So, you think Cronkite was bad in a sense b/c he emboldened the enemy into thinking we didn't have the confidence we could win. WCronk was fighting or spreading propaganda depending how you look at it. Didn't like McCarthy, right? In other words, if you commit
you're all in. No room publicly for anything but 100% commitment. WCrokite maybe made the enemy fight harder and stronger. Anyone who lost friends or siblings may be pissed. Excellent point on your part.

The Tet Offensive was a last ditch effort by the kommies to demoralize the American forces. They attacked on Christmas Eve and gave it all they had. We were taken by surprise more than being overwhelmed. However, the embeds didn't take it that way and reported a defeat that was more like a all out effort to deplete weaponry in a single attack by the North Vietnamese and allies.
That turned America against the war, which could have been won.

Is it so difficult to find one individual to come forward like 'Diogenes' and admit the obvious? Not since Hans Christian Andersen and the story of the innocent young boy. I guess, hard to step out. Too bad fear of losing your prevents most from telling the God's honest truth. Cronkite was probably the last...when he reported 'we're losing the war' (in VN).

When Cronkite reported that we were losing the war, it was the first salvo fired by the media against America and American interests. When China entered the war in Vietnam and Cambodia, the international left joined them, and the media joined the international left.

Yep, stopped us second paragraph.
Of the cars that got produced, two stand out.
The 1962 Lincoln Continental Coup is the most beautiful car ever produced.
And the 1957 Chevy Impala Convertible is the essence of American Automobiles.

You just can't make this stuff up ! So she shows blurred out photos of Hunter engaging in criminal sex acts as evidence and she's the problem😱👎🏻

It used to be entertaining but now it's just nauseating. The Democrats accuse Republicans of the exact same thing they are doing which the Republicans are not doing but yet it's just another lie because they just can't tell the truth.

Yet, if the Trump pee tape were available, it would be shown everywhere.

ROBERT O'LEARY JUNE 25, 2023—STEADFAST CLASH—PRINTED OFF ON -7/23/23
Joe Biden and Hunter Biden seem to be in full-on damage control mode, as the truth about the scandalous allegations against them come to light. Even the mainstream press can no longer ignore the situation, as IRS whistleblowers have spoken up about the stonewalling of their investigation into Hunter Biden’s alleged tax crimes.
The scandal came to a head when both National Security Council spokesperson John Kirby and White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre were questioned during a press briefing about how this situation was contradicting Joe Biden and KJP’s prior assertions that Joe had never discussed his son’s business dealings.
Kirby refused to answer any questions, while KJP got defensive, snapping at the reporter, and deflecting. Even when the U.S. Attorney in Delaware cut a sweetheart plea deal with Hunter Biden, Joe Biden seemed to be flaunting his alleged wrongdoer son, inviting Hunter to the state dinner for the Indian Prime Minister, and then the next weekend, to Camp David aboard Marine One.
This apparent lack of shame and disregard for consequences is what strikes most people as outrageous. Joe and Hunter seem to be living their lavish lifestyle without a care in the world, seemingly unfazed and unhindered by the allegations against them.
But it’s not just Joe and Hunter; the entire Biden family seems to be smugly immune to the situation. Joe has sent out wife Jill to campaign for him for 2024, while he and Hunter remain in the shadows, presumably doing damage control. President Biden was absent from the White House press briefing on Friday, April 16th, leaving it up to Vice President Harris to answer questions.
The spectacle of this whole situation is angering more and more people, with people snarkily wondering what was in Hunter’s suitcase when he was headed off to Camp David. People are asking why Joe thought it would be a good idea to take Hunter in a taxpayer-funded helicopter, and on a taxpayer-funded vacation.
That’s not just it, though; people are starting to talk. Associates of Hunter, such as his partner Devon Archer, are talking to the House Oversight Committee about their dealings. And more whistleblowers are expected to come forward. As the Bidens’ behavior seems to be getting bolder yet, it appears that the truth is inevitably coming out, and the question is how deeply the Biden family needs to prepare its bunker.
It’s clear that the Biden family has some explaining to do, whether through an independent investigation or through Jill Biden’s campaign trail platitudes. And the world will be watching.

One OPP member here calls it the bold truth, its treasons being ignored in Washington DC by all but a few.

Trump is a good answer but not the only answer.
Cemeteries are full of irreplaceable men.
A win in 2024 for Trump would be a massive success and provide retribution and pride to his supporters.
It will drive the opposition to new levels of crazy.
Their attacks will be relentless, again.
Their attacks will be relentless regardless of which republican becomes President.

Ultimately, gridlock is good, but getting the Senate at the same time would be huge.
Now, how will the uncontrollable elected repubs pull that off?
What's the plan?

Chase ballots, not votes. Beat the kommiecrats at their own game. We have bad press, but good candidates. Play to win. Establish morals after the victory.
If we don't, we'll never win another election.

DeSantis speeches are memorita. Learned. Dispassionate.
Trump shoots from the hip with an infinite arsenal of sense and love for America. That's why people want Trump.
Trump is the only answer to the rescue of America.

Maybe. Things will change between now and VP pick time. I think Ramaswamy is your fav. No doubt, for me, my #2 is DeSantis. There remain quite a few "what ifs."

I think you are mistaken to characterize those influenced by msm as weak-minded. I think they are merely not engaged at the same level as the typical OPP political junkie thus are "sound bite" oriented. To combat that, the repubs need to develop and sell, in unison, their products.

That is why Trump must focus on positively selling his ideas and what he will accomplish. The past must be forgotten.

Irrationally, Republicans are divided about Trump, also victims of the unprecedented assault on Trump.
They know that Trump would change Washington DC this time around. It's cushy to be a Cabal swamp creature in Washington DC. They don't want Trump draining their environment.

I think Trump will lose to Biden, Newsom or RFK......unless he shifts tactics and makes a good VP pick....like DeSantis.

Trump/Ramaswamy is the ticket.
DeSantis is losing ground, money, and staff.
If Trump can't make it, then Ramaswamy is the next best thing.
The only pundits who say that Trump can't beat Biden are the pundits who want Biden to win.
Trump's attacks by the media and left have wreaked some damage. Media coverage does influence some weak minded people that Trump is a bad man with no chance of winning or, staying out of jail.
Ridiculous.

That puts either RFK Jr or Gavin Newsom in the candidate spot. Probably more Newsom than RFK.
Both tougher to beat than Slo Joe and Cackletoe.
