A Chinese developer is constructing a 650 unit high rise apt building near downtown San Jose near Silicon Valley. They busted last week for holding 22 illegal immigrants captive and working them for no pay (slavery) They were being held in a house and transported to and from work. All they were paid was food and shelter. This has become all to frequent in recent years. Young immigrants from Guatemala, Honduras, and El Salvador boys have been found being held captive working in chicken, & eggs industry. Dairy operations until they pay of their debt to smugglers. Now they are in Construction. The developer had to pay $250,000 in back wages to the 22 men.

Obama delivered some of those kids to traffickers. Quite a few. The Obama Administration "lost" more than 4000 kids in one damn year. When people present at one of the 48 Ports-of-Entry on the Mexican border in accordance with our laws, the kids are not taken unless there is reason to be concerned for their safety. The people are free to leave with their kids at anytime during the first 20 days if there are no other problems. They are told that their claims for asylum will probably be denied, yet they insist. When "catch and release" was practiced, barely half of the people showed up for their hearings. Kids are not incarcerated with adults because of a law that was passed by a Democrat Controlled Congress and signed by Bush.

Try to understand this... Not every cucaracha that sneaks over the border is a refugee. There are legal criteria that must be met before they are considered a refugee. So it is your contention that every time a wetback gets caught sneaking into this country and yells "refugee!" we are supposed to believe them? There are 48 Ports of Entry on the Mexican Border. If you come to this country on any major highway or many of the smaller ones you pass through a port. Wetbacks who deliberately avoid these Ports and then yell asylum when they are caught are not refugees. Perhaps if our douche bag politicians on both sides of the aisles had not kicked this can down the road until there are more than 12 million wetbacks in this country we might be a little more welcoming.
