three weeks.

Most if the leaners on OPP agree
with the above.

Lock and load....it’s going to be a bumpy road to socialism!

eventually, and sooner than later she'll be seen as "all hat and no cattle" , than she'll vanish.

Another year has passed
And we're all a little older.

Last summer felt hotter
And winter seems much colder.

old man

I rack my brain for happy thoughts,
To put down on my pad,

But lots of things, That come to mind
Just make me kind of sad.

There was a time not long ago
When life was quite a blast.

Now I fully understand
About 'Living in the Past'.

We used to go to friends homes,
Football games and lunches.

Now we go to therapy, to hospitals,
And after-funeral brunches.

old man

We used to have hangovers,
From parties that were gay.

Now we suffer body aches
And sleep the night away.

We used to go out dining,
And couldn't get our fill.

Now we ask for doggie bags,
Come home and take a pill.

We used to travel often
To places near and far.

Now we get backaches
From riding in the car.

We used to go out shopping
For new clothing at the Mall

But, now we never bother...
All the sizes are too small.
old man
That, my friend is how life is,
And now my tale is told.

So, enjoy each day and live it up...
Before you're too damn old!!

That's the point: guns should be more difficult to get--and all that means is a two week delay for a federal background on ALL purchases of guns, no exceptions. Guns are not protecting us, they are killing us. Though I believe such background checks would avert more than one mass killing, if it only prevented one mass murder compared to getting one's panties in a bunch over some delay, it is well worth it. Under the 2nd Amendment, we have the right to bear arms, and with each right comes great responsibility. To want to do away with or not have complete universal gun-control in this nation of epidemic gun violence is immoral, immature, and gross negligence bordering on the criminal.

I got two pistols and two rifles from my father that he got from my grandfather. I passed then on to my sons. The guns were made circa 1906, so they all are smokeless and not antique. That I , or any of my family, should have to seek government approval to pass them on is absurd and renders the 2nd Amendment null and void.....

"Where the hell is all the money really going????" - LJ

A question that won't be answered by those funded.

"the U.S. Government spent more than $32.5 billion on climate studies between 1989 and 2009. This doesn’t count about $79 billion more spent for climate change technology research, foreign aid and tax breaks for “green energy.” WTH??? Just to study mind you!!! Are we the only ones studying this garbage??" - LJ
The UN is sink hole that needs to be removed from our shores.

The answer is very small and miniature nuclear power plants, if the leftwingnuts were serious. Read here.....https://www.sciencealert.com/miniature-modular-nuclear-power-plants-are-being-implemented-in-the-us and, BTW our climate would be safe even if we could increase CO2 is the air from 360 to 400 parts per million of volume to 1200 ppmv. Only thing we notice is mowing the grass more and crop yields would increase , fertilizer requirements would drop and semi arid land would become productive, starvation deaths would decline......how awful is that

Do you have a proposal to plug volcanoes?
Is there a way to tax volcanoes?

Very true. Facts are that Water Vapor accounts for 95 percent of the greenhouse effect.the remaining 5 percent all other gasses. CO2 about 3 percent and the human contribution under one percent as most CO2 comes from totally natural sources. There is nothing we can do short of creating a nuclear winter tat would change climate. Otherwise only the SUN and its' cycles can do so. https://www.bing.com/videos/search?q=you+tube+global+warming+hoax+explained+for+dummies&view=detail&mid=6926B7242ABBBB6D677D6926B7242ABBBB6D677D&FORM=VIRE

I do not admit to outright phobias of traveling over large bodies of water or, for that matter, flying. But, I do have a very strong aversion to both. I prefer terra firma. That leaves some fabulous places out of my prospects for traveling. They would include Europe, Hawaii, Australia and the Canary Islands.

If you can take your next summer vacation in St. Thomas VI.. That way you avoid the crowds. Visit Sapphire Bay , take the Ferry st St. Johns, horseless in Trunk Beach bay , the ater's very clear and on summer, they WANT visitors , in the winter, they tolerate visitors. Try and find a Steel Orchestra. there's nothing on this Earth like it1
