I have read that the IRS is going to take the fine out of your income tax refund and that's as far as they'll go as far as trying to collect. So it might behoove you to adjust your W-4 so you pay a minimal amount come tax filing time -- say $100-$200. On top of that, you'll be getting more take home during the year.

How can I put YEARS of research into something simple that shows the reader the times we are in? Here goes
I present END TIMES 101.
This by far is the BIGGEST fulfilled prophecy that points to the times we are in.
Matthew 24
32 And from the fig-tree learn ye the simile: When already its branch may have become tender, and the leaves it may put forth, ye know that summer [is] nigh 33 so also ye, when ye may see all these, ye know that it is nigh -- at the doors. 34 Verily I say to you, THIS GENERATION MAY NOT PASS AWAY TILL ALL THESE MAY COME TO PASS... (MY CAPITALIZATION)
Israel is known as the fig tree nation and again became a nation in 1948 after almost 2000 years of its people being dispersed throughout the world. This verse can only mean one thing, the people of Israel who were alive at that time may not pass away till all these may come to pass. Its been 65 years now. I suggest the reader also consider the rest of Matthew 24 to see the signs of the times that Jesus is referring to.
Below are also references to parallel prophecy verses that were fulfilled in 1948.
