Why the Rapture Is Not a New Piece of Scripture

Whenever I mention that my ministry is pre-Millennial, pre-Tribulational, and absurdities of all absurdities—believe in the doctrine of the Rapture, I receive responses, some positive, but mostly negative. For several reasons, my ministry generally has not entangled ourselves in this issue. But, apparently, according to the responses we receive, to believe that a Rapture will occur brands one as “low brow,” “gullible” and “escapist.”

Spirit of Derision

If anything, it seems that a spirit of derisiveness as well as smugness is becoming more prevalent in today’s warped society. Nevertheless, over the years we have observed that the “No-Rapture” proponents apparently feel unsettled with Rapture-believers. We receive letters from supposedly well-meaning people who would like to convert us; some even want to “deliver” us to a post- or mid-tribulation perspective.

Interestingly, most of these respondents will agree that any differences in our perspectives are nothing over which to lose fellowship, as long as both parties are pre-millennial. Yet, for some reason, they still want to disprove the Rapture view when it clearly states the saints will escape the wrath of God, though it is not a “salvation issue.”
Conversely, those who hold the Rapture view do not feel it an imperative to expunge the world of Rapture naysayers. As mentioned, it is not a salvation issue because once you are saved and born again you will not lose your salvation. The Rapture believer knows that non-Rapture-believing Christian is given salvation through grace as anyone else, and moreover, will be taken up in the Rapture even while they some remain doubters.

Rapture View

So why “proselytize” them to the Rapture view, other than to gain the blessing of a full biblical alignment of one’s views?

While not every variant of doctrine threatens one’s salvation, every deviation from Biblical truth does have its price.
We wonder why there is such an opposition to the Rapture view. Just what spirit — or irritation — is behind these attacks? The range of counter arguments and viewpoints range from the thoughtful to pure vitriol.
It would be fine to debate the Rapture doctrine based upon Biblical exegesis. However, increasingly it seems that Rapture-deniers resort to mostly unfounded and unbalanced allegations. They have not come to their opinion by way of “scholarly” study, but rather shallow anti-Rapture propaganda.

Recently, a friend (with an evangelical background and who was raised with the Rapture expectation) rather suddenly changed his mind, announcing to me that he no longer believes in the Rapture. I was curious what was behind this “conversion.”
Apparently, he had swallowed the argument that it was a “new” doctrine, supposedly popularized by a delusional young woman named Margaret MacDonald in the 1800s. This couldn’t be further from the truth in many respects. To fall for such a shallow falsehood is to ignore Scripture and the full history of the Christian church.

A case for the Rapture

This writer may be amongst the least credible apologists to present a case for the Rapture; however, I have certainly consulted and read many solid “dispensationalist” books and arguments supporting this view. As such, we supplement our brief response here by borrowing from pedigreed scholars. Anyone expounding on the Rapture, pro or con, should decide for themselves on the following four points.

1. Back to the Source - First, we must begin with the document that is claimed to be all sufficient for teaching, rebuking and admonishing (2 Timothy 3:16). Its truth towers far above that of all other documents in the world. The Rapture doctrine finds its source in Scripture. Nowhere else. Not only is it spoken of specifically, it is also foreshadowed and deductive, based on the character of God himself.

The doctrine of the Rapture must stand on the Bible “full stop.” The view of any church father, Pope, or entranced young girl cannot add any credence nor pedigree to what Scripture has said. As it is, a so-called church father can be found and quoted to support almost any theological view. We may have our favourites, but quoting them adds nothing proof-worthy to this main point — the Rapture is a scriptural doctrine.

2. Context: The History of the Church - Rapture doubters often claim that a teaching cannot be true because it is alleged to be “new” … i.e. perhaps something popularized over the last several centuries. This argument is not valid for a number of reasons. For one, it ignores church history; and second, it ignores the very warnings of the Bible. Early on—more than 2,000 years ago—Christians were already warned about false doctrines and that deceivers would creep in unawares. This was clearly an issue already during the time of the apostles. (See 2 Timothy 3:8, 4:3; 2 Peter 2:1-3.)

Gospel Diluted

Once the Apostles had passed on, the dilution of the gospel happened rapidly. Over the course of a few centuries, many false doctrines (driven by an “anti-christ spirit”) became embedded in various teachings. The pagan-infused empire of the Holy Roman Church eventually became a full-fledged apostate religious system. As the 1,000 pound religious and state-sponsored gorilla, it oppressed any and all that would differ with its doctrines or disrespect its authority.


Constantine

Once Constantine (the 4th century Roman emperor) adopted Christianity as the state religion, the Roman Catholic Church eventually became a regal earthly power, abrogating to itself even sovereignty and the role of the vicarious presence of Christ upon earth. Fallaciously claiming that Apostle Peter was its founder when in fact it was Jesus who was the rock, it nevertheless chose to not heed even one statement of Peter’s found in the Bible.

Throughout the centuries of Roman Catholic dominance (the Dark Ages) no contrary opinion upon any matter was allowed other than that of the ostensibly infallible Popes (no matter how despicable and ungodly some of them may have been.) Those believers and preachers who stood up for Biblical truth were jailed, tortured and murdered.

The Inquisition

The Inquisition is[1] a group of institutions within the judicial system of the Roman Catholic Church whose aim was to combat heresy. It started in12th-century France to combat religious sectarianism, in particular the Cathars and the Waldensians. Other groups which were investigated later include the Spiritual Franciscans, the Husites (followers of Jan Hus) and Beguines. Beginning in the 1250s, inquisitors were generally chosen from members of the Dominican Order, to replace the earlier practice of using local clergy as judges.[2] The term Medieval Inquisition covers these courts up through the 14th century.
In the Late Middle Ages and early Renaissance, the concept and scope of the Inquisition was significantly expanded in response to the Protestant Reformation and the Catholic Counter-Reformation. Its geographic scope was expanded to other European countries,[3] resulting in the Spanish Inquisition and Portuguese Inquisition. Those two kingdoms in particular operated inquisitorial courts throughout their respective empires (Spanish And Portuguese) in the Americas (resulting in the Peruvian Inquisition and Mexican Inquisition), Asia, and Africa.[4] One particular focus of the Spanish and Portuguese inquisitions was the issue of Jewish anusim and Muslim converts to Catholicism, partly because these minority groups were more numerous in Spain and Portugal than in many other parts of Europe, and partly because they were often considered suspect due to the assumption that they had secretly reverted to their previous religions.
Except within the Papal States, the institution of the Inquisition was abolished in the early 19th century, after the Napoleonic Wars in Europe and after the Spanish American wars of independence in the Americas. The institution survived as part of the Roman Curia, but in 1904 was given the new name of "Supreme Sacred Congregation of the Holy Office". In 1965 it became the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith.

The Roman Church’s Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith was feared. Those with biblical views that were contrary to the “revelations” and pronouncements of the Roman Catholic Magisterium had to flee for their lives, living in obscurity or hiding. To be branded a heretic was a dangerous thing, punishable by incarceration or torture and murdered in order to steal your property all in the name of hersey.

Documents Destroyed

Is it any wonder that so little of the biblical doctrines and views of the New Testament Church survived through the Middle Ages? Instead, many biblical doctrines were obliterated and suppressed. Those who attempted to revive or restore them (often viewing the “Holy Roman Church” as the whore of Revelation 17) were persecuted. Relatively few writings or records survive of the Church outside of the Holy Roman church anywhere from the period of the 6th to 16th centuries.

History records that millions of Ana-Baptists and other groups (Protestants of various sects — Waldensians, Huguenots, claimed heretics such as the Albigenses, etc.) were slaughtered under the edict of the Popes (and countless Jews were annihilated as well). These are documentable facts. Is this what a Christian church would do? I think not and there was little Christian about them.

England Broke Free

Only later, as the Middle Ages ended, England repudiated the rule of the Popes, the Reformation occurred, and Luther, Wycliffe and Tyndale opened the Bible to the public did Biblical teachings again see the light of day and could be recorded and published.
However, crucially, these were not “new” teachings. Rather they were largely restored teachings that were based on Scripture. Amongst these was the doctrine of the Rapture.

3. Solid Scholarship and Proofs - Today, we have the benefit of much scholarship on the origins of Christian doctrines. Amongst this record are the teachings of various preachers and theologians of the 16th to 19th centuries (outside of the Roman Catholic church) which have been found and uncovered. Plain to see in these records is the dominance of pre-millennial interpretations of the Bible.
Moreover, there is much proof of the Rapture being taught once the systematic oppression of Christians (or those with merely opposing scriptural views) starting being gradually lifted. The Rapture view was held by some clergy centuries before the alleged “trance revelations” of Margaret MacDonald. The promotion of this “trance” allegation is a “hatchet job” as far as scholarly evidence is concerned.
Today, we can say with confidence that the trance allegations of the “anti-Rapture” crowd have been thoroughly debunked and invalidated based on scholarship. We can recommend sound scholarly works proving the views expressed here. A recent “light bearer” work is the book titled Dispensationalism Before Darby by Dr. William C. Watson (published by Lampion Press). This book is full of quotes of the dispensationalist perspectives of many pastors, theologians and churchmen from the 16th to 19th centuries.

4. Logic and Apologetics - There are many excellent books available on the doctrine of the Rapture. As such, as already mentioned, we can hardly do credit to this body of work … especially so in such a short article. Students of the entire Bible (Old and New Testaments) can sense in their spirit God’s divine plan behind the Rapture.
It is in alignment with the entirety of the Bible. God always called out and preserved the believing remnant before he unleashed His wrath (the family of Noah, Lot). Why then, would the Church (what He calls His Bride) be allowed to be utterly slaughtered under the justice of his wrath.

Indeed, God disciplines and reproves those whom He loves. As Peter says, “For it is time for judgment to begin with God's household” (1 Peter 4:17). But, he also says in this same passage: “ if it begins with us, what will the outcome be for those who do not obey the gospel of God?” The treatment of the Church and those who “do not obey” are not one and the same.

To the contrary, says Jesus Christ to the Philadelphian church, “I will also keep you from the hour of trial that is going to come on the whole world to test the inhabitants of the earth” (Revelation 3:10).

This writer sometimes struggles with the concept of grace. As such, the Partial Rapture Theory can appear logical. Why? It naturally just doesn’t seem just that Jesus Christ would rapture all Christians though hardly any of them could be as worthy as perhaps Elijah and Enoch of the Old Testament who were also raptured. But, if the Lord saves us “while we are yet in sin” (Romans 5:8) through grace, then the Rapture is equally likely and equally undeserved for last-day Christians.

Wrapping Up

In conclusion, today, the attacks against the Rapture (excepting on the basis of scriptural evidence) can be ignored. Most arguments are fallacious … and sometimes mendacious. ALL last-day Christians are both saved and raptured by grace!

As it Was in the Days of Noah . . .

The Pope has recently given his blessing to mix human and animal DNA to create chimera for the sake of medical research. Webster’s Dictionary defines “chimera” as an “absurd fantasy.”
“And as it was in the days of Noah, so shall it also be in the days of the Son of Man” (Luke 17:26).

In the days of Noah there lived a race of half-human, half-demonic entities known as the Nephilim. These giants had a hobby—genetic interference. You know it as “cloning” as it is an abomination to God. Cloning is being conducted in laboratories all over the world, a sin before God.

Designer Children

You can now have “designer children.” You can choose the color of their eyes, hair and facial features. Great Britain is allowing three people to make a baby. Scientists are actually getting ready to resurrect the prehistoric mammoth. They found a woolly mammoth entombed in a glacier in Siberia and are going to mix the DNA of a modern-day elephant with the fossilized DNA of the prehistoric mammoth.

Satan mocks and mimics God, having an, “Anything you can do I can do” attitude. In the days of Noah, Satan mixed DNA from humans and animals to create chimera or “monstrosities.” These creatures are depicted in ancient Assyrian, Babylonian and Sumerian architecture.
They included creatures with bodies of humans with wings and heads of birds, beings with human bodies with heads of crocodiles, four-headed dogs—all kinds of weird stuff. These creatures were NOT man’s imagination; they actually existed and were an abomination to God so He destroyed them in the Flood along with the Nephilim.

Fallen Angels

The fallen angels that created all the trouble could not be drowned as they were spirit beings so God sent them to a place the Bible describes as Tartarus to await Judgment Day.
“There were giants on the earth in those days, also afterward” (Genesis 6:4).
After the Flood, Satan had another band of fallen angels breed with the women of earth to create another race of giants—the Anakim. These giants were killed off by the Israelites under the leadership of Joshua and one of them caught a rock right between his eyes from the slingshot of a 12-year old lad named David who was to become king of Israel later.

What’s with all these giants?

Satan knew the promised Messiah would come from the line of Abraham so he created a race of giants to prevent the Israelites from entering the Promised Land but his plan was thwarted by the Flood.

Cryptozoology

The first band of fallen angels were sent to Tartarus. What happened to the second band that bred with the women of earth to create the Anakim? And if Satan could create another race of giants after the Flood what’s to say he didn’t play a second round at genetic interference?

Cryptozoology is the science of hidden animals. A “cryptid” is an animal or creature that has been seen by many people but their existence is yet to be proven. There are a number of Creationists who believe Satan created another menagerie of monsters after the Flood by mixing human and animal DNA, and because God promised to never again destroy the earth by water, these creatures are still with us today.

They include the hairy bipeds known as “Bigfoot.” Sightings of these creatures always yield the same description; “red glowing eyes” and the “smell of sulphur.” This is a sign of demonic presence and explains how they can disappear and why they haven’t left a fossil record.

In 1973 a series of strange events were reported from Pennsylvania; during that year more than 300 supposed UFOs were recorded in the skies of the Keystone state, and hundreds of people were reporting frightening encounters with the creature known as “Bigfoot.”

We know that UFOs and extraterrestrials are demons; they are the same demons that people used to call fairies, elves and trolls. They have simply updated or modernized their appearance to be more acceptable in today’s society.

The New Age Movement—one of the false doctrines Jesus warned against in the last days teaches the “Intergalactic Belief” that ETs will save humanity from the Apocalypse.
The ONLY thing that can save humanity is the blood of Jesus Christ.

Enoch the Prophet

Enoch was a prophet who lived in the days of Noah. Enoch was so highly-favored by God the fallen angels tried to use him as a go-between to beg forgiveness from God and get Him to reverse His decision regarding eternal damnation. Enoch told the fallen angels they had made their bed and would have to lie in it since they chose to abandon their heavenly abode to mingle with the women of earth.

What if God had that attitude toward us? We would be damned for eternity! But God loved us so much He sent His only Son to earth to die in our place so we could have forgiveness and everlasting life in the kingdom of heaven.

I always thought it was interesting that these modern-day Nephilim we call “Bigfoot” started coming out of the woodwork (or woods) in these last days beginning in the 1950s. Could they know that their days are numbered when Jesus returns to earth at the Second Coming to cast Satan and the demons into the lake of fire?

Explanations from the NW Network

It is unclear what the Sons of God were, but they are distinguished from the daughters of men. The most obvious interpretation is that the Nephilim were a hybrid race between two distinct beings. There are at least three schools of thought regarding the Sons of God.

The older view, held nearly unanimously by ancient writers prior to Augustine of Hippo, is that the Nephilim were a hybrid race between certain fallen angels, called the Benei Ha'Elohim ("Sons of God") or The Watchers in extra-Biblical traditions, and human women. While there has always been a minority of churchmen who followed this view, it has been promoted recently by popular writers such as Stephen Quayle.

In The Genesis Record, Henry Morris states:
“
The only obvious and natural meaning without such clarification is that these beings were sons of God, rather than of men, because they had been created, not born. Such a description, of course, would apply only to Adam (Luke 3:38) and to the angels, whom God had directly created (Psalm 148:2, 5; Psalm 104:4; Colossians 1:16). The actual phrase bene elohim is used three other times, all in the very ancient book of Job (1:6; 2:1; 38:7). There is no doubt at all that, in these passages, the meaning applies exclusively to the angels. A very similar form (bar elohim) is used in Daniel 3:25, and also refers either to an angel or to a theophany. The term “sons of the mighty” (bene elim) is used in Psalm 29:1 and also Psalm 89:6, and again refers to angels. Thus, there seems no reasonable doubt that, in so far as the language itself is concerned, the intent of the writer was to convey the thought of angels - fallen angels, no doubt, since they were acting in opposition to God’s will.[3]
”
The more recent view which has been the majority position in the church since St. Augustine in the fourth century is that the Sons of God refers to the god-fearing line of Seth; and the daughters of menrefers to the daughters of the unbelieving line of Cain. Variations on this theme include the idea, proposed by Meredith Kline, that the Sons of God were kings or priests who took any woman they chose to be their wife.

Still others hold that the Sons of God were other created men. It is argued that the Bible does not describe every person that was created, but only key individuals or situations are included within the text. Those holding to this position call into question the origin of Cain's wife or those whom he feared would kill him Genesis 4:14-17 . However, this view falls into conflict with Genesis, which states that Eve is the mother of all the living.

After the Flood

In Genesis 6 , where the global flood is described, it states that the Nephilim were also on the Earthafterward. Many therefore, assume that many of the descriptions of giants in the Bible are references to Nephilim bloodlines. However, the only specific mention of Nephilim on the earth after the flood is part of the bad report from the spies in Numbers 13:33 , a report that is called "bad" (or "evil") as in an unreliable source.

In The Genesis Record, Henry Morris summarizes:
“
There were giants “also after that,” in the days of the Canaanites, and these were likewise known as, among other things, the Nephilim (Numbers 13:33). Humanly speaking, they were descended from Anak, and so were also known as the Anakim. These people were, of course, known to Moses and it was probably he who editorially inserted the phrase “and also after that” into Noah’s original record here in Genesis 6:4. Moses probably also inserted the information that these were the “mighty men of old, men of renown,” men whose exploits of strength and violence had made them famous in song and fable in all nations in the ages following the Flood. To rebellious men of later times, they were revered as great heroes; but in God’s sight they were merely ungodly men of violence and evil.[4]
”
Several tribes are encountered in the campaign of the Five Kings in Abraham's day that some argue might be Nephilim or hybrids of Nephilim. They are described as having become several tribes occupying the lands around the Valley of Siddim (Dead Sea) and evidently intermixed with the Canaanites.

Genesis 14 and Deuteronomy 2 name these tribes as the Rephaim ("titans", children of "Rapha"), Zuzim or Zamzummim ("terrible ones"), Emim, Horites, and Anakim ("crushing tyrants"). The tribe of the Anakim are directly connected with the Nephilim in the false report of the spies described in (Numbers 13:33 ). The context of the passages suggest that the other tribes of giants were relatives of the Anakim or other lines of Nephilim, particularly the Rephaim whose giant descendant is described as living in Gath along with the Anakim Goliath and Lahmi (see below). The Rephaim are giants (in fact these peoples are generally described as being tall or large) and seem to have been thus matched with the Nephilim based on the English rendering of "giants" in Genesis 6.
The tribe of the Anakim were descended from a giant named Anak, who was a son or grandson of a giant named "Arba", from which the ancient city of Hebron was originally called "Kiriath Arba" or "The City of Arba" because "Arba was the greatest man among the Anakim"[5]. This tribe was so tall, that the weak-kneed spies reported, "we are like grasshoppers to them."

Scripture describes how the tribes of giants were fought and destroyed by the tribes of normal men who replaced them, including the Israelites. Moses killed Og, king of the Rehpaim who lived on the Golan heights near Mt. Hermon. Og had a bed nine cubits long (13.5 to 15.5 feet, depending on which cubit was used) and was called "last of the remnant of the giants"[6]. Og may be the source of the word "ogre" in the English language.

Joshua drove the three remaining sons of Anak out of Hebron in his first campaign. They evidently reoccupied the city of Hebron while Joshua was waging his campaign against Canaanite cities in the North. Caleb later retook Hebron and killed the three giants[7].
Later David and Saul fought a remnant of smaller giants who had taken refuge in the Philistine city of Gath. They included Goliath, who was about nine feet tall, and his brother Lahmi "whose spear had a shaft like a weaver's rod". The last of the Gittite giants was slain, "In still another battle, which took place at Gath, there was a huge man with six fingers on each hand and six toes on each foot—twenty-four in all. He also was descended from Rapha"[8].
The last Scriptural reference to the giants may be Isaiah 45:14 , which prophecies that Sabean "men of stature" will become slaves in chains of the redeemed Israelites.
The characteristics of these tribes described in Scripture:
Their height was two or three times the height of normal men.
They were associated with some kind of unholy intermixing before the Flood.
They were closely associated with the wicked Canaanites after the Flood.
In one case they are described as having polydactyly (extra fingers and toes).
Unlike the Canaanites, there are no examples of Nephilim who became followers of God.

The question is will this hybrid dare to come forward again in these end of days to wreak havoc as before? Keep your eye to the sky our Lord will come with the truth soon.

World War III Approaches: Saudi Arabia And Turkey Drop Hints That An Invasion Of Syria Is Imminent.

As you read this article, Turkish forces are massing along the border with Syria, and the largest “military exercises” in the history of the Middle East are being held in northern Saudi Arabia. The Saudis are publicly warning that Syrian President Bashar al-Assad “will be removed by force” if a political solution cannot be found, and Turkey is claiming that it may have to establish a “safe zone” in northern Syria “for humanitarian purposes”. Saudi Arabia, Turkey and their Sunni allies have poured massive amounts of money and arms into the conflict in Syria, and now that their Sunni insurgents are on the verge of total defeat, they are trying to come up with a way to justify going in there and doing the job themselves.

For the Saudis, their focus is on trying to convince everyone that Syrian President Bashar al-Assad is an extremely dangerous dictator that must be removed at all costs. The following comes from the London Independent…

Syrian President Bashar al-Assad will be removed by force if the peace process fails, Saudi Arabia’s Foreign Minister has said.
“Bashar al-Assad will leave – have no doubt about it,” Saudi Arabia’s Foreign Minister Adel al-Jubeir told CNN. “He will either leave by a political process or he will be removed by force.”

Saudi Arabia has sent troops and fighter jets to a Turkish military base ahead of a possible ground invasion of Syria.

So precisely who will be doing the “removing” if force is necessary?
Are the Saudis ready to send in ground troops?
Apparently they are. Just consider what Saudi Arabia’s Foreign Minister Adel al-Jubeir told CNN…
Saudi Foreign Minister Jubeir made clear that his country’s troops would not go it alone.
“I can tell you that there is some serious discussion going on with regards to looking at a ground component in Syria, because there has to be a possibility of taking and holding ground, that one cannot do from the air.”
“We are saying we will participate within the U.S.-led coalition, should this coalition decide to send ground troops into Syria, that we are prepared to send special forces with those troops.”

But if the Saudis try to take Damascus and remove Assad by force, the Syrians and their allies will certainly fight back. That means that the Saudis will be fighting Hezbollah, the Iranians and the Russians.
Needless to say, Saudi Arabia is going to need a lot of help to do that.

So that may explain why Saudi Arabia has organized the largest “military exercise” in the history of the Middle East. CNN finally reported on this gigantic gathering of military forces in northern Saudi Arabia earlier today…
Saudi Arabia launched a massive military exercise that will include troops from 20 nations, state media reported Monday.

The drill, dubbed North Thunder, involves Arab and Muslim countries, according to the Saudi Press Agency. It’s taking place in King Khalid Military City in northeastern Saudi Arabia.

The news agency did not provide much information on what the exercise entails but called it “the largest in the region’s history.” The agency said it will involve air, sea and land forces.

As I discussed yesterday, 350,000 soldiers, 20,000 tanks, 2,450 warplanes and 460 military helicopters are reportedly gathering for these “military exercises”.
To me, that seems to be a great deal of overkill if the goal is just “training”.

Here is more about these “exercises” from RT…
The Saudi state agency made the announcement on Sunday, adding that participating troops will begin arriving in “the next few hours.”
The oil-rich nation described the exercises as “the largest and most important” military drills in the region’s history.

The so-called “Northern Thunder” exercise will take place in the north of the country and will include air, sea and land forces. SPA said that it will show that Riyadh and its allies “stand united in confronting all challenges and preserving peace and stability in the region.”
So are these forces massing for a ground invasion of Syria?
We shall see.

In the end, we probably won’t have to wait too long before we find out the answer.

Meanwhile, Turkish officials continue to assert that they may have to establish a “safe zone” for refugees in northern Syria. Since thousands of refugees are continually pouring their direction, they claim that they have no other choice but to go in and take control of the situation.

In fact, Turkey has already established several very large refugee camps on the Syrian side of the border…
Some 100,000 Syrian refugees are being looked after in camps inside Syria close to the Turkish border, including 35,000 who this month fled a Russian-backed regime offensive in northern Aleppo province, a top Turkish official said Friday.

Turkish Deputy Prime Minister Yalcin Akdogan, whose country has come under increasing pressure to open its border to people fleeing the violence, said the refugees were being accommodated in nine camps just across the border with Syria.

But make no mistake – this is not just about helping refugees.
The truth is that ISIS has been using Turkey as a home base for years, and hundreds of millions of dollars of ISIS oil has been shipped into Turkey where it has then been sold to the rest of the world. Barack Obama knows about all of this, and yet he has refused to do anything to stop it.

At this point the cooperation between ISIS and Turkey has become so obvious that even CNN is admitting that ISIS militants are being resupplied from Turkey…

To the east of Aleppo, Kurdish forces are, with American support, eyeing the remaining ISIS strongholds along the Turkish border — Jarablus and Manbij. The U.S. wants ISIS out, to remove its access to resupply of materiel and fighters from Turkey.

Meanwhile, Turkey, America’s NATO ally that is engaged in a brutal but often unseen war with the Kurds’ allies in Turkey’s southeast, doesn’t want the Kurds to advance, and may stop at nothing to prevent that.

Fortunately, the Russian bombing campaign has pretty much put an end to the endless parade of ISIS oil trucks that were entering Turkey, and now the primary supply line to Sunni militants in the strategically important city of Aleppo is about to be cut off.

The corridor that runs through the city of Azaz is vitally important, and the Prime Minister of Turkey recently insisted that the Turkish government “will not allow Azaz to fall”…
Turkey shelled YPG positions for a third straight day on Monday to try to stop its fighters seizing Azaz, just 8 km from the border. Ankara fears the Kurdish militia, backed by Russia, is trying to secure the last stretch of around 100 km along the Syrian border not already under its control.

“We will not allow Azaz to fall,” Davutoglu told reporters on his plane on the way to Ukraine. “If they approach again they will see the harshest reaction,” he said.

Unfortunately for the Turkish government, it appears that Azaz is already slipping away from the militants. The following was reported by an Iranian news source…
Ankara is likely to take action to counter the Syrian military and allied groups on choking up a supply link on which militants relied to get weapons and logistics.

Syrian troops and Lebanon’s Hezbollah fighters have retaken the town of Azaz, located to the northwest of Aleppo, prompting Saudi Arabia and Turkey to hint at deployment of ground forces to the region.
Asked if Ankara might act to reverse the gains, Turkish Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoglu said on Friday, “Wait for the next few days and you will have the answer,” Turkish paper Hurriyet reported.

That sounds rather ominous.

Like I said yesterday, I don’t think that I have ever seen a scenario which was more likely to lead to World War III than the one that we are watching play out right now.

Do Saudi Arabia and Turkey actually expect to waltz into Syria and start taking territory without a response from the Syrians, Hezbollah, the Iranians and the Russians?

And if fighting does break out, how is the United States possibly going to stay out of it?

The truth is that Saudi Arabia and Turkey would never invade Syria in the first place without the express approval of the Obama administration.

The next couple of weeks are key. If we can get into early March without an invasion, by that time Saudi Arabia and Turkey may have missed their window. The troops gathered for the massive military exercise in northern Saudi Arabia will start to go home, and by then the Sunni militants remaining in Aleppo will probably be pretty much completely defeated.

But will Saudi Arabia and Turkey really be willing to walk away after pouring so much time, effort and money into the conflict in Syria? They had dreamed of turning Syria into a full-blown Sunni nation, and if they give up now Syria will end up being dominated by Iran and Hezbollah. It will be a result that is far worse than if they never tried to overthrow Assad in the first place.

So my gut feeling is telling me that Saudi Arabia, Turkey and their Sunni allies are not done in Syria. But their obsession with that country threatens to plunge us into World War III, and if that happens the consequences will be felt by every man, woman and child on the entire planet.

Limited Nuclear War Within 18 days as Saudis (and Friends) mass 350,000 troops, 20,000 Tanks, 2,450 Planes, 460 Helicopters for Syria Invasion

Russia will have no choice but to use Tactical (Battlefield) Nuclear Weapons to defend Syria once a ground invasion begins within 18 days, by 350,000 troops, 20,000 Tanks, 2,450 military planes and 460 Helicopters from 25 countries massing in northern Saudi Arabia. Syria has warned "any aggressor entering the country will go home in wooden coffins;" Russia has said "any country sending ground troops into Syria without permission will be considered a declaration of war."
Thousands of soldiers from regional countries are set to participate in what is being "called" a military "exercise" media reports say.
Saudi media said some 350,000 forces from Persian Gulf Arab states and a number of other countries will take part in a Saudi-led military maneuver in the area of Hafer al-Batin in northern Saudi Arabia.
In addition to the massive troop build-up, some 2,540 warplanes, 20,000 tanks and 460 helicopters will also participate in the "exercise," dubbed “North Thunder.”

The "exercise" is scheduled to last 18 days, during which the airspace over northern Saudi Arabia will be closed.
Media reports say the "exercise" will be the largest in the history of the region. However, SuperStation95 has done research and there is no known example of this much military power being massed for an "exercise" . . . anywhere . . . ever. It seems quite obvious to any thinking person that the notion of an "exercise" is fraudulent on its face; this is an invasion force and when it moves, it will mean war.
Egypt, Sudan, Pakistan and Persian Gulf Arab states are among the 25 countries that will also take part in the "exercises."

The maneuver comes at a sensitive time after Saudi Arabia announced readiness to participate in any ground incursion in Syria if the US-led coalition decides to start such an operation. (Gee, what a coincidence.)
Saudi Arabia is a member of the US-led coalition that has been conducting air raids inside Syria. The airstrikes have been going on without any authorization from the Syrian government or a UN mandate since September 2014. The Saudi "exercise" is believed as preparation for a possible ground incursion into Syria.

Reacting to the troop deployment, Syrian Foreign Minister Walid al-Muallem said Saturday, “Let no one think they can attack Syria or violate its sovereignty because I assure you any aggressor will return to their country in a wooden coffin.”

Pavel Krasheninnikov, a deputy of Russia’s State Duma, has warned Saudi Arabia that any military ground operation in Syria without Damascus’ consent would amount to a declaration of war.

WHY NOW?

The civil war which has been wrecking Syria for the past several years has been funded and backed by Saudi Arabia, Qatar, the United States and other countries. Months ago, when Russia entered the fray to protect their ally, Syria, the Russians began impacting the rebels in a big way.

Within the last week, it became very clear that the rebel/ISIS stronghold in Alleppo, Syria would be surrounded and cut-off by the Russians and the Syrian Arab Army. Once Alleppo is liberated by the legitimate Syrian government, the entire rebel effort will collapse.
That's why this past weekend, Saudi Arabia publicly floated the "offer" of providing 150,000 ground troops for a "U.S. lead invasion force to enter Syria to fight ISIS." Trouble is that ISIS is part of the rebel effort and the Saudis, Qataris' Turks and the USA all knew it. If the Saudis, Qataris, Turks and USA enter with ground troops, it will NOT be to "fight ISIS" but rather will be to protect the rebels!

US Defense Secretary Ash Carter publicly replied that the Saudis had a good idea and he would take it up with our other allies. But if Alleppo falls, then the final holdout of the terrorists and rebels, a city called Raqqa, will fall as well and at that point, the civil war is over and the bad guys will have lost.

As of tonight, February 10, 2016, Alleppo is now surrounded and cut-off. The Saudis are getting desperate to help their rebel/terrorist buddies.

The only way the Saudis, Qataris, Turks and USA can possibly _hope_ to protect their rebel pals is to enter in such massive force, they overwhelm the Russians. This triggers another problem: Russia has a doctrine of using tactical nuclear weapons FIRST to protect their interests and their territory.

TACTICAL NUKES MUST BE USED - NO OTHER CHOICE

During the Cold War, when the old Soviet Union posed an invasion threat to western Europe, NATO's war plan called for NATO to use tactical nuclear weapons FIRST to stop the . . . 20,000 Russian tanks and overwhelming troops.
The same way NATO knew that's the only way to stop 20,000 tanks and several hundred thousand man invasion force, the Russians know it too! And the Russians will be FORCED to use tactical nukes in order to protect Syria.

As soon as those troops and tanks begin to cross into Syria, the Russian S-300 and S-400 missiles will begin taking-out the 2,450 military planes and 460 helicopters. The S-400 is probably the single most advanced anti-aircraft system in the world and the aggressor jets will drop like flies.

But when the 350,000 troops and 20,000 tanks start crossing the border, the ONLY solution for the Syrians and the Russians will be to use tactical nukes. Perhaps those artillery-launched nukes would be fired inside Syria, but they would detonate on the border with Jordan, or Iraq (wherever the troops are entering from) and the wind will start carrying the fallout deeper into those countries. Perhaps the nukes would be fired into Saudi Arabia itself (because that's where the mass of troops is coming from.)
Either way, the Arabs do not seem to realize who they are dealing with. Russia is a nuclear super power. Russia will NOT allow itself to be over-run or humiliated in Syria. Russia will do what Russia HAS to do; and an awful lot of Arab troops, who were lead down the primrose path by the US who is probably telling them they have nothing to worry about, will find out what it's like to see a sudden, bright, white flash, as their troops get vaporized.

The U.S. will not strike Russia back on behalf of the Arabs, because the US knows Russia would then start launching missiles into the US heartland. The Arabs will have been lead down the road to utter destruction, by a US President whose allegiance is questionable. Is he Sunni . . . . or is he Shia? Has anyone bothered to verify it? He certainly gave Iran a sweetheart nuclear deal. Iran is Shia, isn't it?

HERE IS HOW THIS WILL BE PRESENTED TO THE AMERICAN PEOPLE

Right now, the mass media in the US is totally silent about how close we are to war. This is by design. When the Saudis and their pals begin the invasion and the Syrians and Russians are FORCED to use tactical nukes to stop them, the American people will suddenly be told "Russia has just attacked our ally, Saudi Arabia, with nuclear weapons. We must enter to defend our allies!" The American people, kept blissfully ignorant of who really started this and why, will say to themselves, "My God, those filthy bastards used nukes . . . .let's get em!" . . . . . and off to war we go.

Obama - if he is Shia - would then achieve another goal: destroying "the Great Satan" as Iran has called us! So we in the US have to ask ourselves, is Obama a Christian - as he has claimed - or is he a Muslim as many have said? And again, if he is Muslim, is he Sunni or is he Shia? We need only look at the sweetheart deal he gave to Iran to get a very good idea of the actual answer!

DIVERT ATTENTION FROM ECONOMIC COLLAPSE

The reason this is going to take place is simple: The government in the US, and those in Europe, need a DIVERSION to shift the public's attention away from the coming economic collapse.

Right now, banks throughout Europe are on the edge of collapse from their bad loans, speculation and corruption. In Germany, for instance, Deutsch Bank has seen more than fifty percent (50%) of its stock value get wiped out, with 40% of that fall since January 1. People are pulling money out in droves. The banks are becoming unstable.

If (or when) Deutsch Bank collapses, they are exposed to "Derivatives" worth $50 TRILLION. When the bank fails, the $50 TRILLION hits the rest of the banks and they collapse too.
In the USA, the "too big to fail" banks are now also heading into collapse because instead of changing when they needed bailouts in 2008, they kept right on doing what they were doing! Now they are all bigger and in worse debt!

The governments do not have the credit or the cash to bail out the banks again, so when the banks go under -- and they will -- the governments need to divert people's attention from the fact that their life savings and retirement moneys have been wiped out; and a "limited nuclear war" is just what they need to shift people's attention away from losing their life savings!

IT MAY ALREADY BE TOO LATE

\We may not be able to stop what's coming, but we have to at least TRY. There does not have to be a war.

\There is no reason or legitimate interest, in overthrowing the government of Syria and we are backing the bad guys if we continue trying to do that.

If we allow Saudi Arabia and their Muslim buddies to go into Syria, it absolutely, positively will result in immediate war with Russia, and the Saudis are massing so much firepower and armor that the only way Russia can defend Syria is to use tactical nukes.

Once that happens, the US will get sucked-in and our children will be sent to fight and die . . . . all as a diversion from the economic collapse caused by greedy bankers and inept politicians.

Saudi’s decision to send troops to Syria in an attempt to bolster and toughen efforts against militants is “final,” the spokesman of the Saudi-led coalition force in Yemen announced on Thursday.
Brig. Gen. Ahmed Al-Assiri, said that Riyadh is “ready” and will fight with its U.S.-led coalition allies to defeat ISIS militants in Syria, however, he said Washington is more suitable to answer questions on further details about any future ground operations. “We are representing Saudi’s [decision] only” in sending troops, he said.

Dangerous Military Buildup in the Middle East Happening Right Now….Researched by Pastor Gary Boyd

In case you haven’t been paying attention because of the lame stream media hoopla over the coming primaries there is a new military stealth build-up taking place within Syria between three major power blocs. At this point it is unclear whether this militarization is in sync or whether these power blocs are at odds with one another. The silence surrounding this major military escalation from all sides though, is ominous. Are they building to fight each other or is Israel the target?


In the Kurdish areas of Northern Syria, Russia and America have begun a major military build-up in a narrow strip of land sitting right on the Syrian-Turkish border. Facing this growing U.S.-Russian build-up is a parallel Turkish build-up on the other side of the border, from within Turkey.

Tension Between Russia & Turkey

In view of the tense and highly strained relations between Russia and Turkey over the recent shooting down by Turkey of a Russian fighter aircraft, it is unlikely that this build-up is coordinated or in unison. They are building-up their forces in order to counter and oppose one another’s mutual military threat or perhaps it is a pretense to be in the area to position themselves for an attack on Israel.

This in itself is not abnormal. What is abnormal though is how close this Russian and American build up is to the Turkish border, how extremely narrow the strip of land is that America and Russia are amassing their forces on, and how easy it would be for a misunderstanding or some form of human error to spark a conflagration that may well escalate beyond our ability to predict, or their ability to control.

This is a highly charged convergence of three opposing armies and air forces, all operational in one tiny area just 85 km long. Major wars have begun on much less.

Airstrips Widened for C-130’s

The Americans have made a base at the small Remelan Airport. Quickly bringing in Special Forces troops and attack helicopters they have now effectively occupied the airport. American engineers have worked fast to widen the airport landing strip so that larger U.S. military aircraft C-130’s can be accepted there.

The Russians, in response, have immediately taken over a small abandoned Syrian army air base just 80 km from the U.S. Remelan Air Base. They, too, have brought in Russian Special Forces troops and strike elements of their air force to directly counter the threat posed by the U.S. presence in the same small area. This Russian base is under 4 kilometers from the Turkish border and is now a barrier separating the two NATO allies, the U.S. and Turkey.

At both these bases, as we speak, there is a rapid militarization underway.

Erdogan Matching Russian Challenge

To counter this Russian threat, Turkey has arrayed a significant number of tanks and artillery batteries along the border as well as amassing a very large number of troops just three kilometers away from their Russian adversaries.

Turkish President Tayyip Erdogan stated as recently as last month that he will not allow such a continuation amassing of military equipment right on Turkey’s border, “We have said this from the beginning: we won't tolerate such formations (in northern Syria) along the area stretching from the Iraqi border up to the Mediterranean.”

There are deep suspicions that the Russians have begun to amass their forces so that they can began to penetrate, and then claim territory deep into the Kurdish region of northern Syria. This is a hotly disputed area that Turkey also claims as historical sovereignty.

Russia Just Waiting to Hammer Turkey

Turkey have been hamstrung. They know full-well that Russia is just waiting for an opportunity to avenge the recent shooting down of the Su-24 warplane in November of last year, resulting in the deaths of both Russian pilots. As a consequence of this, Turkey must not wrongly put forth a single foot.the wrong way or Russia will call foul and the match will be on.

However, if Russia moves into the Kurdish region of Northern Syria, Turkey may be obliged to act. If Turkey does move against Russia (if and when they make a move into Northern Syria), their NATO ally America may also be forced to come to Turkey’s defense. That is potentially why the U.S. is also amassing forces in the same Turkish border area.

The more I look at Syria the more the very real specter of a significant war between major world powers becomes. In my lifetime, the Middle East has never looked as dangerous or as volatile as it does right now with Israel completely surrounded by her enemies. We must remember Israel has oil now the world wants and Russia is bankrupt, Turkey has terrible economic woes, and Obama cannot be trusted either for his anti-semitism shows bigtime.

I believe that Syria may be approaching a tipping point and a very real danger that almost every military alliance on earth might be sucked into a rapidly escalating conflagration there. It is possible that we are looking at the beginnings of a wider war in Syria taking shape right now.

Syria today is a powder-keg and it looks as though it could blow up at any time. If it does, chaos will surely follow in its wake. This may very well be the fulfillment of Psalm 83 as well as the start of World War three. Remember the pentagon has already been talking about renewing the draft for men as well as women. The war mongering cannot help but lead to a major conflagration soon and 2016 is a ripe year for Bible prophecy fulfillment. Is anyone watching?

It is Important to Israel Who Wins the White House.....Researched by Gary Boyd

Many of us are “issues” voters. In fact, who isn’t? Leftists like to tag conservatives as “issues voters,” then they do the same thing by voting for immoral candidates who support abortion, etc.
But what kind of relationship will Israel have with the next president?
That’s one of my issues.

Dems Will Cave

We can predict fairly easily what the Democrat will do, if one is elected. It will be at least four more years of Obama’s anti-Semitic agenda. The only Democrat currently running that has a chance of winning is Hillary Clinton, and the for sale sleazy Clinton has a decades-long history of befriending the Palestinians. Part of her email scandal involves her exchanges with aids and advisers that show a clear hatred of the Jewish state. Just get a load of her exchanges about Israel with Sid Blumenthal.

Clinton was also deeply involved in her husband’s pressuring of Netanyahu and Israel in the ‘90s. In short, she is an old-school leftist who would be very bad for Israel, bad for the country, and really no way she can win with the email scandal and Benghazi pulling her down. It seems Hillary cannot even beat the far left old socialist Bernie Sanders!

But what of the Republicans?

Donald Trump doesn’t seem to be much of an ideologue, and that would probably be a benefit. He has done business with Israelis and the relationship seems warm and genuine, so his experience there would no doubt be positive. No doubt he and Netanyahu would get along famously.

I heard Ted Cruz a couple years ago speak at a Christians United for Israel Summit in Washington. He sounded like a Likudnik, a real Zionist who is a genuine friend of Israel. Probably Israel's best bet for getting things done.

Marco Rubio also seems to have genuine affection for Israel.
Interestingly, I think it is the governors in the race—Bush, Christie, Kasich—who would be decidedly less friendly, but it’s a moot point because none will even get close enough to sniff the White House.

Carly Fiorina I think would have made a good president, and as my good friend Matt Buff explained the other night on the “Israel Watch” radio program, Fiorina might get a shot next time. She certainly is friendly with the Israelis and Netanyahu.
The only Republican candidate (now former) who would be indifferent at best (and probably hostile) toward Israel is Rand Paul. Thankfully, Paul will never get past the Senate.

Presidential candidates usually trot-out their alleged support of Israel, then when they assume office, that support disappears. But John Kasich’s recent comments about Israel and the Obama Administration seem genuine, and genuinely impressive:

’Israel has given a lot of stuff back. They gave Gaza back. How is that working out? They have everything launching into Israel,’ Kasich said. ‘I don’t know how you get a two-state solution when people are walking into your country and stabbing people. I will say this: Recognize the State of Israel, guarantee their permanent security, stop launching Katyusha rockets into Israel, stop sending in people with knives to kill people in Israel — they went from rocks to knives now — and knock it off. And then, I think you can get to a two-state solution.’
“Kasich asserted there will never be permanent peace and Israel should search for stability.
“’Every day that you go by without there being major problems there, that is a win,’ he said. ‘And I can tell you, we are not going to bully Israel; it’s their survival. It’s just very serious stuff. It’s like – man, we want to survive.’” (Jerusalem Post)

One thing is certain: if a Republican wins the White House come November, the dreadful damage done to our relationship with the Jewish state, by Obama, will be reversed.
And that’s one big positive outcome of surviving eight years of a Marxist who only cares about his leftist agenda.

The Ark of the Covenant and Jesus

As the verified Word of God, the Bible, is the greatest book ever written. One of the many reasons why, is the astounding number of specific fulfilled prophecies it contains. And many of these prophecies relate to the life and times of the Messiah. For example, the book of Daniel foretold the exact timing of the Messiah’s arrival 483 years in advance (Daniel 9:25).

The book of Zechariah foretold the betrayal of Messiah for 30 pieces of silver (Zechariah 11:12), and the book of Micah foretold the Messiah’s birthplace as Bethlehem (Micah 5:2). The Scriptures contain dozens upon dozens of Messianic prophecies just like these, all of them pointing to one man— Jesus of Nazareth.

But did you know the Bible contains even more evidence of the divine authority of Jesus? Despite the incalculable odds of fulfilling just a few dozen, the Messianic prophecies only scratch the surface of what the Bible has to say about the Messiah. In fact, if Jesus is to be believed (and He is), the entire Old Testament points to Him. That’s right. The entire Old Testament.

The Old Testament

Unfortunately, many Christians neglect the Old Testament when it comes to Bible study. Sure, they might read Genesis, Psalms, and Proverbs. But for the most part, far too many Christians view the other books of the Old Testament as boring or irrelevant.

Yet, nothing could further from the truth! Because a careful study of the Old Testament reveals God's master plan to send a Savior whose life is given as an offering for sin (Isaiah 53).

In reference to what we call the Old Testament, Jesus said, “You search the Scriptures because you think they give you eternal life. But the Scriptures point to me!" John 5:39 (NLT). Jesus also said He did not come to abolish the law or the prophets, but to fulfill their purpose (Matthew 5:17).

And following His resurrection, He explained how the Scriptures pointed to Himself (Luke 24:27), and how everything written about Himself in the law of Moses, the prophets, and the Psalms must be fulfilled (Luke 24:44).

In doing this, Jesus wasn’t referring only to the Messianic prophecies. He was also referring to the stories, symbols, laws, customs, and other elements of the Old Testament. Because every aspect of the Old Testament points to Jesus.

As the book of Hebrews states, “The old system under the law of Moses was only a shadow, a dim preview of the good things to come” (Hebrews 10:1 NLT). In other words, the law and the prophets gave us a glimpse into the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus.

And one of these glimpses is described in the book of Exodus. It’s called the Ark of the Covenant.

The Ark of the Covenant

During the exodus from Egypt, God instructed the Israelites to build a box known as the Ark of the Covenant. But God didn't just say, “Hey, build a box.” He provided detailed and specific instructions on how the box was to be made.
And you know what? When you study His instructions, you’ll find they serve to do one thing, and one thing only—glorify the name of Jesus Christ.
God’s description of the Ark is found in the Book of Exodus. Here, He reveals its dimensions, how to carry it, and what to place inside it. He instructs the Israelites to make the Ark’s cover (which He calls the “mercy seat” or “place of atonement”) out of pure gold.
On it, they are to fashion two angels made of pure gold and place them on either end, facing each other, and looking down on the mercy seat (Exodus 25:18-20).
He then instructs them to place the stone tablets inscribed with the Ten Commandments inside. We later learn the Ark also contained Aaron's staff that sprouted leaves as well as a jar of manna (Hebrews 9:4).
Next, God instructed the Hebrews to make a special curtain and place the Ark of the Covenant behind it. This curtain was to separate the Holy Place from the Most Holy Place (Exodus 26:33), and it symbolizes the barrier sin creates between mankind and the Creator.
In the Most Holy Place, God Himself was present in a cloud over the Ark’s atonement cover or mercy seat (Leviticus 16:2; Numbers 7:89). This was the place where the high priest sprinkled the blood of a sacrifice to atone for the sin of the people (Leviticus 16:14-15).
While the Israelites probably didn't understand the purpose of all these instructions, God’s purpose was later revealed in the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ.
It All Points to Jesus
Jesus said, “the Scriptures point to me” (John 5:39). And God’ instructions for the design and use of the Ark of the Covenant are no exception. Just study the gospel accounts, and you’ll realize how true it is to say all the Scriptures point to Jesus.
Let's start with the contents of the Ark. One of the items found inside was a jar of manna (Hebrews 9:4). Manna was the bread from heaven God supplied to the Hebrews as they wandered in the desert (Exodus 16). This is symbolic of Jesus, who is the true bread of life.
Jesus Himself said, “Moses didn’t give you bread from heaven. My Father did. And now He offers you the true bread of heaven. The true bread of God is the one who comes down from heaven and gives life to the world” (John 6:32-33 NLT).

The Ark also contained Aaron's staff that sprouted leaves (Hebrews 9:4). Do you remember the story of Aaron's staff? God had Moses place twelve wooden staffs (representing the twelve tribes of Israel) in front of the Ark. Each staff featured the inscribed name of its tribe's leader, and God promised buds would sprout from the staff of the man He selected to serve as High Priest (Numbers 17:1-8).


The presence of Aaron's staff in the Ark is fitting, since Jesus serves as our High Priest (Hebrews 4:14-15). As High Priest, Jesus approached God on our behalf and offered a blood sacrifice to atone for our sins.


But those weren’t the only items in the Ark. It also contained the stone tablets inscribed with the Ten Commandments (Hebrews 9:4). This is symbolic of the dedication Jesus had to the law. Contrary to what some believe, Jesus didn't come to abolish the law, but to fulfill it (Matthew 5:17).


Isaiah said the Messiah would exalt and honor the law (Isaiah 42:21), and Paul described how Jesus rescued us from the curse pronounced by the law because, when he was crucified, he took the curse for our wrongdoing upon Himself (Galatians 3:13).

However, it's not just the contents of the Ark that point to Jesus and glorify His name. The design of the Ark itself points to Him.
Weeping outside of the empty tomb, Mary Magdalene looked inside and saw two angels - one sitting where Jesus's head had been and the other sitting where Jesus's feet had been (John 20:12). Does that sound like a familiar image? It should.


Remember, on the cover of the ark, God commanded the Hebrews to place two angels on opposite ends. These two angels were commanded to look down upon the mercy seat, also known as “the place of atonement” (Exodus 25:18-20). This is precisely what Mary saw in the empty tomb, angels at opposite ends of the place where Jesus was laid to rest - the true mercy seat and place of atonement.
The Ark foreshadowed the coming of Jesus and the events surrounding his resurrection. Jesus was the ultimate sacrifice. As our High Priest, Jesus entered the Most Holy Place and secured our redemption forever with His own blood rather than the blood of animals (Hebrews 9:12).

When Jesus did this, the curtain in the Temple which separated the Holy Place from the Most Holy Place was torn in two, from top to bottom" (Matthew 27:51). Sin no longer separated men from God, because once for all time, Jesus appeared and removed our sins by giving His own life as a holy sacrifice” (Hebrew 9:26).

French Folly Trying to Give Israel's Promised Land Away: Certain Disaster Will Follow..........By Pastor Gary Boyd

The same week pitiful images emerged of French President Hollande greeting the fiendish “President” Hassan Rouhani of Iran, France announced it would formally recognize a state of Palestine, should brokered negotiations between Israel and the Palestinians bread down.

Israel wasted no time issuing a statement about that.

“The foreign minister’s statement offers incentive to the Palestinians to reach a deadlock,” an Israeli official said. “It is not possible to conduct negotiations or to achieve peace in such a manner.”

This comes a few days after China’s president said essentially the same thing, and some European countries are condemning Israel’s methods in the West Bank, while the EU supports boycotts against Israeli goods.

According to the Jerusalem Post, France’s foreign minister outlines the latest colossal blunder regarding diplomacy:

"France will engage in the coming weeks in the preparation of an international conference bringing together the parties and their main partners, American, European, Arab, notably to preserve and make happen the two-state solution.”

This international conference will commence in the summer.

France left no doubt as to its intentions:

“If this last attempt at finding a solution hits a wall, ‘well...in this case, we need to face our responsibilities by recognizing the Palestinian state,’ [Foreign Minister Laurent] Fabius said.”

Fabius used disturbing language that he is unaware contributes to a climate of anti-Semitism not seen in 70 years:

"We see that unfortunately colonization continues and that recently, the Israeli prime minister went so far as to reproach the UN secretary-general for encouraging terrorism on the basis that he had reminded of colonization's illegality and asked that it cease.”

Colonization. That means they believe Israel has stolen Palestinian land. Further, the UN’s Ban Ki-moon is immoral, in his view that the “occupation” gives the Palestinians the right to commit acts of terror. This is a repulsive and grotesque worldview, and one that will eventually condemn the international community.

We who study Bible prophecy and who love Israel must never take our eyes off the focus: God’s unfolding plan is rapidly unfolding, and with an international conference about to convene, to condemn Israel and seek to force a Palestinian state, the endgame approaches.

Ki-Moon has called Israel’s “settlements” as “provocative acts.” Can you imagine?!

These aren’t stupid people, or people ignorant of history. They know Israel has displayed remarkable restraint, and they know Israel has given back 90 percent of the territory taken in the Six-Day War! Which proves they are driven by Jew-hatred. Let’s call it what it is.

Now, tragically for those of us who grew up in a great nation, the United States political establishment/regime is also a foe of the Jewish state.

Further from the Jerusalem Post:

“The United States, European Union and the United Nations have issued unusually stern criticism of Israel, provoking a sharp response from Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and raising Palestinians' hopes of steps against their neighbor.”

In part, the international community seeks to throw Israel to the wolves, in hopes the wolves will not come for them. This is also historical folly; all barbarians eventually eat the dupes.

History will shame the international community for its role in abandoning Israel. And the God of history will have His reckoning.

Israel's Netanyahu Warns Gaza Militants Against Attacking

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu warned the Islamic militant group Hamas that rules Gaza on Sunday that his country will retaliate with "greater force" than deployed in the 2014 Gaza war if cross-border tunnels are used to attack Israel.

Hamas has built a sophisticated network of tunnels to infiltrate Israel in order to carry out attacks. Israelis living near Gaza have reported hearing tunneling sounds under their homes recently.

"We are operating systematically and calmly against all threats, including those from Hamas, both with defensive and offensive means, and of course in the event we are attacked by tunnels in Gaza we will operate with great force against Hamas, with much greater force than what we used in Operation Protective Edge," Netanyahu said in a speech to diplomats Sunday night, referring to the 50-day war with Gaza gunmen in 2014 by its military name.

"I think that is understood in the region, it's understood in the world. I hope we won't need to do it but our abilities both defensive and offensive are developing rapidly, and I wouldn't recommend anyone to try us," he said.

A senior Hamas leader boasted on Friday that Gaza militants dig tunnels and test rockets to attack Israel "every day." Ismail Haniyeh spoke at the funeral of seven militants who died this week when a tunnel from Gaza to Israel collapsed while they were repairing it. He said the tunnels are a "preparation" for war with Israel and boasted Hamas has "has built tunnels two times more than Vietnam tunnels."

The 2014 Gaza war was sparked by a chain of events stemming from the kidnapping and killing of three Israeli teenagers in the West Bank by Hamas gunmen and the kidnapping of a Palestinian teenager who was killed by Israeli extremists in a revenge attack. Israel arrested hundreds of Hamas members in raids in the West Bank, prompting militant groups in Gaza to escalate rocket attacks on Israeli cities.

More than 2,200 Palestinians, including 1,462 civilians, were killed during the fighting. In Israel, 66 soldiers and seven civilians were killed.

Parts of Gaza were devastated in the fighting.

The war also exposed Israeli communities near Gaza to a new threat: underground Hamas attack tunnels that surfaced close to their homes.

Earlier Sunday, a Palestinian opened fire at a West Bank checkpoint and wounded three soldiers before he was shot and killed by troops, the military said.

Palestinians identified the gunman as Amjad Sukkari, a 34-year-old policeman who worked as a bodyguard for the Palestinian attorney general.

Posts on his Facebook page from just hours before the attacks read "your mourning will be victorious," ''there is nothing worth living for on this earth as long as the occupation strangles our breaths" and "everyday someone dies, I may be the next."

Gaza's Islamic militant Hamas rulers praised the shooting attack, the latest in four months of near-daily Palestinian assaults on Israeli civilians and soldiers.

Also Sunday, the military said a Palestinian attempted to ram his vehicle into soldiers north of Jerusalem. It said troops opened fire wounding the man who was taken to the hospital for treatment.

Palestinians have killed 26 people on the Israeli side and wounded dozens more since mid-September, mostly in stabbings, shootings and vehicular assaults. Israeli fire has killed 150 Palestinians during that time, with 105 identified by Israel as attackers. The rest died in clashes.

Israel says the bloodshed is fueled by a Palestinian campaign of incitement. Palestinians say it stems from despair over nearly 50 years of occupation.

French Foreign Minister Laurent Fabius last week said his country will recognize a Palestinian state if its efforts to revive Israeli-Palestinian peace talks at an international conference fail.

At his weekly Cabinet meeting Sunday, Netanyahu said such a move by the French "will be an incentive for the Palestinians to come and not compromise."

"The substance of negotiations is compromise and the French initiative, as it has been reported, in effect gives the Palestinians in advance reasons not to do so," he said. "We are prepared to enter into direct negotiations without preconditions and without dictated conditions.

The definition of stupid is doing the same thing over and over expecting different results. Thing is Israel is not playing.

The Great Mystery of the Rapture

I’m ready for the Rapture! It is time to prepare for the coming of our savior. Are you ready? You may want to consider getting yourself spiritually ready ASAP. We are now a month into the new year of 2016, which means we are another year closer to the Rapture of the true Church (Christians) by Jesus Christ. The exact time of the Rapture is unknown, but all the signs detailed in the Bible indicate it is getting closer. The Psalm 83 War is drawing closer as Israeli enemies have surrounded her just as scripture says, “Do not keep silent oh God! Do not hold your peace and do not be still, oh God! For behold, your enemies make a tumult and those that hate you have lifted up their head. they have taken crafty counsel against your people and consulted together against your sheltered ones. They have said, “Come and let us cut them off from being a nation. That the name of Israel will be remembered no more.” Psalm 83:1-4.

Debauchery & Barbarity

Even if you are only a casual observer of the world news via television, the worldwide Web, or in print, it is very easy to see and comprehend that the world news is getting worse and worse. The rise of anti-semitism is on the rise everywhere.Unprecedented hatred for God’s people is illogical to say the least. ISIS beheadings (just as the Bible predicted), rapes by their followers, homosexuals thrown off buildings, mass murders in shallow graves, just like in World War 2.

We no longer have a major news event or crisis somewhere around the globe,or right here in America just every once in awhile, but they occur on virtually on a daily basis, and quite often, multiple events take place on a single day, day after day. It must keep news people scrambling just to decide on which breaking news to make their top story from hour to hour. Israelis are being shot and stabbed by hatred filled palestinians as I write this essay. The world has changed dramatically just in the last 7 years and 2016 is going to be a year of tremendous prophetic events as judgment starts to come down.

Pre -Trib Rapture

I believe in the pre-Tribulation Rapture. Today’s alarming worldwide events, combined with the bizarre thinking and weird behavior of people in widely scattered places, along with the increasing persecution of Christians worldwide, all lends credence and support to the fact the Tribulation is drawing nearer and nearer, and it will become necessary for the Rapture of the Church by Christ to take place before the terrible seven-year Tribulation period occurs.

Strange Period

In my time upon this earth spanning seven decades, there has never been a “stranger” period of time compared to the current time, and especially over the last eight years in America. Having the advantage of observing human events over an extended period of time from a Christian, Bible-based perspective, makes it easier to understand the ‘big picture’ of events and activities taking place around the world in the societal, cultural, political, religious, economic and moral realms of human interaction.

The stupefying, nonsensical, irrational, deceptive delusional evil, and just plain jaw dropping insane behavior of international and national leaders and organizations, coupled with similar behavior by the general populations of various nations is all indicative of Satan’s demonic, diabolical involvement in spiritual warfare and influence in human affairs leading up to the time of the Rapture and start of the Tribulation.

The astounding amount of lies and deception and sinning taking place in America alone is unprecedented in the history of the United States, not to mention the same which is going on in the rest of the world.

The current “signs of the end times” as predicted and explained in biblical Scripture portend that world events are not likely to get better in America or around the world anytime again. We find ourselves on the ugly, dangerous slope toward the exit of the Church Age and onto the next biblical stage of prophecies as associated with the rapture and start of the Tribulation. Revelations has 22 chapters and the world is now in chapter 3 ½. When chapter 4 starts the true Church is gone in the rapture and are not heard of again until chapter 18. The Church is in heaven the whole time of the 7 year Tribulation.

Future events are clearly forecasted and detailed in Scripture for all people to read if they would only take the time to study the prophecies found in scripture and properly prepare for what lies ahead. Oh, and by the way, not one single biblical prophecy has ever been wrong or failed to happen! And no Bible prophecies regarding the future are going to be wrong or fail to happen either!

Scripture Points the Way

So, let’s turn to the book of Acts to obtain some spiritual discernment of God’s truth as recorded for us by the apostle Paul. Here are some things God has to say to us today through Scripture found in the book of Acts:

“Take heed therefore, so that the thing spoken of in the Prophets may not come upon you: Behold, you scoffers…for I (God) am accomplishing a work in your days, a work which you will never believe, though someone should describe it to you.” (Acts 13:40-41)

“You will keep on hearing, but will not understand; and you will keep on seeing, but will not perceive; for the heart of this people has become dull, and with their ears they scarcely hear, and they have closed their eyes” (Acts 28:26-27).

“Open their eyes so that they may turn from darkness to light and from the dominion of Satan to God; in order that they may receive forgiveness of sins and an inheritance among those who have been sanctified by faith in Me [Jesus Christ]” (Acts 26:18) .

“There is salvation in no one else; for there is no other name under heaven that has been given among men, by which we must be saved” (Acts 4:12).

“Of Him (Jesus Christ) all the prophets bear witness that through His name everyone who believes in Him (Jesus Christ) receives forgiveness of sins” (Acts 10:43).

“Let it be known to you that through Him (Jesus Christ) forgiveness of sins is proclaimed to you, and through Him (Jesus Christ) everyone who believes is freed from all things” (Acts 13:38).

The Scripture verses above precisely explain ‘how’ you can get yourself ready for the coming Rapture and escape the coming of the horrifying Great Tribulation.

Christians, those people who believe in the living Jesus Christ the true Church down through the ages, will be in heaven with Him when the seven-year Tribulation period on earth takes place.

“Then we (Christians) who are alive…shall be caught up…to meet the Lord in the air, and thus we shall always be with the Lord” (1 Thessalonians 4:17).
“For God has not destined us for wrath, but for obtaining salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ” (1 Thessalonians 5:9).

Our Transfiguration

In 1st Corinthians 15, Paul wrote about people who will not all ‘SLEEP,” in other words they will not die. Those people at the time of the rapture who are alive on the earth will be changed into the eternal state and brought into the presence of god in the twinkling of an eye.This change must take place because scripture says that flesh and blood cannot inherit the Kingdom of God. The eternal state is exactly what happened to Jesus when he was resurrected from the dead. We will have the same attributes as him, given eternal life, exposed to the truth of our Lord forever and ever. May God bless you one and all for reading this.

Rapture-The Imminent Return of our God

I must make clear the imminent return of our Lord and savior Jesus is close to midnight. There are some filled with the Holy Spirit that grasps these troubled times we are in who know the lateness of the hour. The majority in the Christian community do not have a clue. This is as predicted, the falling away from the truth is the age we are in. The vast majority of the world’s population is in spiritual darkness, without Christ, without the Holy Spirit to guide their thinking.

There are millions upon millions of others who are within Christendom--that is, who claim to be under the umbrella of Christianity. Most of these, statistics bear out, would not qualify as "Christian" under the definition of being "born again." That is, they haven't truly "believed" as given in Romans 10:9-10:
"That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation."

It is not my place--nor the place of any other person to say who is and isn't "saved" on an individual basis. However, we are to definitely hold to what the Bible tells us are the qualifications for becoming a child of God who will spend eternity with Him in Heaven. In the sense of discernment, we can say that those who hold to those biblical qualifications are "saved" and those who do not hold to those qualifications are not.

We will deal in this essay with those who fit within the category defined by the above prescription for being born again. I would like to get even more specific.

Among those who are truly born again, there are many views of how things will play out, prophetically speaking. At the same time, there are also many who don't know and many who don't care about prophecy--what God has foretold about their future. They are too busy living out their increments of life one heartbeat and breath at a time.

Sadly, the latter by far constitute the majority. That is, most don't know about Bible prophecy, and most don't care. They are aided and abetted in their willful ignorance by the pastors and Bible teachers within their church bodies in this disregard for the prophetic portion of God's Word. That prophetic Word is almost one-third of the Scripture the Lord has given us through His Love Letter to mankind.

Even more specifically, I want to concentrate for the moment on the doctrine of the Rapture of the Church--that twinkling of an eye moment Paul wrote about as recorded in 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18 and 1 Corinthians 15:52-55.

Of those who have truly been born again, there are few in number who know about the Rapture in concrete terms or who grasp that there will come that moment of being called into Heaven by their Lord. In America, even those who do understand that the Rapture is an event prophetically scheduled according to the Bible resist embracing the promise intrinsic within the doctrine of that imminent call from Christ. That is, rather than desire to hear Christ's call, "Come up here," (Revelation 4: 1) these want to first live life on earth and fulfill all of the anticipated pleasures it offers. They do not want to give up what is in the world. It is primarily this group of believers to whom I address the thoughts that follow.

Notice, please, that I wrote as a qualifier, "in America.. It is in America that this attitude of not embracing the Rapture among Christians is most pronounced. Proof of that statement is made clear through the thousands upon thousands of sermons that are preached each week. The number of prophetic messages amongst those thousands of sermons are infinitesimal. People don't want to hear that Christ's call is imminent. The pastors--in overwhelming numbers--demonstrate that they don't want to delve into that portion of Bible truth--even if, indeed, they in fact believe that the Rapture is an imminent event.

Not desiring the Rapture is, for American believers, as natural as breathing. Life in the United States is not bad, and for the most part, pretty comfortable. Compared to living as a Christian in, say, the Middle East, Africa, or other parts of the world, being a Christian requires that no heavy price be paid. That is what I mean when I say it is as natural as breathing.

Christians in America, unlike their counterparts in less blessed, heavily oppressed, persecuted parts of the world, rather than worrying about whether they will be able to provide food for themselves and their children for the day, look forward to their upcoming marriages, vacations, or new purchases that will satisfy their latest comfortable lifestyle aspirations. These physical and psychological wants and needs are the natural outflow from abundance. Longing for the Rapture is a spiritual--supernatural--exercise that requires, for most, effort that seems to offer no tangible, immediate gratification. Such effort is just too taxing for most of America's Christians and their pastors. It takes them out of their comfort zone, much as does prayer and Bible reading.

When American Christians in this category do think of the Rapture--which, again, they in fact believe is a thing that will happen, but somewhere in the hazy years of the future--they fear it will take them away from the pleasures of this earthly life. That event will, they think, snatch them from their comfortable American lifestyle. It will present a completely changed paradigm--one that will cause them to lose homes, family closeness, friendships, other relationships, and their "stuff"--all of which provides familiarity and pleasure.
This is especially true among the younger people. Their disinterest in prophecy in general and in the Rapture of the church in particular is more than obvious in the make-up of prophecy conferences that is basically sixty and over.

Now, I've been perhaps too harsh on Christians in America. However, we are approaching the very end of this Church Age. The perhaps overly stern exhortation is to focus attention on the reality that we might within months, weeks, days, or even hours, look our Lord in His holy, omniscient eyes. He said He was going to prepare a place for us and would come again and take us there with Him (John 14:1-3). That "place" is something we can't even begin to fathom in its wonders and luxuriant surroundings. All of the relationships in this life we thought we might lose in the Rapture will be magnified in their joy and intimacy a million times over. We are going to find that all earthly treasures we so valued are as refuse compared to things the Lord has prepared for those that love Him.

I sense that the newlywed couple who belong to Christ will find their relationship with each other dazzlingly more intimate than anything planet earth could have nurtured. The "stuff" left behind will be instantly forgotten when we behold the heavenly treasury that holds us spellbound. The best days of our lives in this earthly confinement will seem as a time of terrible, debilitating paralysis. The Rapture will instantaneously bring life unencumbered by gravity and all laws of what we know as physics. The Lord put us here to enjoy the many good things He provides. There's nothing wrong in living life to its absolute fullest. But, this is not our home. We are but travelers in a foreign land. We are here for, at best, 70, 80, 90, or 100 years, then we slip these surly bonds.

We, as God's children, should not resist the doctrine of Rapture, but anticipate that glorious instant when the whole purpose of our being born into this universe reaches fruition. We will at that incomprehensible moment understand what it means to be joint heirs with Christ. Even so, Come, Lord Jesus!

The Foolish Arab War Against the Messiah & the Resurrection of the Dead

“Then shall the LORD go forth, and fight against those nations, as when He fighteth in the day of battle. And His feet shall stand in that day upon the mount of Olives, which is before Jerusalem on the east, and the mount of Olives shall cleft in the midst thereof toward the east and toward the west, so that there shall be a very great valley; and half of the mountain shall remove toward the north, and half of it toward the south.” (Zechariah 14:4-5)

The above is prophesied to happen when the Lord, along with his saints & angels, sets foot on the Mt. of Olives in the 7th year of the Tribulation when millions of enemy troops have gathered in the Valley of Megiddo ready to assault Israel and its Capital Jerusalem. When he lands on Mt. Olive the mountain splits in two and there is a great worldwide earthquake. The World will know at that exact moment who is back!

Horrific Killings Today

Today Israel battles a horrific wave of Arab terror with stabbings & shootings of Israelis almost on a daily basis that has literally caused blood to flow in the streets. there is a lesser-known side of their jihad that is going unseen: the Arab war against Jewish graves. Though less brutal than murder, Arab desecration of Jewish graves is a part of the same war that will not only establish whose land it is, but will also determine the nature of the coming Messiah.
One of the main targets for Arab vandalism is the Mount of Olives and the thousands of Jewish graves located there. Gravestones are destroyed and mourners are attacked on a daily basis, requiring special security details to accompany Jews who visit the site.
The Mount of Olives has messianic and religious significance in addition to being an ancient burial site. It is referred to in the book of Zechariah, when he prophesied that the mountain will play an essential part in the Messiah’s return, splitting in two the mountain(14:4), with one half shifting south.

Temple Mount

The Mount of Olives, adjacent to the Temple Mount, was an integral part of the Temple service back in the days of animal sacrifice. It was where the Para Adumah (red heifer), the major component needed for ritually purity, was burned. Any attack on the Jewish claim to the Temple Mount as part of their religious heritage would necessarily include an attack on the Mount of Olives.

Mt. of Olives Used as a Jewish Cemetery

As a site of Biblical significance, and because of its proximity to the Temple Mount, it has been used as a Jewish cemetary for over 3,000 years, and contains over 150,000 gravesites, including the tombs traditionally identified with the Biblical figures Zechariah, Absalom, Haggai, and Malachi.

Religious Jews have always preferred to be buried on the Mount of Olives, since it is the place where the resurrection of the dead will begin. According to the Jewish tradition, people buried outside of Israel will have to burrow through the ground to arrive at the Mount of Olives in order to be resurrected there.

Jordan Desecrated Jewish Graves

Considered a holy site by international accords, it is protected by international law. International law,nonetheless,has turned a blind eye during the Jordanian occupation of East Jerusalem from 1948 to 1967, where an estimated 38,000 gravestones were damaged. Four paved roads ran over hundreds of graves, and Jordan’s King Hussein permitted the construction of the Intercontinental Hotel on the mount, destroying some gravesites from the First Temple period. Gravestones were removed and used for paving stones, and some were taken for use as latrines in Jordanian army barracks.
There was a sharp increase in vandalism on the Mount of Olives last September, congruent with the increase in violence against Jews in the Old City. Some gravesites are specifically targeted for vandalism. The grave of the Gerrer Rebbe, former leader of the largest Hasidic sect in Israel, is frequently vandalized. In September, a few hundred meters from where the Muslims were rioting on the Temple Mount, the gravestone of Nathan Mileikowsky, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s grandfather, was destroyed.

Perplexing Phenomenon

An even stranger, more perplexing, phenomenon has appeared in this war on the dead, one that defies explanation. In 2011, it was discovered the Arabs had begun burying their dead adjacent to the Eastern Wall of the Temple Mount, in between centuries-old Jewish graves and the Temple Mount. Not only was this illegal and destructive to the archaeology of the site, it was, in effect, jumping to the front of the resurrection queue, as they believe.

Even stranger was when authorities caught Arabs preparing fake Muslim graves at the site, graves which contained no human remains, an action that can only be an attempt to distance Jews from being buried in the spot where the resurrection of the tribulation saints will begin.

It has also been conjectured that this is an attempt to prevent a Jewish Kohen (priest) from ever performing the ritual of the Red Heifer, since he is forbidden for reasons of ritual purity from walking over a grave, and he must do so in order to bring the ashes of the Red Heifer to the Temple. This is a mistaken belief, however, since the remains of a non-Jew do not carry impurity.

Rabbi Pinchas Winston

Breaking Israel News asked Rabbi Pinchas Winston, an authority on the end of days, about this war on the dead. He affirmed that the Arab violence on the Mount of Olives is clearly part of a war against the Messiah. However, he believes that the vandals may not be aware of why they are acting in this illogical manner. Even if they make claims that they are fighting for nationalistic goals, they are part of a greater plan.

“The perpetrators do not have to know the spiritual significance of what they do or where they do it. Everything is orchestrated on higher levels, and the people who carry out the deeds, acting compulsively, only have to believe that the idea originates with them,” he explained.

“In fact, they are merely puppets, vehicles for the Divine will to be carried in order to communicate to the spiritually astute the direction history is going and the stage it is at,” added Winston. “Those who are aware of the ‘bigger picture’ know the greater significance of current historical events, and to prepare for what is destined to occur next.”

The Resurrection

Almost 2,000 years ago Christ was raised from the dead. At the Rapture, the saved from this present age will also be raised from the dead. Seven years later at the close of the Great Tribulation the martyred saints and the old testament saints will be raised from the dead. (Daniel 12: 1,2; Isa. 26:19). All of these constitute the first resurrection, also referred to as ‘the resurrection unto life.” When Christ returns to reign at the beginning of the 1,000 year millennium not one believer’s body from Adam on will be left in the grave.
The second resurrection is highlighted in Revelation 20. This resurrection, that takes place 1,000 years after the first resurrection is complete, is the resurrection of the unsaved dead. All unsaved dead from Adam to the end of the Millennium will be included in this resurrection. This is called the Great White Throne Judgement. “And anyone not found written in the book of life will be cast into the lake of fire.” (Rev. 20:14,15). The time is late my friends, there is not much longer until the rapture. Your salvation is at hand, take advantage while you can.

What role does Satan and his host of demonic spiritual forces have in this world? This is a question mankind has long struggled to understand. At one time, the devil was blamed as the cause of nearly every form of adversity. Today, his role has largely been excluded from modern day problems, largely forgotten as an evil entity.

The Bible is very clear that Satan is "god" of planet Earth. Paul warned in 2nd Corinthians 4:4:
"In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them."

In Matthew 4:8-9, Satan told Jesus he was the power behind every world government:
"Again, the devil taketh him up into an exceeding high mountain, and sheweth him all the kingdoms of the world, and the glory of them; and saith unto him, All these things will I give thee, if thou wilt fall down and worship me."

Hitler a forerunner of the Anti-Christ
The rise of Adolf Hitler is one the greatest examples of the devil's ability to control events. In 1919, no one would have guessed that this restless painter with an extreme hatred of the Jews would someday threaten to take over the whole world with his cultic beliefs. As stunning as Hitler's ascendance to power was, the preservation of his life was the true sign that the hand of Satan was upon him. There were at least 42 attempts made to take his life, and all failed in preposterous ways, one simply by moving a suitcase bomb to the other side of a thick table.

As we draw closer to the Tribulation hour, Satan's influence in this world will only grow stronger, as witnessed by the music industry in Los Angeles turning to Satanic symbols and following the Illuminati. I think we are already at a point where numerous situations can only be explained by factoring in the devil's involvement. The devil knows his time is growing short and he must step up his attack to destroy Israel. He believes if Israel is gone there will be no reason for Jesus to come back. We must remember the supernatural often defies logic, a secular minded person must think our world is going mad. Todd Strandberg, well known Christian writer, coined the term demonomics to categorize these oddities and compiled them into the following list:

The Liberal Control of Most Media Outlets

Over 90 percent of all newspapers, TV and film organizations are under the control of people with a radical liberal mindset or at least leaning heavily left. With 60 percent of the population identifying themselves as conservative, and 80% as Christian, one would think that it would impossible for liberals to have more than half of the media market. This imbalance exists because Satan has a cabal of willing servants to guide and direct the moral standards of society that has turned extremely immoral as time goes on. I firmly believe the liberal media has been his most effective venue for corrupting the truth and printing only what they deem is news leaving out the conservative viewpoints walking in lockstep with the left.

Islam a Peaceful Religion

The king of all demonomics has to be the positive image that Islam is able to maintain despite a long list of evil deeds committed by Muslims. When 3000 people were murdered in the name of Allah on 9/11, the followers of that faith suffered no lasting stigma. The strongest defender of Islam is the liberal media. You would have to come up with some very twisted logic to explain why the press would stand up for a faith that tramples on first amendment freedoms, treats women like property, rapes, pillaging as they choose, and executes homosexuals on a regular basis. ISIS murdering innocent Christians because they will not convert is certainly demonic in nature. Beheadings of the martyrs is prophesied in Revelation. If this is a religion of peace then where are the intercessors in these killings. Where is the outcry in Islam? Well then, isn’t silence consent? We have been sold that Islam is a religion of peace by our left wing media and there has been no objection.

The Hatred of the Jews and Israel

The demonomics with the longest history is the unnatural hatred of the Jewish people. Satan will inspire more genocidal attacks against Israel. After the holocaust, the world promised that it would not allow the Jews to suffer persecution. Unfortunately, these old lessons are being forgotten as a new bias against Israel and all Jews is sweeping over the world.

America the Evil Empire

The United State became the greatest nation in world by saving it from tyranny three times: World War I, World War II, and the Cold War. When America wasn't combating despotic nations, it used its vast power to create world stability. However, this present administration is trying to rewrite history through their devilish eyes to portray the US as a villain and a global oppressor. We have been reminded that many of the Founding Fathers were slave owners, but fail to tell that the Arabs started slavery. It is argued that the U.S. needs to step back and let the United Nations take over. And who wants to be the next secretary General of the UN? I have read Obama is on the short list. Wouldn’t that be nice to have him in that position still stirring the pot against Israel.

Cultural Suicide Is a Good Thing

One of the key factors that made America a superpower is its history of being a "nation of immigrants." People came here with their skills and ambition and created wealth. Today, we are being overrun by people who do not share the American dream. The people who promote an open border are giddy about the destruction of our culture. The media reports it is wonderful that in 20-30 years whites will be a minority. As we import the culture of the Third World, the press is totally blind to see the hellish crime wave that comes with it and the pagan ways they bring.

Death Penalty

The liberal media is very organized in its opposition to law enforcement. Whenever someone is released from jail for a crime that he or she allegedly didn't commit, the press automatically sets aside all other news to cover the "wonderful" news. When someone is put to death, the press talks about how sad it is that the appeal process ran out. Anti-death penalty groups have managed to convince most state lawmakers that all forms of execution present an unconstitutional risk of causing severe pain, never mind the pain that was perpetrated on the victim.

I think the reason why Satan is so active in combating the death penalty is because he faces the ultimate death sentence. Jesus said the devil was a "murderer from the beginning" (John 8:44). He may think that if he can find pardons for his earthly minions, maybe somehow the same twisted logic can be applied to him.

Climate Change

One of the silliest demonomics is the issue of climate change. What started out as a concern over the impact of the burning of fossil fuel has turned into a cult of earth worship. We have reached the point where anyone who dares to question climate change is automatically labeled a religious zealot. The promoters of this movement fail to realize their own fanaticism. When their global warming conferences kept getting cancelled because of winter blizzards, all they did was switch the name to climate change.

Gold Is Evil

The business news world has always had a bias against any type of precious metal investment. Financial reports will say that gold is a favorite of “Doomsday Preppers” (CNBC). Or its simply “A pet rock” (Wall Street Journal). I remember one time when reporter, Simon Hobbs, verbally attacked professional money manager, Bill Fleckenstein, for having told people to buy gold.
Because gold had recently gone down in value, Hobbs claimed that Fleckenstein had betrayed his clients trust. Gold, like all other investments, is subject to the ups and downs of the market. There is no logical reason for this loathing of gold. Even when a guest on CNBC recommends a stock that has gone to zero, their bad investment advice is rarely brought up.

Gold is hated because it is an asset that cannot be directly tracked by the global banking system. Because the 666 mark will be most likely electronic funds, the devil wants everyone to stay locked within fiat money.

Obama Can Do No Wrong

There is no doubt in my mind that Barack Obama is the worst president in American History. Among a long list of failings, he has more than doubled the national debt, damaged our relationship with Israel, his Muslim Brotherhood administration has allowed advanced military equipment to fall into the hands of terrorists, while destabilizing Libya, Egypt, and Syria running guns to all. And he has been impotent in preventing China from stealing the personal data on over 20 million U.S. citizens while propping them up a world power.

The liberal media present Obama as a man incapable of error. They dismiss his failings as insignificant. If there is blame, it is the result of someone else’s errors. His cult of infallibility came into full bloom when he was awarded a Nobel Peace Prize—the first time the award was given before anything had been achieved by the laureate being honored. Time is running out, but I have to wonder if something will soon happen that will finally convince the Nobel committee to ask for their prize back.

Minority Crime Doesn’t Happen (Wink-Wink)

It is no secret that many of our Urban centers of American cities have become hellholes of violent crime brought to you by the liberal party. Like clockwork, on every holiday weekend, the morgues of Chicago, Illinois fill up with the bodies of the city’s youth. This endless river of blood fails to make the evening news for one simple reason—the perpetrators and victims of crime are predominantly minorities. White on black crime is breaking news, but black on black crime is a non-event.

The press ignores non-white violence because they think it would be racist to show people of color killing each other. This mindset is as crazy as a hospital deciding not to tell any of its minority patients that they have a life-threatening disease. By covering-up the violence, the liberal media have become part of the problem.

This administration by allowing sanctuary cities allow drugs from Mexico to come into the ghettos of the large cities to continue to ruin black lives and perpetuate the gangster image.

By allowing open borders it has allowed dangerous gangs from Central America to invade our homeland with crime rates now soaring in the big cities.

The intensity of what I have just described is disturbing to say the least. But the good news is this: Everything I have listed here points to the soon return of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

The Antichrist and President Obama

I have long wondered down through the years who the man of lawlessness will be in history. The one they label the Anti-Christ. We will not know for sure until he signs a 7 year peace treaty with Israel. This identifies him as the man of perdition, a man of lawlessness, the one scripture says is the Anti-Christ.


The end of the age, that is fast approaching, will be marked by a one-world government ruled by a lying deceitful evil man who has no regard for his brothers, that Christians call the Antichrist (Dan. 7:23; Rev. 13:7-8). Many have thought from the very beginning when he was thrust into the world stage that he may be the Antichrist. Others think he is a type ( a forerunner) of the Antichrist, like Hitler was before.

Wants to be the first world ruler

I have long believed that Pres. Obama might seek to become one of the 10 kings (the first head of the North American Union) after his presidency, but he appears to want more than that. His long range ambitions appears to me that he wants to rule the world.

There was a report on Jan. 8, 2016 that Pres. Obama wants to head up the UN when Sec. Gen. Ban Ki-moon ends his term on Dec. 31, 2016. The belief by some that Pres. Obama is the Antichrist coupled with his desire to take the top spot in the UN wannabe world government has prompted some speculation.

So here is a partial list of the characteristics of the Antichrist:
First, the Antichrist will start out in a small or insignificant way, steadily move into a position of limited power (prince) and quickly move on to the most powerful position on earth:
“There came up among them another little horn.” (Dan. 7:8).
“The people of the prince that shall come shall destroy the city and the sanctuary” (Dan. 9:26).
“They worshipped the beast, saying, Who is like unto the beast? who is able to make war with him?” (Rev. 13:4).

Second, the Antichrist will say arrogant, pompous or condescending things; He will have “a mouth speaking great things” (Dan. 7:8).

Third, the Antichrist will slander God; persecute believers; and try to change calendars, holidays and laws: He “shall speak great words against the most High, and shall wear out the saints of the most High, and think to change times and laws” (Dan. 7:25; also see Rev. 13:7).

Fourth, the Antichrist will ignore the truth and tell lies. He will “cast down the truth to the ground” (Dan. 8:12; also see 2 Thess. 2:9).

Fifth, the Antichrist will be given great power and he will succeed as a destroyer of powerful people and believers.
“His power shall be mighty, but not by his own power: and he shall destroy wonderfully, and shall prosper, and practice, and shall destroy the mighty and the holy people” (Dan. 8:24).

Sixth, the Antichrist will cause false or evil worship to prosper; boast and think highly of himself; he will use peace as a tool to destroy many and he will oppose Jesus:
“And through his policy also he shall cause craft to prosper in his hand; and he shall magnify himself in his heart, and by peace shall destroy many: he shall also stand up against the Prince of princes” (Dan. 8:25).
Also see Dan. 11:36; Rev. 6:1-2; 13:6).

Seventh, the Antichrist will do what he wants to do regardless of what the law says or what others think. He will “do according to his will” (Dan. 11:36).

Eighth, the Antichrist will not heed the wishes of his father’s god or women or anyone’s god. This is unclear, but some think he will be godless:
“Neither shall he regard the God of his fathers, nor the desire of women, nor regard any god: for he shall magnify himself above all” (Dan. 11:37; also see II Thess. 2:4).

Ninth, the Antichrist will divide the Land of Israel. He “shall divide the land for gain” (Dan. 11:39).

Tenth, the Antichrist will come from the group of nations that destroyed Jerusalem and the temple in AD 70:
“The people of the prince that shall come shall destroy the city and the sanctuary” (Dan. 9:26).

Summary

Concerning the list of characteristics prophesied by Daniel cited above, few can honestly deny that Pres. Obama started out small (relatively unknown before becoming Pres. of the U.S.), that he is arrogant (has a pen and a phone), that he is condescending (lectures Christians about criticizing Muslims), and that he wants to change laws (disarm American citizens).

Pres. Obama lies: “Obamacare will lower your annual insurance premiums by $2500.” He has destroyed powerful people (brought great harm to the U.S.). He does everything according to his own will (with executive actions and executive orders). And he wants to divide the Land of Israel (Two-State solution), etc.
The only problem with this scenario is the belief that Pres. Obama is the Antichrist is this: The Roman Empire, the group of nations that destroyed Jerusalem and the temple, Pres. Obama is not from that group of nations. (I know his father was from Kenya; Pres. Obama’s birth certificate was probably forged.)

He is more than likely probably using a stolen social security number; his school records may have been falsified (no one remembers him), medical records forged and his passport looks like that of a foreigner.However, all of the important information appears to be hidden, but I am not entirely convinced that Pres. Obama is from the old Holy Roman Empire.

It is now being reported that Pres. Obama has given up on securing a peace treaty in the Middle East by the end of his administration. One must wonder if he has given up because the new target date for confirming a treaty is 2030.

People wonder why Pres. Obama constantly defends Muslims when it is clear that Islamic terrorists are responsible for most of the terrorism in the world. One must wonder if he defends Islam because he wants the support of 53 Muslim nations to become the next Sec. Gen. of the UN after he leaves the White House? Perhaps as the Sec. Gen. he could write a peace treaty with Israel stopping the Psalm 83 war.

Also, if he is trying to become the head of the UN, would he declare martial law in the U.S.?

God is not bound by UN goals, but if there is going to be a world government, the world will soon start seeing the rise of the 10 kings, perhaps other regional currencies morphing into one currency, a greater push for a one world religion, one world economy.
Of course this is only intelligent speculation, what remains to be seen is will Obama leap at a chance to write the 7 year peace treaty if he gets the Sec. Gen. job at the UN. Only time will tell. Please feel free to comment. May God always be with you.
